We moved 2 vehicles (SUV and a car) from BC to NS at 2 different dates in December 2023. Super service, good price, attention to detail, great communication, all done on time and as promised! Nick is great guy to do business with! Should we move again, we would definitely use Auto Carrier Corp. AAA+

One star is too much, absolutely recked my “97” Jaguar, that was just had Manitoba safety, hud opened in transport, bent frame, busted lights, they said “was like that when picked up “ was horrible at communicating, I actually gave up on this disaster, but at least I can save some one else, 1st pick is before, the rest delivered

I recently had the misfortune of entrusting my car to the abysmal services of Auto Carrier Corp to transport it from Calgary to Toronto. Regrettably, my experience with them was nothing short of a complete disaster, leaving me absolutely furious and dissatisfied.

First and foremost, it appears that the company couldn't even adhere to a simple request. Despite explicitly instructing them not to put my car on the front row during transportation, they completely disregarded my concerns and did precisely the opposite. As a result, my car suffered severe damages, and the blame lies solely with their negligence.

Upon receiving my car in Toronto, the horrors were just beginning. The condition of my vehicle was appalling. It was as if my car had become a breeding ground for insects during its journey. It was infested with creepy crawlies of all sorts, which speaks volumes about the lack of care and maintenance during the move. My car resembled more of a pest control issue than a prized possession.

Furthermore, to my utter dismay, I found my back seats completely soaked in water upon inspection. The stench of dampness was nauseating, and the water damage left my interior upholstery and electrical components compromised. Not only did this inconvenience me tremendously, but it also raises serious questions about their ability to handle vehicles in a safe and secure manner.

To make matters worse, I had left some furniture inside my car with the expectation that it would be handled with care. However, when I retrieved my belongings, they were in a deplorable state. The furniture was damp, damaged, and practically ruined. This demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers' belongings.

The incompetence displayed by this auto moving company is beyond comprehension. They demonstrated a complete disregard for customer requests, failed to ensure the safety and security of my vehicle, and caused extensive damage to both my car and my personal belongings.

To anyone considering using this auto moving company, I strongly advise against it. The level of unprofessionalism, negligence, and outright disrespect for customers' property is unparalleled. Save yourself the headache and potential financial loss by avoiding this disaster of a company at all costs.

In addition to the already disastrous experience, I took the initiative to contact the auto moving company and bring their attention to the multitude of issues that had occurred during the transportation of my car. However, their response was shockingly callous and indifferent. When I reported the infestation, water damage, and ruined furniture, they dismissively inquired whether the car's body was damaged and callously ignored the rest of the problems I had outlined.

Their lack of concern for the extensive damages caused by their negligence further highlights their utter disregard for customer satisfaction and their refusal to take responsibility for their actions.

This level of apathy and unwillingness to address their mistakes is deeply unsettling and adds insult to injury, making it abundantly clear that this auto moving company is not only unprofessional but also insensitive to the distress they have caused. I strongly advise against dealing with such a heartless and negligent company.

Shipped my SUV from Vancouver to Halifax. Nick was extremely helpful every step of the way, and was proactive in providing updates on the transportation before I even asked. Vehicle arrived in perfect condition and two days before the estimated arrival.

Excellent, professional service! It was a pleasure dealing with Nick at ACC. My vehicle was transported promptly from Calgary AB to Richmond BC. What a pleasant experience! I just got my vehicle shipped to Toronto and the service was great. Nick is the nicest and helpful person working there. Excellent service. Estimated 7-9 days from Calgary to Toronto but my car arrived safely in 5 days! Excellent communication from Nick during the whole process. Pricing was competitive but I mainly chose them because they use their own trucks (you do not want to give your car to a transport broker - it might get subcontracted 2 or 3 times and you won't know who actually has your car if something goes wrong). The truck driver was very professional as well and even cleaned the windows for me. Hats off to the whole team!

Great costumer service! They give you updates on every step during the process. Accurate information since the dropping of and the picking up of your car. The payment was the last thing I did, one day before I dropped off my car. They made all the arrangements for me before I paid them. They didn’t even ask for a deposit!

It was a pleasure using Auto Carrier Corp when transporting my hatchback from Vancouver to Calgary. Nick was providing all the support needed along the way, making sure all my questions were answered and the process is clear. Even followed up with me after drop off and after pick up to make I am taken care of. Very punctual, reliable, and affordable service. After some research, ACC gave a price that beat all other quotes by 15% to even 50% with some other companies. My car arrived on time, and just the way I left it with ACC. Nick offered very good service to me. I had them transport my car from YYC to YVR and it was delivered in same condition as I dropped it. My car was sitting safely waiting for pickup. They are very affordable as well. Took about 3 to transport it. Highly recommend.

