The staff here are all SO kind and helpful, all we needed was a simple part and everyone was astonishingly kind and dedicated. I hope this place stays open (and stays this way) for a long time to come!

I highly recommended this place for fast, efficient and excellent customer service. Bought a part for my vehicle but unfortunately the product was damaged so we went to Midnapore location as it was closer to my mechanic’s house and they guy who assisted us was very rude and I felt like he was shouting at us with other customers at the store. Left the store and said thank you anyway for giving us a bad (worst) customer service. So went back to this place as it was where we originally purchased the item. The lady who helped us was very kind, has a great customer service attitude and was very efficient. Return was done in 5 minutes hassle-free.:) All staff should be as great and as kind as the people in this location.:)

Stopped in to upgrade my headlamps. Neil found the correct type, and he went the extra mile and actually installed them for me! Even though it's against policy, I explained about my arthritic fingers and he did it all. Neil. You are my hero! Thank you

I came in today because my signal lights and hazard lights stopped working. Did some research and it turned out to be a problem with fuses and relays. Jacob and Donna were a great help and got me the exact fuses and relays i needed for my signal and hazard lights to be working again. Great customer service!
