Poor Work! - Bad Experience!
Brought our commercial truck to get a full vehicle wrap done. Was told by the owner (Pam) that they would do an amazing job and that she had the best installer in the city. Prior to printing the vinyl, she did ALL the measuring to ensure the vinyl install would be accurate as per the drawings provided by the graphic designer.
After the truck was complete, we noticed a bunch of issues which we brought to Pam's attention. Instead of taking responsibility for her poor work she blamed the designer. After some back & forth she reluctantly agreed to fix the issues which were her fault to begin with and not the designers. However, her remedy was not to re-do the work properly but to add patches everywhere, unfortunately we had no choice but to agree.
When we dropped off the truck to get fixed Pam was purposely not there which was unprofessional and childish. The installer wasn't very pleasant either as he seemed upset having to fix their mistakes. His response several times was "you won't see that". Well, that's not the case as we do pay attention to the details especially when we are paying a significant amount of money, we expect a quality job. Naturally when we picked up the truck the following day Pam was not there again.
We recently had our truck in another vinyl shop and the installers easily pointed out all the mistakes and the poor-quality work was apparent. There were noticeable seams in places where there shouldn't have been, they also counted 18 patches on one door alone and that's just the beginning.what a Mess!
So, if you are looking for a vehicle wrap company that prefers to take short cuts, doesn't like to be held accountable for their work and turns over fast low-quality install then this is the place for you.
If not, there are many other vinyl shops in the city who value their customers, take pride in their work and pay attention to the details and you will have a better overall experience.

Wanted to get some graphics on my truck to match my trailer. Was recommended to Auto Graphics and couldn't be happier. Very professional and great attention to detail.

Haven't heard back from this business. Was told 2x they would get back to me in the week, and both times nothing.

I love my decals or prints on my vehicle.took a lot less time than expected too. The whole process was smooth and I'm thankful to Pam for all the help she provided. I will be returning when the times right.recommended!

Pam and Danny are wonderful to deal with! Pam was extremely helpful right from the start offering her expertise and recommendation for logo placement on my vehicle. Danny took the time to answer all my questions about this job and future work. I am extremely happy with the end result and their excellent customer service throughout the process. I definitely recommend that you consider Pam and her team for your next job!

I took my company van in for signage in January of 2019. It was -35 outside but they took it in & did it. The signage started to come off but I never took it in & the COVID hit. I finally took it in recently & they stripped & re-signed it completely. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked it up. It not only looked great again, but they really only charged me for materials & not their time. They really stand behind their work & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have used Pam and her teams services at Auto Graphic Inc through various companies in the past for decals and branding of our fleet vehicles. Naturally when I opened my own company earlier this year I chose to reach out.
As a start up company I needed assistance with design and branding from color choices to fonts and even the entire layout. Pam and her team did up various layouts to help my business and vehicles stand out.

This company is amazing! All very friendly and helpful, Pam is wonderful and they had my decals done in record time, very affordable and I would highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We got into a bind and Pam was able to help us out after the last decal company kept screwing us around. Pam got our design done and on our truck in record time and it looks AMAZING. After that we got them to do massive artwork for the front windows of our business and it looks awesome. We will be back for any future work!