I had done a lot of shopping when it came for looking someone to ship my car from Calgary to Halifax. These guys were great! They were one of the more reasonably priced options that I found.
Everything was handled professionally and quickly.

My only concern was that both the pick up and drop off was a tad sketchy as no one confirmed with me to ensure that I was receiving the right vehicle. Or any form of ID. However despite my concerns, everything went really smooth.

If you are needing someone to ship your car, I would highly encourage that you check them out.

You can trust this company. First time shipping a luxury car bought out of province. I bought my car in Burnaby, BC. They had to drive it to their Richmond terminal ~20km. No damages. They transported it to the Edmonton terminal with no issues and on time of ETA. You do have to call the terminal as they can be slow contacting you. Overall very good experience. The staff I dealt with Stefan was very professional and knowledgeable.

I moved from Calgary, Alberta to St. John’s, Newfoundland. I checked out 10 other companies as well as Auto Carriers Corp. Stefan the Sales Coordinator got back to me immediately with full price quote. He answered all my questions. The cost was exceptionally competitive. (the price was almost 20% lower than the other carriers I checked.) Auto Carrier Corp.transportation time to Newfoundland was very fast. They have yards and partners to provide terminal to terminal quotes which helps keep the quote lower and provide easy pickup at the destination.

Auto Carrier Corp.have a yard in Calgary where Kristie the Office Administrator met with us and kept us up-to date on the progress when the truck was shipped to arrival in Newfoundland.

My truck arrived on time, in excellent condition no damage, There were no hidden or other costs.

This was my first time shipping my car (2017 Rav 4 recently purchased a month before delivery) and they made the process so accommodating. They picked up my car from my residence in Toronto and within two weeks my car has arrived to its destination in Prince George British Columbia. The delivery was seamless and the car was in perfect condition with all my personal belongings in tact inside. Everyone at this company is very nice and patient and they have the best/lowest quote you will get from any other company. I highly recommend.

I hired ACC to transport my car from Vancouver to Calgary. The staff were really friendly right from the get go and took the time to answer all of my questions (I had many!). My car got to Calgary in one piece and honestly, that's all I care about. I will definitely be recommending ACC to others and will be using them in the future, if I relocate again.

Needed to ship a classic truck from Montreal to Alberta. Started looking for a carrier and found many sketchy individuals offering to transport my truck. I found Auto Carriers Corp by asking someone who does a lot of shipping and he highly recommended them. Kevy puts you at ease very quickly and even offered to meet face to face at their office office so he could walk me through their process of car shipping although after our discussion I never felt the need. He gave me price and delivery, and delivered on both. I ended up overpaying a little bit on a clerical error I didn't notice and Kevy ran out to the parking lot catching me before I left to say there was a little error on the invoice and wanted me to come back in to correct. Can not recommend Kevy enough. Outstanding, transparent, honest service. Highly recommend. 5 Stars

Cars arrived earlier than expected, were available to collect on a Sunday and were well cared for!

We had one VERY MINOR piece of damage (a side mirror glass fell off) but ACC dealt with it within 24 hours with no questions asked and no cost to me.

I hired this company to transport my car door to door. They said it would take 5-7 days. I let them pick up the vehicle 1 week early after **** requested that this would really help him out. After 1 month they sent me an invoice letting me know they can't set up a pick up time until I pay. I paid in full that day. Never saw the vehicle again. We contacted **** over and over and each time he said the vehicle would be delivered the next day. Over 6 weeks later a tow company contacted us and let us know are car had been in their yard for a month and were wondering if we were going to pick it up. Very shady company with extremely poor communication skills. I would like to be refunded since the vehicle never made it to the intended destination and we had to hire another company to transport it the remaining way. It also took more that 5-6 days (over 6 weeks and still no car).

Never shipped a car before. Auto Carrier made it super easy and stress free. They also have great working relationships with other companies which made it even easier to get our vehicle from Vancouver Island to Calgary.

I usually don't write reviews but this seems important because reading reviews on different transport companies saved me from getting scammed. I bought vehicle from copart Calgary and contacted lots of companies in Calgary to pick up from copart and ship it to Winnipeg. ACC's quote was the cheapest. Stefan was very professional and friendly and dispatched the driver on the same day to pickup the vehicle. Driver was very nice and called me next day to give a heads up to meet in Winnipeg. I asked the driver to stop in portage because it was closer from my home. He waited for me in Portage which was nice. I was very surprised to receive the vehicle within two days. Great experience and would definitely contact them again in future if me or my friends need their vehicle transported.

I recently got ACC to ship my 1973 mustang from Ontario to Calgary. I must say I'm really impressed with professionalism of the crew that got my car. Super friendly guys, great prices, zero hassles and prompt delivery.

I would highly suggest this company for your vehicle transportation needs. I searched around for a while getting rude responses and ridiculous quotes to get the vintage mustang out here. But one call to ACC and it is was booked ready to go.
