I was just there (- 16 January 2024 between 6 pm and 630 pm -) to change my wiper. The sales person (man) at the counter was very helpful. As I was rushing to work, I couldn't ask his name. James was incredible for service. He took the time to explain the correct clips for my vechile. He even helped me understand and showed me how to install. I would highly reccomend.
Big shout-out to this location's crew. I am from out of town and had significant issues with my 2003 Honda Element. They have been very helpful, dedicating their time to help me understand parts and repairs, considering someone on a budget with significant investments and choices to make. All of this with a smile and some jokes. This is true customer service, something that is very hard to find nowadays.
I took my car for a diagnostic check because my engine light came on and the staff were so kind and helpful. One gentleman took the time to draw a diagram of the engine and explain to me what the problem might be. All this service was free. I highly recommend this store!
Was totally ignored by staff (there were no other customers in the store) I walked up to the counter and waited while the 2 staff played on their phones. I walked out. These guys are obviously not interested in your business.
Amazing staff thank you! Really just a world of parts. I own many classic cars and these guys are so willing to look for the parts even if it’s not listed they try their best. So many parts places now just say if doesn’t list it your out of luck but these people are truly willing to go the extra mile! Thanks again.
These guys are great asked me right away if they could help (I was looking for a water pump), and looked it up and I was helped paid and out the door on my way to do my repair in under 15 minutes, highly recommend this location
Best experience I ever had with any part store. Manager Tara was extremely helpful even let me borrow the tools to replace my battery and was above and beyond to provide me best of the customer service experience. Keep up the good work guys!
Lots of parts in stock but sales staff are lacking the knowledge and experience to offer helpful customer advice. You are much better served going to Princess Auto.
I tried to get a warranty from them as the sticker on my battery indicated it was still under warranty. They wouldn't look up my name on a credit card or or on the store computer and insisted on a paper receipt which I no longer had. I'm pretty bummed not only at the poor quality of the battery, but that they wouldn't do anything to help me, such as offer me a discount on a new one. And I can't afford it either. TLDR: cheap batteries, poor quality, keep your receipt.
Carla is INCREDIBLE. She is so kind and extremely helpful - she taught me how to install my air filter and my air intake hose, which is something I completely did not expect! She's super fantastic. Give her a raise lol.
Rude arrogant little guy at the parts counter loves to argue. Insisted that my car has an o-ring instead of a gasket and is just generally terrible at his job. Staff used to be good, not so much anymore.

Great customer service and the correct advice. I was in need of a gloss finishing lacquer to paint a goalie mask, and despite trying a local paint shop who didn’t call me back, I opted to try a “rattle can”. The result was better than I expected, and the mask has taken many hard hits so the lacquer is holding up nicely. Would definitely use it again, with a few changes to application method. I picked up two cans, and the staff told me that one was preferred over the other. Much appreciated. For $11 I am happy.
Great customer service and very helpful. I needed help checking an engine light code, manager helped diagnose and provided pictures and details on how to change the part. Honest, reliable service
So helpful! Today I lost a wiper blade driving through a terrific hail storm in the city. The assistant manager selected the correct size and even installed it for me so I could drive home on the Deerfoot in safety!
Since changing the manager from Derek to Tara, this store has gone downhill. All the good staff members have quit or been let go. 4 good staff members all gone in a matter of 2 weeks. New staff members are not properly trained, very unintelligent, extra long wait for wrong parts multiple times in a row and not even qualified to give out customers cash account rebates. Management is rude and two-faced, and several customers have come to this same conclusion. Ultimately had the worst experience imaginable at this store. They have no consideration for customers let alone the employees who were only trying to work hard and make a living for their families. Anyone looking for quality service should definitely go elsewhere.
