Raplace my windshield. PACIFICA CHRYSLER HYBRID 2022. When I drive through the pits, it crunches around the glass, as if in anticipation of breaking. Can't recommend this place.

Appoinment at 12.00 and inmidiately helped. Within 2 hours window driverside off ford f450 was in place. Nice helpfull people.

Unbelievably amazing experience. Staff were professional, courteous, empathetic, and friendly. I have been using these guys for a few years for all our windshield needs. Makes no difference if it’s my personal vehicle or our work trucks they never disappoint. Yesterday I had my rear door window blown out on Highway 2 by a rock, figured because it was an oddball window I’d try Ford first, no luck, 10 days for a window which is mind boggling. I stopped into Auto-glass Solutions at 9 am, they had this in stock and offered to try and fit it in throughout the day if I could leave it. By noon my truck was done, and ready to be put back on the road for $150 to $200 cheaper than anyone else quoted me with a 10 day wait. I highly recommended these folks for all your glass needs, they’ve gotten me out of some interesting predicaments over the years. Keep up the great work.

Thank you for employing wonderful people like Craig. I gotta tell ya, times are tough and Craig blew it out of the park for me. I called asking for a quote to replace the windshield out of my leased vehicle before I return it to the dealer. Craig was able to look up all the fancy things my windshield has by just getting my VIN number - how nice is that! I didn't need to go through the dealership and pay crazy money, instead I was quoted the low low price of $375. I'm CRYING with joy just from the kind interaction I had with Craig. He gave me the best darn advice in such a kind way, and I'm super clueless with this stuff so I appreciate the help DEEPLY. It takes a certain caliber of person to blow the socks off a customer, and Craig has it. Please make sure he is recognized for this outstanding customer service, if I had my own company I would try to steal him from you hahaha.

The team at Auto Glass Solutions was spectacular! They were able to get me in on short notice, were friendly, and kept me up to date on the progress of the project.
Damage to my rear window that they were replacing also ended up requiring a new wiper. Craig sought a replacement part and was able to source a used one for a fraction of the cost. They picked up the part themselves and had it installed along with my new rear windshield SAME DAY!

I have been coming here for rock chip repairs for a while. They always did good work, are polite, and price was fair.

However, now that I had to replaced my windshield my opinion has shifted. I hope it’s maybe because it was the end of the day but oh boy.

I will start by saying that Things can break during an installation but if you break something it’s your job to fix it. I did not bring my car with all those parts to leave with them missing or broken when they arrived fine. Nobody even said nothing to me. Half of the bottom shield was completely loose without nothing holding it down.

-Windshield shield was not place right and it was lifted almost half an inch on the passenger side (small little clamps that are supposed to go on top and bottom of windshield we’re over)
- all of the clips that hold down the little shield at the bottom of the windshield were missing. Pieces of broken plastic were under the hood.
-Wiper arm nut cap was missing. When I called back I was told it was nowhere to be found apparently.

At least the windshield does not seem to have any leaks so that part was good.

I am disappointed with the overall service!

Walked into the business with a refferal to use them and from very first words the older gentlemen (Craig) was rude and disrespectful. I also talked to the owner and he didn’t seem to care either, brushed me off and that was that didn’t take my number and certainly didn’t put any effort forth to make it right, no respect and customer service is terrible,
