I’ve been going to AutoDetails for years and the Team and service never disappoint! Our cars are relatively new and the paint already looks great so I’ve never thought of getting the Ceramic coating done…. But I recently had it done on one of the cars. The difference is not subtle. The AutoDetails team did an amazing job. The car standouts. The paint has such incredible shine and depth to it. And it’s now protected as best it can be. Thanks Des and the AutoDetails Team.

Auto Details is the quintessential place for detailing and small repairs. Our 18 yr old daughter was hit from behind at a red light. We thought it would be a good learning experience for her to deal directly with Auto Details to learn a few life lessons.
Mr. Desmond Ross and his team treated her like an adult and walked her through the repairs. Insurance claim, rental car and the final repairs on her vehicle. As a Dad a business person I was very impressed with their professionalism and unbiased customer service. These people know how to “make it right” and not take advantage of anyone because they may be young, female, uneducated about vehicle repairs etc.
Auto Details are the consummate professionals in all things auto!

Des and his team continue to provide "detailed" service with an attitude that if you are not happy, they are not happy. Just picked up my son's car and needless to say it required some love. The interior looked new after the team finished with it and that is on a 2013 Golf. We'll done Des!

First rate job taking care of our van after some vandalism. Above and beyond what we could have expected. Give Des a call.you won't regret it.

Very not impressed with my detail I recently had done, considering the amount of money it costed me, there were dirt and grime between the seats still, they missed the important less looked at places In the vehicle but I’m mainly giving this place 1 star because $200, and two brand name sunglasses went missing after I had my vehicle cleaned. Such disgusting untrustworthy people. I highly DON’T recommend this place.

There's no one I trust more than Des to treat my vehicles like his own! He consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it's PPF of an entire vehicle or a quick fix after a little hit-and-run, he's always the first and only call I need. Can't recommend Auto Details / Fix Auto Express enough!

Some employees are good management sucks. Shady work get 3rd party inspections when getting work done here.

As a former employee of Auto Details and Fix Auto Express downtown, I can honestly say if you're looking for a top quality clean or small damage repair that these friendly, professional people will take care of you and make sure you leave satisfied every time.

Great service by Des and Shane; they picked up my car where I work and made it look like new again. You can see the detailed work in the door jams and trunk lids. And, when it was time to go home, my shiny car was waiting for me in my office parking lot. Doesn't get any better than this!

Very Poor Customer Service
Brought my new Landrover straight from the dealership in to have hood, lights etc.coating, touch up polish and some undercoating. Upon going over my vehicle personnel noticed a small scratch which he then said was "just a surface scratch that would just buff out with the polishing". Upon picking up my vehicle noticed that the scratch had not be dealt with and his attitude had changed. All of a sudden if I wanted it done it would be a minimum $250. I had a call the following week asking if I was satisfied I promptly explained why I was extremely dissatisfied I never received so much as a call about it. I did however receive a call a year later asking if I was going to schedule another appointment to bring my vehicle in again. I told them again why they are the last place I would ever bring any of my vehicles in. To date never a call back from anyone let alone the management.
