Worst quality products with very bad customer care as if no business service knowledge. Suggest not to keep any purchasing further in life.

I went to return a battery under warranty. I got an arrogant customer rep. Do to the extreme cold weather the battery failed. It just had one year left under warranty. This arrogant rep tested it said it was still good and with a serious face! Did not wanted to provide me another battery! Avoid Patrick! Ravin Singh was a saviour and helped me instead. A walked away with a new battery. Ask for Ravin great customer service.

The cashier saw me wondering and was quick to offer help. I thought I was asking for something a bit obscure but he knew exactly where it was. Had a great sense of humour, for a pirate.

Great staff, fantastic supply. Walk in and ask for a dirt bike spark plug or a pickup truck water pump, they have it in stock or within a day

The older lady at the cashier talks way too much. Takes way way too long. Just do your job

My preferred auto parts store. Acceptable selection of tools, chemicals/cleaners and universal parts. Friendly and helpful staff. They've had everything I've needed in stock same day so far. The place is clean.

My favourite shop to pick auto parts, oils, car accessories etc. Reasonable rates, very good service.

We stopped in hoping to have luck finding batteries for our key fobs. Bill was so helpful and his partner opened the fob and changed them for us. No more driving down the road with my car screaming at me. Thank you Bill and team.

Awsome Store! Dustin helpped me out he knows his parts! Gave me great advice! I even over heard him talking to the customers before me and he was giving them great advice. I walked in just for spark plugs, and I noticed he was knowledgeable I ended asking more questions and got more parts to fix up my car! The did go to the dealership right before and they were just giving me the runaround! Definitely be back for more parts as I slowly work on my own car!

Ravin has excellent customer service always ready to help with parts and lots of knowledge about parts and he is always ready to help customer with everything about cars

Knowledgeable staff when I went. The price of the windshield washer nozzle I needed was significantly lower than 2 other places I called, so that was a bonus.

Staff is helpful and knowledgeable, even recommended a repair shop for a decent rate. Will definitely be on my hit list.

Wasn’t allowed to use the washroom, “unheard of” they said it’s not a restaurant and they’re not required to offer washroom services - one star is too much
costumer service is below norm.

Ellie at the cashout was amazing and on top of the order making sure the alternator was the right one and matched the receipt, nothing will get past her. Super friendly. And Hugh helped us out. Very knowledgeable and easy going. All and all, very nice experience and felt welcomed. Good job you guys, keep it up! We'll be back to this store for any auto needs.

Listen you guys need to do a better job. You gave me the wrong rotor. Im working on my truck in a shop in didsbury so now i need to go and buy another rotor in didsbury and return this one to you guys. All because you messed up. I guess my 2 hour jobs going to turn into a 6-7 hour job. Thanks a lot for nothing.

The last few times I have been to this store, I have been shocked by how unprofessional some of the staff members were. As I stood in line at the parts counter on a Sunday with a few other customers I noticed the phones were ringing off the hook, while Ravin was taking a personal call. The next time I went in one of your male cashiers was eating at the register. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service at this store.

Parts desk guy (old with grey hair) was extremely rude. Didnt realize they closed in 2 min and asked for a price and was treated with disrespect basically was like are u kidding me while he was looking the phone rand and he said dont answer that we are off. He would not even give me the price he made me read it from him my self and it was 40.00 dollars then amazon so I told him I didnt want it and he threw it across the desk. That was my first and last time I will ever go there and will not reccomend this place to anyone first impressions and good customer service is an important thing in any business and you can tell he hates his job and should not be working there.

I LOVE THE LOW PRICES, the garage wanted $97.00 to replace my muffler hanger, but did it myself for$23.00 in 15 minutes

Never had any issues at this place and they are good at shipping parts from the warehouse if needed.
