Found them very easy to deal with. Called midmorning and they were able to squeeze in an Out of province Inspection so I could register my car in Alberta. They also did several additional system flushings. Very pleased with the service.

Called in the morning with a brake issue. They were able to take me by noon. Inspected the issue, ordered parts, completed the repairs and road tested before my 4: 30 deadline. Very professional service. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience here.came here for an inspection to switch over to Alberta insurance, said there were issues with the shocks when there wasn't, failed the inspection even though we just had our vehicle serviced at BMW and they said nothing was wrong with it. Super rude service, trying to just rip people off, would never come back here ever again.

Hi! We recently went for out of province inspection to Auto Imports. Jeremy was the one who took care of everything for our vehicle. We gave the vehicle in the morning and in the afternoon we got a message with something that should be fixed and the fees for it. We knew that thing is necessary and decided to get it fixed with them. Our car was ready later in the evening before 5pm.

We did not have any issues, it was a very smooth and satisfying experience for us.

Had an out of province done here, Auto Imports installed new parts, in particular a pot light which began filling with water shortly after installation. I complained numerous times, and had to fight with them to get Auto Imports to honor the warranty. They finally said they would fix the issue, but damaged the wiring, so the light they finally replaced doesn't turn on (worked the night before), and now my command start no longer works.

They have wasted so much of my time, gas, and money.

Conveniently noticed a check-engine on my girlfriend's ride, during her out of province inspection, despite it being in beautiful condition and not flashing a code the morning of.

VW Dealership quoted me over 600$ for a visual inspection with a oil change. Called Auto Imports and Hassan got me in right away. They did oil change and visual inspection and called me back quickly. Extremely impressed with their service and fair pricing. They mentioned things to keep a eye out but did not recommend to do them right away which is what I call being honest.
Will be going back in future. It is now my go to shop for future.

I had a super comfortable experience with auto imports doing some warranty work as well as other needed services to my BMW. They advised me on what needed to be done and as well what I could wait on! The owner Nash dealt with the warranty company and everything went smoothly with the coverage. Sandy at the front desk was always checking in with me in a timely matter as well as going above and beyond to help me afterwards with other concerns with had nothing to do with what they worked on. I feel confident that my vehicle is now safe and tuned up to be driven for my daughter on the road.

Absolutely great experience with these guys. I needed to do an out of province inspection and Canadian tire was 231. I called Auto imports and they were able to get me in the same day and they did the same out of province inspection for about half the price. Customer service was amazing. Don't hesitate to bring your car here

My initial out-of -province inspection failed due to broken/cracked taillights. I purchased new one and replaced it myself. One week later, I went back for reinspection. Reinspection should be cheaper if it is done within 10days as posted on the board. The shop charged me a brand new inspection as if they have to hoist the vehicle and reinspect everything (so they said). After spoke to the manager, I got 10 dollars discount, instead of $50 I thought I supposed to get. PS. The mechanic just inspected my taillights on the street and issue the pass certificate. So disappointed! So, make sure you ask questions about the fee for coming back for reinspection.

Could I recommend auto Imports? No there pretty terrible after sending my car to a different shop and finding out import never replaced the sensors they said I so desperately needed and paid for them to replace I'd say there just crooks, terrible customer service, terrible work and just an awful place to deal with would recommend westside auto or river city they won't lie to you they won't damage your wheels and they'll actually fix the issue without making you pay for work that won't ever be done.
I posted a picture of said sensor they replaced and charged me for still broken! If you want crooks looking at your vehicle send it here!

We were taking care of by Sandy and she was awesome. From the very start to the end of the inspection she kept us informed of everything. I highly recommend Auto Imports and don’t forget to ask for Sandy.

Was visiting from out of town and had my Jaguar ‘01 quit on me late on a Thursday night. Had it towed to Auto Imports. The team was very kind to fit me in their schedule and fix my issue (fuel line/fuel pump) on the Friday in order for me to get home. Hassan was very polite and transparent about the cost. They were quick to identify the issue. He provided excellent communication relaying new info as things developed. He was able to go through the vehicles maintenance history and was honest. I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting regular maintenance or if ever you’re in a jam like I was. Just do them the favour by communicating (emailing and calling) the issues (what happened) and recent maintenance history in order for them to provide expedient service.

