Easy access from 52nd street SE. Man I wish I would've found this place long ago before deciding to buy parts from the company just north of them.

My first and last visit to this store!
My mechanic recommended this place to get some parts. I bought brake pads, rotors, and calipers and get them installed on the same day. One of the brakes smoked after driving in highway. I went back to the store and explained the situation and they charged me for the replacement parts (including $68 for the core charge again). When I returned the defective parts the refused to refund the core charge and the discussion with them wasn't helpful. The customer service representatives were very rude and accused me for getting double refund!
I went to another branch and they refunded the exact fee for the defective parts and core charge in less than 5 minutes.
The customer service reps in this store can not do simple math!

I was sent by my daughter to pick up a part. Several employees on my way to the parts department asked how they could help. Excellent service at the parts desk. The "penny" counters are really unique! On the way out employees engaged in friendly conversation. I highly recommend this store!

Best customer service. Went to part source and Canadian tire, and you’re waiting in line and they never have the product. These people are helping you as soon as you enter their doors

Went to buy battery for my Mini JCW. The parts guy that helped me explained the two different types I could buy and their pros and cons. He even took the time to show them to me.

Great place in and out with the right parts fast and a big one for me is knowledgeable, helpful staff. That's what makes it a go to for me even if I could save a buck or two else where.

2005 avalanche with lm7 engine. I needed a specific transfer case oil. Thought I would have to order from chev. Nope, auto value had it!

Total clown show. Ordered a part, days later no phone call, called them and they said "oops we messed up the order", no apology. Finally get the part a few days later, show up to pick it up and no one is wearing masks in the back, apparently the fact that I was wearing a mask made them super rude and unhelpful. No chance I will spend money at this store again, too many better choices.

Always have best customer service here. Our local auto parts store. Returns or exchanges are never an issue with proper receipt.

These guys are awesome. Never had any issues or problems with them and the staff are super welcoming; but not in a bestbuy sort of way.

I ordered partsThey gave me the wrong parts when I was on my way back i ordered them over the phone and told them i would be there in 6 mins.i arrived at exactly 5 and wouldnt let me in. Thanks alot that horrible customer service. Never again. What would it take for 2 minutes of your time to finish the job you failed at

The ladies when you come through the door are most helpful and friendly. Leaving also when you get your item the clerk appreciates your business.

Went there to get windshield wipers. Helped by a friendly customer service girl. Because I don’t know anything about cars, a young man named Liam also replaced the windshield wiper for me for free. That was just awesome customer service there!:)

Their parts inventory is one of the largest I have ever seen. Many cut to size products like tubing, insulation, electric wiring, and so on.

Excellent value in the sales bins up near the cash; definitely worth checking out.

Very friendly and clean. The employee was named Aubrey and she was so helpful and patient, helping me find the items I needed for doing a tune up on my car.

Disappointed. Waited a week for a part which I was told I would get call in two days for it. When I went in upon my return, I was told nope no part there. But we can reorder it. I looked at man and said thanx but I will pass

The trim of our car was falling off so I had to replace the clips. There was no guide on what size to use for different models, but Chad pulled through and came out to the parking lot to test different sizes until we found the right part. Excellent customer service!

The staff are amazing and funny, the aisles are nicely spread apart so plenty of room to move comfortably. If they don't know the answer to whatever your issue is they don't just leave you abandoned or scratching your head in the middle of the aisles, they will stick with you till they learn how to help of till they find someone else who can. Now at thos Auto Value I have 4 stars due to there selection of spray and touch up paints they seriously lack in the paint department but again the staff informed me of this autobody paint shop that was like right around the corner pretty much that you show whatever color it is your needing and they match it to the T it was great

Walked in. Greeted instantly. Was in an out within 10 minutes. Brendon was friendly and helped me find my part instantly. Very good customer service!

Knowledgeable staff. Found what I needed in under 10 mins.
A staff member also recommended me a lower cost alternative that works just as well.

I always go to an auto value when I need something because they have good prices and no matter what store I go to I get amazing customer service. I was in need of a battery today and they're we above and beyond helping me, they ran some tests to make sure my old one needed replacing or not and explained a lot of details about it which helped me. 10/10 recommend this shop for anything!

Always get excellent friendly helpful service at this location. They have plenty of staff who always seem to know exactly where everything is. Their counter staff are also very knowledgeable on what to be aware of when attempting most repairs.

And over the past decade, they almost always have anything I need in stock at the best price. Precisely what a do it yourself repair guy like myself needs in a Parts store!

I am not related with any of the staff, just an appreciative customer who wholeheartedly recommends them.

I met one of the workers here and asked him about a 5% reduction on the price of a piece, and I had taken a 5% reduction on some spare parts for my car from another branch, and the bills came up to him and he started laughing and mocking and telling me I give you a 5% reduction because you are handsome or why should I give you Really it's that very bad and very rude.

Everything you need but some of the staff are a bit ignorant and expect you to know everything like a mechanic, if I knew everything I wouldn't of asked for assistance!

Nice place to shop, but not the best experience I had here after coming all the from the south. Won't be coming back here anytime soon and just be sure they gave you the right parts for your vehicle even if you clarified it!

Edit: Customer service got in contact with me and they resolved the issue I had. Its really nice knowing they care about the customer!

Exhalent below average prices in stoke if not restocked within one day very helpful and friendly staff serve you with a.smile.always I will never shop Canadian tire or any.other places from now on Auto value first then others second there and so on but auto value will always be my first stop Good job people at auto value cheers

By far my favorite auto parts store. The staff is great and knowledgeable. It's the kind of auto store where the people who work there actually work on their own cars.

Every time I need some parts for my car I got here they either have it 95 percent of the time or they can get it really fast

We were travelling BC to Ottawa in a '74 buick and needed an alternator on a Sunday. I found this Auto Value open 7 days a week, called from Canmore, they had 2 options, in stock, so we drove right there. Unfortunately when we arrived and Tim looked it up, they didn't have anything that would fit. Well Tim wouldn't give up, he came outside and took picture of the mount with his phone, which we couldn't see. He found a generic GM alternator that would fit, but they didn't have that in stock either. He ended up calling his competition who did have one, so we could continue our trip. So they get 5 stars from me!

I grabbed the wrong wipers for my car and had an issue with installing it. The guy helping me when I went back exchanged them right away and even offered help to come and help me with installation. I have never rated a business but Ryan (if i remember his name correctly) was really helpful and i had to give them this rating. Thank you

Needed a new battery for my Ford Ranger. Went to 2 other places did not have the size needed. Remember this place and they carried my battery and a good price.

Almost always find what I need here even if it is not vehicle wise like found a belt for our furnace that no one else had

Asked for help/advice on which parts and tools I need. And the worker told me to go down the road. To part source. Then I stood by the counter wanting one of the tool kits behind the counter. I stood there for about 15mins while workers kept walking past.

Got anti freeze for my car premixed for 11.00 tried part source first nothing under 27.00 dollars. Also as soon as I walked in somebody was willing to help me out

Kevin was great at making sure all parts were there before selling the shocks. They also have a great jungle gym for girls, I love their idea of weak coffee, and a dime posing as a penny in their copper collection.

The older gentleman at the service counter was extremely helpful and informative! Highly recommend this place for the service alone!
