Absolutely terrible service- tow never showed. Someone was parked in my stall all day. The stall I pay for I might add. Given one hour to 1.5 hours quote on tow arrival. Called at 2 hours. Was given some sad response that the driver forgot his tools at another site and had to return to go get them. Was told another driver was starting soon and would possibly send them my way. Called them back at 4 hours of waiting.told me the driver was on the way and to give it another 30 min. Stilll waiting.
Do better slackers.

Don’t know who was driving truck #241 at 7: 00 pm on Saturday night September 30th coming off Henday onto the Yellowhead and into Beverly. But he should have his license revoked. Constantly tailgating vehicles. Sometimes no more than a foot behind. Zig zagging through traffic with no signal lights used. Cutting people off causing them to slam their brakes on. Just all around dangerous and irresponsible driving. Is this a good representation of your company?

I was informed that I parked on the wrong side of the inadequately marked lot. (Honest mistake as I did pay for parking). The person at the impound told me, "now you know not to do it again", when I told them my situation. Inappropriate response from the staff, and straight robbery from the company. Cars are towed without warning.

Luke was absolutely perfect. Calm and careful in a less than ideal situation. He took car of my old beautiful (and expensive) vehicle. I will definitely use Auto Rescue again, if need be. The pricing was fair too.

Excellent service from Kal (Karl?). He kept in contact with me so I knew when he was coming. Quick and professional.

Clowns, avoid at all costs. “JUST 45 MINS MORE”, six hours later still haven’t arrived. Beautiful weather, not 40 below, not a high demand situation where tow trucks are hard to get.

I am a hospital worker who paid for parking and parked where Auto Rescue signage was not visible. I was informed that I parked on the wrong side of the inadequately marked lot. They towed my vehicle from my residence, vehicle was registered. They still took the vehicle and made me pay 300$ even though vehicle is registered. Would not recommend their service to anyone.

Had a problem with my vehicle. Called these guys. Had the car picked up within an hour. Great customer service, awesome personnel to speak to. Everyone is very friendly. Would use it again and recommend my friends

Horrible company. Blocked my apartments parking lot for upwards of 30 minutes while multiple people were trying to get home from work. Great guys, decide to pull a car in a busy lot right at 6: 30 when every one is coming home from work.

Avoid like the plague. Auto rescue has incredibly high fees and are only interested in squeezing as much money out of you as possible.

Bottom feeders and low life’s… they sneak around in the middle of the night to tow cars illegally and they probably steal catalytic converters… DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Quick and friendly service. Was able to dispatch a driver within the hour in the AM. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I need my car towed again I'd call them first.

This company is ridiculous, I parked my car at the Nongbu restaurant, and had dinner there yesterday, 20min later I found my car was towed.

Driver was prompt and within minutes of the given ETA. Professional Cordial Knowledgeable. Provided some general diagnostics and answered questions regarding Battery protectors, Batteries and Charging System.

1.30 pm on 16 May 2022- called back to check on the status. The lady over the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked humbly about the service and her tone was extremely rude and impolite for no reason. Is she find it hard to talk nicely with customers then she should just change her job.

Would never recommend this company to anyone after having a worker lash out and get aggressive with me.

Terrible service. Someone parked in my spot. Called them at 9: 37pm. The lady told me the guy will give me a call, didnt say when or any estimate how long. Anyway, dont mind to wait. Waited until 12: 30am, 3hours and called them back, of course no one pick up my phone. Now the people parked my spot left already and still dont get any call yet. What kind of service is it? If you dont want to work or cant work, just let customer know. Please do not wait our time.

The wait wasn't terrible, the gentlemen got it done quick, friendly, professional. Would recommend.

Oh man, called for a tow truck because a car was parked in my spot, waited 3 hours, and called mutipul times to be reasured the truck was on it's way. On the final call after 3 hours buddy admitted his driver isn't awnsering his calls and he has no idea where he is. I dont even know how this buisness operate. Id give 0 stars and some very creative choice words for this company

Horrible services. The lady was really toxic and they just towed my truck from visitor parking space. No one called them for it, pretty much a well oiled scam. Not recommended this place at all.

Very shady and unprofessional, I don't know how they are still in business just thieves with a business license

First off, I would love to mention this company should not even get a star. Their company is disrespectful and overall unprofessional. My truck was getting towed and when I came outside they were about to drive a way without a warning or a note, I have a doorbell camera and they showed up within 20 minutes with me parking in this parking spot. As my neighbours were apparently telling them that it was our truck and pointed out to our house, he mentioned "it does not matter " therefore they came and told me. However not only did that the worker had the straps on my wheels way too tight and when I asked him if he could take them off OR release them because I was going to pay he told me "he knew what he was doing". (when I showed my mechanic he said otherwise). Which with me paying he told me that I had to give him my bank information for them to take my money (which would be accessed after 5-10 days), After saying no and that was not okay he finally said he would get the debt machine. Anyhow, as a tow truck company the person should value and respect both sides of the party however he was standing there laughing at us with the individual who called the tow truck company. Not only that, when I contacted management with photos and videos I got told that they would take this serious and respond on Friday after reviewing, Friday came around and I got told Monday morning at 10 AM giving the benefit of doubt I waited. It is now Tuesday and have heard NOTHING. I have emailed and NOTHING. I simply just wanted an answer or apology since I was humiliated and treat with disrespect. I believe if you are going to call the tow truck company find a better place OR if you are dealing with this issue call management or someone right away. THIS IS NOT OKAY!

