Was able to get the vehicle I wanted and they were very helpful. The night I picked the vehicle up one of the front daytime running lights was burnt out. They said they would fix it. Been a month and a half now and it's still not fixed. The shop they sent us to ordered the wrong part, then has proceeded to tell us that autohouse will get the new part and contact me. I've called autohouse several times now and they don't call back. I've been given a run around and am extremely unsatisfied. They were great up untill they completed the sale then nothing. Don't think I'd recommend them based and the total run around over something so simple.

Made a appointment to see a vehicle. We got there and no vehicle. They didn’t know where it was. Not to impressed.

Set up a time with Zeal to view a car and texted the day of to confirm. When we arrived he told me the car wasn't here and was being detailed. He said it would take an hour and to browse other cars.

After the first 2 cars we tried to look at both had dead batteries we left. Zeal never followed up that the car was back so I imagine we we're being pedaled along as a backup. Not honest people and made us drive up for nothing.

Steer clear of this spot.

Don’t buy a vehicle from here! Read the reviews many complaints about fake inspections done of vehicles! Afterwards customers taking their cars and inspections not being passed! They don’t care who they rip off no remorse. As long as they are making money they are ok with putting vulnerable people and their children in unsafe vehicles. Shame on this company! They have no conscience in what and how they treat customers!

Went here a few weeks ago to look at a mustang that was there. I pulled up in my vehicle and went to check it out. Went inside the place was empty of customers but nobody seemed interested in selling me a car after about 20-30mins of trying to get some help I decided to just leave. Honestly why have a dealership when nobody wants to sell a car. It was confusing and disappointing as that was a car I wanted to purchase.

Have sent several emails about a vehicle they have, asked basic questions and the only thing they email back with is how did they do answering my questions about the vehicle.what answers.noone will even answer 1 question I have asked. Very poor communication and seems they have no actual interest in selling me a vehicle.

I found them to be very pushy, no test, drive cars are packed like sardines, but they wanted a deposit and to run credit app. The car I looked at they claimed was accident free but the whole car was covered in overspray.

I don’t really trust them.

Purchased a new (second hand) car from Ish today. He was awesome and helped me so much to find me the best one that I was looking for. Bought a $35,000.00 suv from them on a 5 year financing plan. They didn’t have one in stock at the time so they went and got one for me. Paid the truck off in full. I then proceeded to give them another 35k for a newer suv. They couldn’t care less and wouldn’t return my calls and in no way were they interested in taking another 35k from me. I went across the street and those guys happily took my 35k and got me what I wanted lol. Will never be back or recommend.

Beware of this place! Better to avoid it at all cost. Indecent service, staff. In a situation like this, you BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK literally; beware of the history of the cars such as accident, damage, out of province! Beware of being scammed by being offered other services like inaccurate, un-detailed inspection etc. They are indecent and they will waste your time and maybe even your money.

Ish was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service I do recommend them. He got me approved in 3hrs and got my car home with in 5hrs.

Picked up an M6 from this location. I was dealing with Ish through the whole process. Everything was smooth and easy, he didn't push or anything at all and I was comfortable the whole time.

I will strongly suggest everyone to check carfax and if the damages are substantial although it might say active it will only be for papers.
It cheep to get a buyers inspection and it will save you long term headaches for s.all fee get it done before signing anything.

I called ahead to set an appointment on a vehicle at this lot. I had read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. I spoke with a fellow on the phone and set the appointment for Saturday at 3: 30pm. I work for myself and so time is valuable and taking time away from my business is significant as I charge hourly.

I arrived at the lot and after waiting around 10 minutes, I was informed that 'they' didn't bring the vehicle and that it was at the sister lot and someone would take me there. Taking me there meant a person riding in my vehicle with me, apparently.

I arrived at the other lot and was greeted warmly and asked to wait while they brought the car over. After 10 minutes, I was offered a refreshment, kindly and politely turned it down.

Another 5 minutes passed and I was informed that the car had two flat tires that were being attended to and the car would arrive soon. After some more waiting, I was told that someone would be able to take me there and if I liked the condition, THEN the would address the tires. Out of curiosity, I asked where the location of the lot was to go and see the vehicle for myself (it was about two blocks away).

I arrived at the lot with the keys and found that the fob would not work, as I assume the battery was dead. The car had four flat tires, no battery life, rust starting on the rock chips on the hood, and severely scratched paint.

As I went to leave, a kind salesperson arrived and asked if I wished to reschedule my test drive. I said that it would be a pass and that the vehicle was in very rough shape (and likely ready for scrap) as it sat on the rims under the baking sun. It was a used Audi A3 and priced over 13k, so not a $500 Honda with 250,000km on it.

I was thoroughly disappointed in this experience and the way that things were conveyed and handled from start to finish. I have no trust in this dealership to be transparent or to be forthcoming about anything after this. I had inquired on the phone about how the drive was as this was diesel vehicle and was assured that it drove very well and that I would really love it compared to the gasoline version. I am unsure how this vehicle has been driven in significant time, if ever, and that made me feel again lied to.

I could have billed the two hours of my time out for well over $300 and was quite irritated that I had spent my time to arrive for a test drive. Especially while trying to be respectful of the salesperson's time and arriving on time for my appointment and wanting to practice as safe a practice as possible.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone as it was shady from start to finish and the lack of transparency and attention to detail was shocking.

It is unfortunate as this dealer has many different ads of nice looking vehicles posted, but there is no way to ascertain which are which.

Buyer beware and avoid wasting your time would be my advice.
