Had great customer service at Auto Value today! A huge thank you to Ashley for going above and beyond!

Went in on a Sunday, Assistant Manager greeted me and asked what I was looking for. The block heater cord I needed had various options, and she detailed those as we discussed them. She was very easy going, not condescending, and informative. When I return next time I will seek her out and get her name so I can identify her in a review. All around excellent experience, good price too!

Had a check engine light that popped itself up on my way to Calgary for business. I couldn't believe my luck when I was told to come to this shop. One of the girls took out a diagnostic tool as I wouldn't have known what to do. Jim was is a very kind and charismatic man that calmed my nerves after directing me to a shop he personally vouches for. I can't thank this company enough for their kindness and quick thinking to get me back on the road! Many thanks!

Have enjoyed shopping here for years, as a mechanic this place usually has what i need or is only a day away, would give 5 stars but the customer service end has dropped, some are great! And others have a crusty arrogant attitude and have no problem portraying it to the customer

Autovalue has been a great parts store for us. Their outside salesman Jim has gone above and beyond for us more times than I can count to make sure we are looked after. They have a great selection of parts in stock and can get most things over night if they don't have it on hand. I have dealt with them as both a shop owner and regular Joe fixing my own stuff in my garage. If you are and individual, go and see them. If you are a shop owner, call and ask for Jim to come and visit you.

Auto Value always has the parts I need for my Classic Truck. The staff are outstandingly helpful and friendly. And the prices are really fair.

Faithful customer for many years. Called in asking about a part "Nick" found said part when I asked about a specific of said part was told I won't find one! Then hung up on me! If that's the attitude auto value has with long term customers I'll do my shopping elsewhere for parts. Plus one call to a competitor they had what I was looking for EXACTLY.and was cheaper. ‍️

I have always had good service at AutoValue and they typically have or can obtain all the parts I need. Staff is always friendly and I've never had a bad experience with them. Store is kept up and clean. Prices are reasonable compared to alot of the other parts dealers around.

Staff are extremely knowledgeable and superfriendly, especially when the husband's send you in on a auto part hunt.

I have been going here for years and have always had a great experience. Always had lots of help finding what i needed. The new staff members seem to not care as much and i will no longer shop there because of it.

Time and time again Auto Value delivers exactly what I need in a pinch. The staff have been super helpful to me and their hours of operation very convenient.

Love this place always great service but disappointed in the covid safety practices. Had amazing service and got help fast finding everything I needed. Than went to pay for it and found the cashier with no mask coughing up a storm.

Great service! Friendly and helpful staff. Jim, specifically, really brought that small town helpfulness that was just awesome. They had my parts, took the time to help me out even though I had no idea what I was talking about. Jim needs a raise even though he remembered me as, "emotional hose guy. " Lol

They honored their warranty with no questions asked and had my new part ordered asap. Staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable.

I keep coming back to this store because the staff are very personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I feel that they are looking out for my best interest and not just a hollow attempt at niceties simply to make a sale. In my opinion, this creates customer loyalty.

Great service, one of the best part stores in Red Deer, very knowledgeable and polite staff, if you have a check engine light and scare to drive your car and don't have a device to test it - come by - they will gladly help you with no charge!

I've bought thousands of dollars of parts through these guys and they've always have been awesome. But today I called to ask a simple 2 second question that if they accept Samsung pay and the girl I got a hold of asked if I could hold and I said I just wanted to get a quick answer. Well she came back lippy at me saying there to busy and abruptly hung up on me. So I quickly called back and she would end my call before I said a thing, she did this probably 5 times before someone else answered the call and they were gracious enough to give me a quick answer. I'm honestly thinking about shopping somewhere else from now on.

Had to call and inquire on a battery. Most times parts people are so busy it can be easy to be short with customers. Dustin was great and took his time to help me find the right battery, nothing like taking home the wrong one and trying to install one that's too big. In other visits the other staff was also very good.

Rude with returns will even say you stole it. The item was brought back the same day. They must of deleted my review because they didn't like what it had to say. I have never been back since.

Auto value always has parts for a bit less than anyone else, and has most things in stock. I like going there.

Fast and professional service.
If they don't have the part in stock tell have it delivered to the shop within 24 hours.

Seem to always have the parts of need and if not they can get them. Prices are reasonable on most items.

Called in looking for a waste gate actuator for a turbo on a 2014 chevy cruse. Shawn gave me some an outrageous price of $614 or something and said it would take 6 weeks to get.why lie when the truth will do. I am looking at the part from gm parts direct dot com in Ottawa and the price is $169. Don't lie to me because you cant find a part

Been shopping here for years. Building custom cars I am always looking for odd ball parts and Mark at this location is my go to guy. He almost always has everything in stock and gets me great prices. Thanks for all the help over the years.

Have had ok times dealing with Auto Value before but the last time I was not impressed. Had phoned and was told they had the part, went down to get it and told they do not have. Tried to make sure the parts guy was searching for the right part and don’t think he was. Wasn’t very pleasant dealing with and gave me the impression he thought I was an idiot when I guarantee I know more mechanics than the parts guy. Two stars for the fact that previous visits were better.

Good prices and most importantly, they honour their warranty. Good service, nice employees, friendly atmosphere for an auto parts store. My favourite place in Red Deer.
