Great customer service every time. If that’s buying something or just needing to scan a vehicle.

I show up quite frequently to get fuses for my car and the staff are always a good help and very knowledgeable!

I was a bit put off by the counter staff, seemed invisible, one of them came from behind the counter to help another customer and stood directly Infront of me less than 2 feet awake, no excuse me or anything, then had to wait for the other counter staff who had no customer to greet me even though he had looked in my direction a few times, even if he was busy he should of acknowledged me, and the other one should of said excuse me.

Close to me but I try to avoid going there.the young guy wearing hat he's very rude and need more training on customer service. I was In line waiting he used his finger to call me like he's calling his girlfriend.very unprofessional, the older gentleman he's very nice and very helpful.

Parts aren't available most of the time. I have to order it and bring it to the store, they said they will call me when they get the part and they never did.

I suggest more training and education foe the young guys to improve the customer service.

First time going to this location, very pleasant experience Adrian helped me he was very polite and helped me with what I needed. They had popcorn, my son was super excited to get some. The lady at the front desk said hello and had a smile! Felt very welcomed at this location.

The staff is friendly and they are ready to assist you. Consistent service and always stocked with the small maintenance items I need for my vehicles. Including tools, windshield wipers, filters, etc.

First time using this business. I stopped in for rear brake pads & rotors. Gave all my vehicle information and was given the parts. Drove to my mechanic shop to have them installed. After the vehicle was taken apart found out the rotors were wrong. I had to buy the rotors from the mechanic supplier and cost me $60.00 more than the ones I bought. When I returned the rotors I was told the rotors were not correct for my vehicle. I was charged for the correct ones but, was given the wrong ones. Their error cost me time and money. I will not be back.

Had an issue with my car.
Wasn't even sure I could fix it.
The staff helped me find a solution to fix the issue. Left very happy with the solution.

Had a great shopping experience here! Staff are very friendly, store is very tidy and easy to look around in. It's a good little spot!

I went there yesterday and try to get brake pads for my cars, well very disappointed with the guy at the desk. Every questions I ask or I need suggestions.he just answer " I don't know" repeat and repeat with his bad attitude. I was gonna purchase but with this level of customer services I just decided to go somewhere else. The only things he knows about probably is what time the shift off and when is his pay day. If this is the way they run the business. Good luck

So, stopped off at Auto Value when Canadian Tire did not have what I needed (a cap for my rad rez)
Walked in, waited while the front girl was laughing with the back staff about something. Told it would just be a minute. When going to the counter to be served I was asked twice the engine size of my truck. (Not usually an issue, but hear me out) get to the second counter to pay for purchase (in between the front desk girl still telling her story.and only when she finishes does she take me and the part to the front to pay) which I asked about because said part was suddenly twice the price of CT. I was told CT MUST be wrong!
Got out to my vehicle and looked at receipt, then called part source.sure enough, not only was the part priced but they gave me the wrong part!
AFTER ASKING ME TWICE! AND ME SAYING ARE YOU SURE THIS BILL SEEMS HIGH!
Will NEVER use Auto Value again. (Which is an absolute shame for you as I drive a Ford!)
Horrid service. Keep your giggling sales girl, I want knowledgeable service who actually LISTEN to their customers. Lastly, when I went to return said part not 5 minutes later it was like the girl had already forgotten me.then taking said part (which I never even opened the box to) to the back BEFORE refunding me. Making me feel like I was under scrutiny for possibly tampering with their product. All in all horrid experience. Won't return.

Really good customer service at this location. I always go here if I need advice or parts. Went here to get my battery checked. They quickly checked my batter and gave me the results and possible solutions. They have generally more affordable parts here. It's a good location, with good selection.

Good service and selection. If you need a part they don't have in stock, they can get it same or next day usually.

Adrian was very helpful when I needed to change my rear windshield wiper. He even went to my car to make sure it fits. He just made my day!

I would definitely recommend this place to other people!

Amazing service. Just stopped in to get a driverside windsheild wipper as it broke in a whiteout on Deerfooot trail. The gentleman that got my part for me came out in the snowstorm and replaced my wipper blade for me and my son. Forever grateful for his help, it was above and beyond what I expected. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Went to this location few times already, always getting good advice from knowledgeable and helpful staff, store has a good display of automotive electric suply, also the store is clean

Terrible weeks ago I walked in looking for a fuel pump they didn't have was a Saturday they order and never call me back the guy who attended me at that time is one of my favorites so helpful, today ai walked in asking for the order they didn't find I reorder it and different guy said we don't carry that part just like that not even 30 seconds looking in the computer

Very helpful staff, Adrian was friendly and took the time to help me fit a bushing I was unable to find anywhere else.

I always buy my products from the assistant manager Ravin. He provides the best advice and always assists with my needs through his fantastic service.

This is one of the better auto value locations in Calgary. The customer service is top notch and the parts advisors are knowledgeable. If they don't stock an item they can usually have it within a few hours and have a variety of manufacturer's to choose from. Haven't seen raven work here he is usually at 32nd or forest lawn location he is the worst AV parts person be warned!

Very nice customer service, they came up to us and ask what we were looking for and what was our problems with the car (head gasket leak), and then gave us a recommendation, thank you!
We will let you know how it works, so far so good!:)

two months later.
It has been working properly, we still need to replace the Head gasket but it is giving us a little more time, to save, thank you guys!

Very helpful staff who did not judge me at all for knowing nothing about cars. They got me the part I needed and answered all my questions.

SUPERB Customer Service. Way beyond my expectations. Part was "in" within hours and was able to pick up next day, just because I was not expecting it so soon. Then, Johnathan recommended a great mechanic Rosham, at EXPRESS LUBE just by PRINCESS AUTO just off Country Hills Blvd NE who saved me at least 800$ in vehicle repairs which would normally have been done at the dealer. Romesh (from Mercedes Service) is now my go to guy for my 2016 Kia Rondo. I highly recommend all involved.

The service is great. I love them. Never had a problem. Anytime I did not use a part, they took it back without argument. Even when there’s a price difference between parts companies, they price matched. The people are friendly. We all know each other by name.

I don't do much shopping here but I have small hands and this store has small petite grip gloves always in stock

I've used a few different part's supplier's, but nobody east of Deerfoot is more professional and friendly. Been there more times than I can remember, keeps me on the road.

Corey, Adrian, Dave and Omar are very knowledgeable. Never had a problem they didn't have a solution for. The best team!

Auto value had the parts I needed at a great price and I just finished putting it back together. Everything works. Yay.
