I came here yesterday to get a PCV valve hose for my 2002 Camry. Toyota wanted $62 for the formed one…. Plus clamps. Came here, the young lady (and coworker) suggested a flexible hose and universal clamps. Installed in seconds. Cost? $8.48…great staff and service!

Been my go to for car parts for years, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and close to where I live, never had a bad experience, shout out to Eric, I had to return a part I ended up not being able to use a wee bit before closing time last night, made the entire process easy and provided great service! This is the best Autovalue in town, in my opinion. Always freindly staff and not one time in the last 3 years have I recieved the wrong part. I literally drive all the way from Cochrane just because I know I'll be getting the correct parts. Whoever manages this store deserves a raise. Keep up the good work!

Had to come in to get new wipers, Jamie was exceptionally helpful, helped me find the right ones, problem solve a little and helped me install the rear one. 10/10

I went in to get a bulb to replace my brake light and was greeted immediately. Cars aren’t really my thing so I was a little lost but Jesse helped me through the entire process of finding the right bulb, reassured me that doing it myself would be a piece of cake, and even came outside to my car to answer a couple basic maintenance questions! Honestly I’ve been talked down to by so many men when it comes to car stuff so it was so refreshing to have someone like Jesse serve me - patient, knowledgeable and friendly! 10/10 will make this my go to place for parts and I know I’ll be back soon because my car is old and I’m determined to learn how to fix the basics myself!

Staff used to be a bit more knowledgable and friendly.

Biggest issue is the quality of the auto parts; they used to carry name-brand parts as their 'premium' line and then knockoffs as their 'standard' line. Now the 'standard' line products are called 'premium'. And they are not.

Bought some 'premium' brake pads called Perfect Stop for my Toyota and the fitment was terrible; made sure everything was cleaned/prepped prior to install and the brake guides needed to be held in place to seat (otherwise they'd pop off). And the brake pads had to be pushed hard into place. These should be close-fitting.but not binding. Thought perhaps that it may require some break-in time but no, brake pads are dragging after nearly 1km and now have to take apart the vehicle and replace them with OEM parts.

BTW- just did another, similar vehicle and used OEM parts.nicely fit in place with no issues. Indeed these 'PerfectStop' parts are lookalikes at best.and the saddest part is, I bought the OEM parts CHEAPER than the PerfectStop. What a waste of time and money.

BTW - was told to contact the company about my parts quality concern so I did; here is the reply:

"Thank you for your email. Your query is being routed to the appropriate department. " - <end of transmission>

No ETA, no request for additional information requested, no response.just a blackhole of 'customer service'

I came to this store for hubcaps. Lucas had them in stock and installed the retaining rings for me.
When I installed them, Viper Brand, they were very snug. The store is very well managed and the training manager helped me at front end. I will definitely return to this store.
