Great service, knowledgeable staff, and super easy to deal with. If they don't have the part on hand they can usually get it same day, or suggest another location that has it

My engine light came on that my o2 sensor needed replaced. I went to auto value to get the parts. The guy working the counter looked my car up and gave me the parts. I asked him to confirm that my car only needed 2 and he said yes. We called the parts manager a couple days later and he told us the same thing. Fast forward I replaced the parts and the problem still didn’t go away so I took it to a shop telling them I replaced the sensors and they were unable to find the problem seeing as I had all new sensors. $200 later and my car still isn’t running right. Come to learn neither person at auto value told me the correct information and my car needed 4. So now I have to buy more parts take it back to a shop which will cost me even more. What should have been a day job and a couple hundred bucks now has turned into 2 weeks of problems and double the price. I won’t be going back here

Decent part selection, however prices aren't always competitive with online marketplaces such as Amazon. While they work in a pinch, I have also bought parts with faulty gaskets resulting in leaks.

Went in to get an oil filter for my new vehicle, Darrel & Mykeal did a great job showing me what I needed. The two were very knowledgeable and friendly in helping me out.

In my neighborhood. Big inventory of auto parts with a friendly, informed, staff eager to help. Parts are reasonably priced and returns are handled without fuss. I especially appreciate that I can use their OBD-II diagnostic reader to obtain my car's DTC error codes and clear the Service Engine Soon Light if necessary.

Went to buy a battery for a Impala that was dead 3 hours away. Buddy sold us a Malibu battery which cost me 6 hours of time and a lot of money. Can't trust the parts desk at all.

Had the parts that i needed, manager was very helpful. Explained warranty and very informative. Will shop there again.

One of the worse service I have ever had from any place. The Salesperson talk very rudely and manager also not responsive.
I will never go to this place and will not recommend anyone to go there as they don't give respect to their customers.

Excellent service as always. The only problem with me going there is I wind up finding something that I didn't know I needed but must have. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the store always seems to have the parts that I am looking for. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Had the parts I needed to fix my truck. They were helpful with my wife when I needed an extra part. Although they did not have it, they had it saved at another Auto Value who did. Will always return there.

My check engine light was on. Went to this location. My car was diagnosed for free in just 10 minutes. Darren was awesome! He explained everything in terms I could understand. So appreciative of this kind of service. Other places were charging $150-175 for a diagnosis that they said would take an hour. Very, very happy!

Was changing out pads/rotors on F150 I was unaware I needed to rotate the piston back in on this particular vehicle a very nice gentleman gave me some great tips and hooked me up with the correct caliper tool.

I've dealt with this place more then a few times the service is always excellent!

Did not need to be mansplained to, telling me how to use a dipstick for a transmission in a jeep. Was so annoyed by that comment from the male staff member made, I ended up not purchasing the dipstick, and went somewhere else to get it.

Today I picked up an order my husband called in and Darren gave me the items. When I asked if I had all the items Darren's response was one that I didn't understand so I asked again a bit differently and got the same answer. Since I am taking these parts to a remote location in BC I can't stop in again if any is wrong or missing so I asked if there should be an extra box of a certain part, Darren's response was rude, condescending and snappy. I told him not to be so condescending, I am only double checking. He said yah sorry I was being short but his apology was so superficial. My husband called and asked if I got the parts and I told him about my experience and that I never want to go back there again: it was a horrible experience. My husband called to talk to him about it and Darren's response was he wasn't sorry and that I wasn't listening. My husband said that Darren's responses were rude and very sexist. My husband wasn't impressed and we have made the decision to no longer shop here. The sign out front says "thanks for shopping local", well not anymore.

Staffs are not accommodating and arrogant especially over the phone inquiries.the only reason we go there because they are the nearest to our place.we will never go back

Parts staff was rude. Refused to to return my core fee even though I explained the particular part I had was fine to be rebuilt. (I have since confirmed this with the company that rebuilds for them)

Pretty standard selection etc. Service was good but the parts guy didn't seem like he knew a whole lot. Took a while to get what I was asking for despite having a picture and number for the part.

Lucas Semi synthetic wet clutch motorcycle oil and filter 57 bucks with some crush washers. Almost half price compared to any motorcycle specific shop!

Always impressed by the courteous staff and the range of items in stock. I very rarely have to order anything and when I do it is usually there later the same day.

Saturday July 11 at 12: 00 pm I came here to buy a bottle of car oil to make an oil change on my car and I got a bad experience with a lady that looks kind of old and is overweight attempted me really bad, she was not paying attention and seems like she did not wanted to help me out until the other young lady help me instead in a professional way.

Manager always seems to be in a bad mood when I come in, not impressed. There's another location closer to me so im gonna start going there, life is hard enough than to deal negative attitudes.

I have been going to this auto value since day 1 that they opened I deal with Clark and Ryan and the rest of the sales team they are amazing and are delightful to deal with.but I went into today and dealt with Brent and I have to say he is terrible not only with customer service he was trying to tell me my fully rebuilt engine has broken in an oil ring just by looking at my spark plug then told me I didn't know what I was doing I told him that I've rebuilt my own engine and have been building engines for quite a few years now then he started telling me that an niridium NGK plug is a cold plug and they're not for my truck I'm quite disappointed on how the conversation left off by him saying "pfff psssh IS That everything" he deserves a one-star in the rest of the staff deserve a five-star

Great service, friendly staff. They are always willing to help you figure out what is wrong and what you need to do to fix it.

It's not as noticeable as the Napa and Canadian tires in every neighbourhood but it's every bit as well stocked if not better. The competition in this instance had only one option and it was 30$ more. Was happy to save some cash and gain some peace of mind after talking to the staff.
The employees know their stuff. Good tips and troubleshooting and a no pressure sales approach. Five stars!
