Staff was rude and a male employee was very rude to what seemed to be a newer female employee learning. Both had zero knowledge of a part and tried to tell me I'm wrong, in the end I was right and they were very rude about it all. Would definitely not go back unless I knew exactly the part I needed since the staff isn't knowledgeable.

I would like to thank Cody for his special effort for my problems with my s10. He went above and beyond. Thats one of the reasons I like to deal with Auto Value in Airdrie when I need auto parts.

Probably the first place I go to when I need parts for a vehicle. The staff always try to make sure I get exactly what I need, even when I am not certain what that is. They are knowledgeable and very helpful and have saved me a lot of money on car parts over the years. The store is always clean and tidy, and there's often some fresh popcorn to ensure you leave with a good taste in your mouth.

Needed to replace my A/C compressor belt on a very hot day of traveling. They knew what i needed and had the part in stock. When the job became more complicated, as they often do, i ran back in with 1 minute before closing. They had the other parts i needed too and guys had no problem helping me a little past closing. Even offering me water before i continued with my work. As i was visably sweaty and tired haha. Thanks for all your help.

Very impressed with the helpful, friendly staff. Ran a diagnostic on my car in less than 5 minutes (Something the Ford service department wouldn't even consider until after the long weekend). Explained what the error code meant and that I was good to continue driving until I got back to GP. Thanks so much for such a positive experience and peace of mind.

Great staff at the parts desk. They were all automotive enthusiasts with experience working on cars and were very helpful especially when working with a non-stock vehicle. Got all the right parts I needed the first time. Great work. I'll be back.

Good store. Great staff. If your check engine light is on these guys will hook up their code reader to help you figure out the problem. And they do it for free!

Customer service is so rude and prices are too high I bought a spark plug which he charge me $3 each and by mistake I took the wrong plug and when i went back to exchange the plug he charged me extra $8 each spark plug even the way he talked was not appreciatable owner of the company should hire people who know how to respect and serve customers compare to country hills auto value shop they are friendly and nice people thanks this is my last visit to this shop

I went to Auto Value to have codes read to find out why my interior lights were not working and why my check engine icon was on. They not only cleared the code they also got the interior lights working and they did it all for free Awesome job Awesome people Awesome store