I took my vehicle in to get an out of province inspection. The answer wasn't what I wanted. However, they were incredibly honest, thorough, respectful, and communicative. I couldn't ask for more and I recommend their services.

I was referred to Auto Imports by Herber's Automotive for an undiagnosed issue with my Tiguan. I was exceptionally pleased with the customer service, the candor in which my wife and I were spoken to, and the amount of information we were given about the service that was done AND service that will soon need to be done. I will definitely be back! P. S. Do not go to Jiffy Lube, they have way too high a chance of costing you extra money by doing subpar work. Plus an oil change at Auto Imports is probably going to be cheaper anyway.

I was very impressed how quickly I was able to get my car in. They also gave me a free inspection because my car had never been there before. They were very detailed in the inspection and the list of things that need repair in the future. They had a great waiting area. It was very clean and tidy. Free coffee was their for us if we wanted. Overall experience was great. I will be coming back in the near future.

Scam is 99$ out of province inspection, then they give u a huge bill… read the reviews. He said I needed my brakes done and I had half left but wouldn’t pass me unless I got them done. Don’t come here

Andrew is so great at keeping me informed about my 2006 Vibe and what work will need to be done in the future. We drive our vehicles untill they drop so it so great having a place that helps me stay on top of the maintenance and not trying to sell me a new vehicle because of the age and milage.

Been my mechanic now for years. Can't recommend enough. My cars are I have always been well treated.

Update: still the one and only place I take my cars for all their services. If you're unsure about giving them a try, give them a chance to impress. Very honest about the work, the costs and knowledgable and understanding suggestions.

Les, Andrew and the overall experience was top notch to say the least. When I had my out of province inspection done the detailed report was amazing and very detailed. I followed up the inspection with most of the recommendations outlined by service. The costs were clearly identified for each recommendation along with priority sequence to have the work completed to ensure quality maintenance of the vehicle was prioritized. The work was scheduled, completed on time and no hidden cost surprises. The facility is clean and has a nice customer waiting area. Les and Andrew are terrific service agents and place customer appreciation as a high priority!

My classic Porsche developed a rough idle. They diagnosed the problem and offered a practical solution in quite a short time. Car runs great now. Highly recommended!

Always enjoy going to these guys. Clean shop, clean waiting room, great front-end staff.and good pricing on basic things that the dealership charges waaaay too much for. Parking is a little tight, but the Totem parking lot across the street is always handy first thing in the morning.

In fact, they even have levels and say this is urgent, or it's just the beginning of something to be aware of etc. 10 out of 10 will use again when I need to.

A+ customer service from Les. Very thorough knowledge of my car type and its dealership maintenance schedule. They differentiate between urgent and non-urgent problems that they find. These people do their homework and prioritize quality car repairs and customer experience. COVID-19 disinfectant protocols are top notch.

I have had 2 seperate out of province vehicle inspections done over the years at this location. Extremely happy and impressed with the overall experience. I had Andrew helping me today and I am blown away. Never have I had a representative sit with me and explain in such detail what work my vehicle will require and why. I have been using this shop for almost 10 years and I have no complaints. They are very informative about imports and I would recommend them to anyone. Andrew is very nice and honest about any work needed and I have had a few conversations with Nash about ideas to help the mechanics. The shop and waiting area is very clean and friendly. Keep up the great work. Maybe set up a loyalty card or program (10th oil change free) seeing how I have a older Audi that I know will need more work in the future. I will share the details and let the reader form their own opinion. I recently purchased from a neighbor a relatively low mileage, rust free Toyota car, for less than $1000.00. I told the owner I should have an out of province inspection completed prior to finalizing the sale. They informed me they'd had 2 completed in December and January of this last year, from a reputable, well known, franchise auto repair specialist, and both passed all categories, I know not why they had 2. They provided me a copy of the first, and the 2nd they had used to register the car, as I learned when I went and transferred my registration at the registry.

