Highly recommend this shop! I've taken my Audi Q5 here twice now and will definitely be a repeat customer. Very knowledgeable, and very willing to take the time to research possible causes and solutions, and explain things to me in terms I understand. Their shop rate is amazing compared to dealers and other shops, and work is fantastic. I wasn't even charged a dime for my last visit!

They were a big help in quickly getting a scan done on my car, they fit me in and didn't waste any time. Thanks guys!

The folks over at Autobahn are some of the best I have ever encountered in Edmonton. Knowledgeable, courteous and timely are the three words to best describe this shop. These guys are the best VW shop in Edmonton. Brought my MK7 GTI in for some maintenance and performance work and they killed it! They did a IS38 swap and all the supporting mods. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched and I will be taking my car to them for all its service and performance needs.

Initially took car in because there was a humming sound from one of the wheels. I had mentioned i think i need a new wheel bearing. They took the car for a spin and hoisted it up- after investigating for a bit he came out and told me my rear wheels were also bent and the front right bearing is starting to go. I had no idea the wheels were bent (thats a whole other story from previous owner i believe and shady toyota dealership that I unfortunately got my audi from). Certain they sold it to me last Dec with bent wheels.

He brought me to the back of the shop and showed me what was wrong with the car and I did see what they were talking about. Ordered my part for me and was back week after to fix bearing and put on new wheels for me.

I never once (being female) felt being taken advantage of and that happens often in the car world so thanks! Very nice and friendly demeanor and i do trust them 100% car rides amazing now! Like gliding on glass:)

I have been a customer for 13 years with Audi A6 2.7T, A4 1.8T, and recently A3 3.2 VR6 quattro DSG from BC. They fixed the many things needed to pass the strict Alberta OOP Inspection quickly and without fuss. They make Audi and VW ownership a pleasure. They give advice on which cars and motors are good and which ones to avoid. Their price is fair and work is excellent.

I took my 2018 Golf into Autobahn a few weeks ago needing an emergency diagnosis on an oil leak. Marc, Remi and Tim not only made time out of their busy schedule to see my car but they also let me keep the car in their shop overnight while I figured out what my options were.

Over the next few days, Remi stayed in contact and kept me updated on the progress and cost of fixing my car and also recommended other maintenance bits to get done as well. They ended up finishing my car early Saturday morning (on their day off) so that I could have it for the weekend which I really appreciated.

I cannot recommend them more highly. They have a fantastic team that communicates well and they complete intricate work flawlessly at a great price. They are all clearly car enthusiasts and it shows.

I have not been to Autobahn Performance but I had contacted them a couple times about quotes for a APR tune. The first quote was 600 for the tune plus a 50 dollar installation fee, 5 month later I emailed again asking for a quote and this time it was 600 for the tune 100 dollar installation fee. Not sure how the installation of a 15 minute flash doubles in price in 3 months. Meanwhile the other APR dealer in the area doesn't charge a installation fee at all. I also had a Unitronic tune in my car prior to this and the Edmonton shop that installed that also did not have a installation fee

Autobahn said they would wave the installation fee to match the competitor but the fact that they gave me 2 different prices for a installation fee and could now do it without a installation fee left a bad taste in my mouth and I went with the competitor.

Makes me wonder what extra fee they are charging customers for other work/mods they are doing

Very helpful and excellent experience and service would recommend anyone with VW's and Audi's to them for service.

Great service and the guys here are awesome. I own a golf r and I won’t be taking it anywhere else. If you own a german vehicle, I would highly recommend you take it here.

These guys are amazing! They are SO knowledgeable. I am extremely picky about my vehicles and always ask to many questions wich they always answer. I have brought them a few different VW's and they have never let me down. I have gone as far as trailering cars from Dawson city because these are the only people I want working on my imports. They are as honest as it gets, they have always gone above and beyond with any work they have done. I have mostly brought them problems that nobody else can solve wich always amazes me. They were recommended by another shop that trusted them to do a better job. I can't say enough good things about this shop. You will never be disappointed!

I had a wheel bearing issue with my 2015 tiguan and they had the knowledge and the parts in stock. They alerted me to the dangers of driving on said worn bearing, they cleared their schedule to do emergency work the next day. They provided great prices and a solutions to the problem. I will always give these guys my business. They really care about my safety and my budget in these COVID-19 times. Thanks very much guys.

Autobahn Performance always takes the time to explain the issue with my car, what needs fixing, and what options there are. I'm so impressed with their willingness to just talk things over with me for 20 minutes or more. For someone who doesn't know cars very well, their explanations have taught me a ton.

I've been taking my German car here for years and they've always been helpful but straightforward and they go a long way in helping make decisions about maintaining and repairing my vehicle.