I gave a 1 star to Mondher on a complete screw up by me. He arrived very quick to the location I supplied (which was wrong address) here is a 5 star to make up for it

Big giant scam. Pulled my car from a visitors stall in an apartment building. They weren't called by anyone but said something about needing visitor tags for that lot though the tenants knew nothing about it and no other vehicles on the lot had visitors tags or stickers. Close at 8 so you have to pay overnight storage (x2 for whatever weid reason), even if you want to pick up your car the same night you can't but have to pay the fees. I understand that there are legitimate towing companies who help parking lot owners and tenants across the city manage their lots but this isn't one of them. This is a big giant scam and just a way to make an easy $280 bucks for them.

Don't appreciate how this company handles customers. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. The girl who answers after hours needs a lesson in manners and sympathy.

Luke came out to fix a flat for me (change the tire) and was just a joy to talk with. He never once had me concerns about my Genesis. He stopped me before I left because my spare looked low. He made sure it was set to the right psi and ensure e that I was safe enough to make it home

Lol although my work truck was towed (my bad for parking in the wrong spot) they were super kind and helpful for what documents I needed to get it out of impound and carry on with my day

Didn’t engage the parking brake on my car that had a broken transmission, it crashed and they refused to pay for damages saying if it sits it’s not their problem.

Just so everyone knows when parking in visitor parking with a pass this company will come and patrol and tow your vehicle for a quick buck without hardly looking for the pass. Had to show the tow truck driver the pass and yet still charged me their error. Would not recommend this scab company.

They wanted a actual liscense to get our vehicle.any other picture ID didn't matter to them at all and wouldn't release the car but we got it anyways got a random to pull it off the lot with his DL all good

My vehicle was towed after parking right infront of my friends townhouse in a unused parking stall. May of been the one over, with open spaces on both sides for someone else to park. Towed away with an hour with no notice and charged $225 like people have that sort of money to throw around. How do you even live with yourself, ripping people off?

Fast & professional service late on a Saturday night. Blake quickly rigged up & totally explained the procedure of winching my bottomed out car from deep snow. Would highly recommend this company & staff.

Used through AMA. As my truck had been leaking coolant and I probably shouldn’t have driven it to work. Dillon was friendly and kept me informed. Sadly AMA gave him the wrong address for where my truck was suppose to end up, even though it was repeated twice, when given the correct address he was there in no time!

Got to me quickly, friendly and professional. I would recommend these guys. Gabriel and Branden were terrific.

My car suddenly got towed from a staff parking lot where I've been parking consistently with a pass for over a year. When we went to pick it up, they admitted that they had made a mistake (we were OK to park there and we were displaying a staff pass) but still demanded payment

Got put in touch through AMA for a tow. Gabriel showed up in less than 40 minutes and did a great job. Quick and friendly, chatted the whole way to the mechanic shop. Would recommend.

I was visiting a friend and didn't know where to park. I was inside an hour and forty minutes and they towed my car. There was half a foot of snow in the spot I picked and no tracks.

Update: they towed last night at 10pm, I called at 10: 30 pm when I noticed that it was gone and they told me to collect it in the morning. When I arrived to collect, they charged me for two callander days. $300 for less than 12 hours of storage.

They even have the audacity to like the negative comments on their own page.

Have shipped multiple luxury vehicles from Calgary to Scottsdale with Auto Rescue. Great guys to work with!

The reason they tow cars just befor 11pm is to charge you for 2 days of storage; 11-12am and 12- next morning. The City does the same.
This company makes most of their money absconding w cars - not by towing cars that actually called them.
Theyll tell you the parking lot owner's responsible, not them. They are LYING.your money went to them! They will evade any questions of who the owners are to avoid being sued.
Typical cost is $200/tow + 50/day for 'Storage' (in reality, only a few hrs). They are not open at 10pm so you will not b able to retrieve your car - this is by design on purpose. They dont open until the morning.

Called them said I was in an unsafe place they were their in five min. Good job guys thanks for the lift.hahha

Amazing service! Colton was the best driver yet! He picked me up from my bus stop and took me home then towed my car to Canadian tire! What a nice chill guy, definitely would recommend this company, ask for Colton he’s the best! Thanks man!

Gabriel gave me the most wonderful experience one can have when getting your car towed. I had a horrible day my car got towed to the police impound lot and I had lost my keys, I saw him outside the impound lot and asked him if he can help me get into my car on a very cold day. He said he would help and waited with us inside and helped me get into my car and when I couldn't find the key he towed it for me to the dealership. He went above and beyond to help out someone in need.

Had my vehicle towed to a dealership this morning, Rylan the tow truck operator was on time (booked time the previous day), very professional and courteous. Who says that "customer service" is a thing of the past. NOT with these guys. Will highly recommend!

Gabriel is the best! I locked my key inside my BMW, I called 3 lock smiths who all told me they were unable to unlock the type of vehicle that I owned. On a whim, I asked Gabriel who drove by in a Auto Rescue tow truck if he was able to help me out. It was difficult but eventually after a lot of work Gabriel was able to unlock it for me. I am so grateful, I thought I was going to have to pay to tow it to the dealership but Gabriel saved the day. If I’m ever in trouble again, will absolutely only call Auto Rescue for Gabriel!

Honestly, I wouldn't call or deal with another towing company again! Only Auto Rescue, and this is solely due to Gabriel! One of the hardest workers I seen, it was -20 when he came to tow my car… He let me sit inside his truck as he seen that I was freezing and finished strapping the car on the dolly within 12 minutes! I couldn't believe it, it was unbearable to even be outside! Thank you, thank you, and thank you Gabriel, you saved my life man. 5/5!

Extremely friendly staff over the phone. Colton was here very quickly in spite of the terrible road conditions. My car was covered in 3 feet of snow he shoveled and cleanded the car. Amazing service for a great price