So now all I needed was a 30+ point inspection as the 230+ point out of province inspection had expired, while the car had not been driven since January. Auto Imports held my insurance policy hostage, stating I needed $1150.70 in repairs because the car had not passed their 'bounce test' - is this a technical term? They also wanted to charge $135.00 to interpret the check engine light codes (who knows what they would come up with here) and had $961.00 in 'recommended' repairs. Also, an additional $60 for an engine wash to locate leaks because their first wash could not locate any. The total estimate on the bill - $2111.78 + $110.00 for the initial fee, for a car I paid less than $1000.00 for, no wonder other reviews state they are friendly and happy.

After paying my $110.00 inspection rip off I left the shop feeling like someone who risks $100.00 at the casino on a payday Friday and walks away with nothing. And while waiting to pay my bill I witnessed another customer paying $921.00 for the results of his out of province inspection, in addition to the windshield replacement they'd told him he'd have to do before they would certify his inspection. I guess he did better at the casino than myself.

Lesson learned, I will follow up with a trip to the reputable, well known franchise auto repair specialists who do not include 'bounce test' on their forms, but I will inquire with them what a bounce test is and what it entails. Very disappointed in this simple process turning into a profit scam by those holding the reins.

Took in a Suburu for out of province inspection. Service Advisor Andrew was exceptional. He explained the process, made some recommendations, had the vehicle ready as promised and made sure the vehicle was sanitized. I was totally impressed and would definitely recommend Andrew and Auto Imports. You won't be disappointed.

I have had big and small services performed on my V8 Porsche 928 over the years and have be highly impressed with the service this group offers. The hands on technical staff freely communicate the technical items and Andrew the public representative is friendly very communicative and gives updates and options on service and repairs on specialized vehicles.its a good place to get work done on special cars.

I went into Auto Imports to get a diagnosis if I required to change out my struts on my 2013 Infiniti G 37X. The road tested the vehicle and put it up on the hoist and did a bounce test. The verdict is that I don’t have to change them out at this time. The reason I use auto imports is because they are honest.

I was directed to have my studed tires replaced with Auto Import s I specifically told Andrew that my tires were studded and had a specific rim layout

Recently had a potential car purchase inspected with Auto Imports. Very happy with their service which was very efficient and meticulous. Andrew was extremely professional throughout and I greatly appreciated that he took the time to inform and explain to me the inspection results in detail. I highly recommend them.

I had a problem with the Mercedes Airmatic suspension. I was amazed by the level of service by Andrew! He explained using the vin number where the car was manufactured and what plant. My car was repaired on time an more importantly on budget. Overall, exceptional customer service!

I've been here 4 times now, and I would strongly recommend this place! Everyone is so professional and knowledge, and also very patient explaining to the customer. Communication has been excellent. Especially Andrew, such a nice service rep who absolutely knows everything about a car. This is where I come to get my car repaired, and I also recommend this place to everyone.

Les was great at keeping me updated and was totally transparent in what was needed. Also, a list of items that need to be repaired was given after the work was done. If you have an import like a BMW I'd definitely recommend their service.

I discovered Auto Imports through a quick Yelp search for "european car repair" and then "brakes". I called for a quick price quote, and was greeted on the phone by Andrew. He took down some information, and said that he would call back within a few minutes. Shortly thereafter, Andrew called, and gave me a price quote for brakes (front and rear), rotors, and an oil change.

He scheduled me in for the next morning, and when I arrived, I was welcomed.

The shop was well-kept, and clean, and everyone seemed very professional. I was given an overview of the pricing and the service, and then signed off to go-ahead.

The next day, I picked up my car (it was ready that same day, but I chose to pick it up the next day for convenience, which they had no problem with), and Andrew gave me a very thorough overview of the work, with quotes and the severity of the work (when it should be done). He was so friendly.

Les was really helpful in guiding me through what was inspected on my car, arriving from another province I needed to Do an out of province inspection. It was successfully done. Unfortunately they had some delays due to wrong parts, but it's because of my car parts being more hard to find. Overall I was very happy with the service I receive and would recommand having mechanics done There.

Auto Imports did a very thorough diagnosis of specified problems and priced out the repair costs for my approval. Work was completed on a timely basis.
No surprises when it came to the final bill. They also provided a summary of several areas that need to be monitored and or repaired in the future but were not urgent safety issues now.

I took my truck in for an out of province inspection Andrew was very find and professional and the vehicle was finished on time. Thanks for the great experience I will be sure to use them on the future.
