This is a great service. They give you multiple quotes from different shops and find you the lowest price possible. They deal with the body shop so you don't have to. They'll even pick your vehicle up from you and drop it back off when it's done. While it's at the shop, they'll keep you updated and send you pictures of the work. Really had a great experience using this service, great quote, convenient: my car (Chevy Cruze) bumper was broken and I was unable to drive it, these guys came directly and helped me get the car to the shop. 6 days and I had my bumper repaired and painted. Will 100% use this service whenever I need it.

From the moment I called, I got incredible service! I received frequent updates and lots of advocacy on their end with my insurance company. And the final product of my repairs was awesome! Can't thank the team enough and highly recommend them!

Extremely accommodating business, they went over and above to repair accident damage, getting me a great price on labor and parts, and they communicated with the insurance company on my behalf so I had one less thing to worry about. Excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend Autobody Collision Brokers and would 100% use them again. I was quoted half the price for my autobody repair with them (as compared to other autobody companies) and had it repaired in 1.5 weeks. They towed it with no extra cost (and from my house!) and they found the least expensive autobody specialist to fix it. Throughout the process they sent me picture updates and were transparent and honest. Sean was (who was my point of contact at Autobody Collision Brokers) answered all my calls, responded in a timely manner and was very professional. He also respected my goals with not requiring new parts for everything and found a used car that they could take parts off of which brought my cost down significantly. Sean was kind, efficient, accommodating and very cognizant of keeping the cost down which was my biggest concern. I will be recommending Autobody Collision Brokers to everyone moving forward! The broker does not do the work, instead they find the best price for the damage at a reputed autobody repair shop. I was sceptical when my son explained the service, thinking it sounded too good to be true and it wouldn’t cost us a cent. How wrong was I. Sean and the service was exceptional exceeding the excellent service described on the website. I would NEVER go another route again if I need auto repairs. Sean and the service is amazing and the shop they recommended was outstanding. HIGHLY recommend and appreciate the service.

Autobody Collision Brokers was awesome after we had some body work that needed to be done after a minor collision. They helped us find a good quote, picked up our vehicle, and had it returned to us in great condition in a very short period of time. Would definitely recommend!

One of my tire was leaked and they sent me a technician to my apartment parking lot. They advised me what the problem was and gave an advice kindly. I am willing to call them next time if my car has a problem.

Prompt, professional service. Drove over a curb and destroyed the underside of my driver’s side fender liner () the day before I was supposed to travel out of town. Called ACB Calgary (from all the way in Edmonton) Sunday night, explained my woes, they sent a surprisingly affordable estimate and had the replacement part delivered to a repair shop by 8am the next day, and had me booked in for an appointment at 9: 30am the same day. Sean offered to have someone pick up and return my car, and to shuttle me to and from the appointment had I preferred to drop the car off myself, and personally followed up with me after the appointment to confirm that the service was satisfactory. My car was in and out of the repair shop in less than an hour. Easiest process ever, they took on the hassle of comparing shop prices and booking the soonest possible appointment, all I needed to do was show up. I *especially* recommend these folks if you are from out of town/unfamiliar with the city. Thank you for saving my trip and my dollars!

He have answered all my questions very calmly. He provided me daily updates for repairs on my car. He make sure that my vehicle was repaired properly by shop before he delivered me back. I was really pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism, and work done by autobody collision brokers. They really did go the extra mile to help get me a fair deal and impressed me with frequent updates without me even needing to get a hold of them. Would not recommend in the slightest. Got car returned to me with more issues than I could list. Paid to have a new bumper placed on and the car was returned to me with a damaged bumper just re-painted. Extremely sloppy paint work, wheel rims and rear light ring not fully attached. Shady and unprofessional. Upon our constant persistence, car had to be completely re-done.

Sean was incredibly accommodating and worked extremely hard to ensure my vehicle got repaired properly. He made it easy to have my vehicle examined by arranging to come do the examination at my home himself, and then even arranged to pick up my vehicle at work and taken to a body shop to have the repairs made. He communicated with me via email every step of the way to ensure my daily routine wasn't interrupted while the process took place and also gave me the most competitive pricing. I highly recommend him for having any work done on your car.

Autobody Brokers did an amazing job fixing a dent and misaligned rear fender from the aftermath of an accident. Sean and the team were highly professional and the best part of it was their availability via phone even during after-hours. The vehicle was assessed by a mobile technician even without my having to drive out to the shop and a very reasonable estimate was provided on the spot (much lower than two other collision shops quotes in Calgary). I was impressed that the actual repair costs and labor charged came in lower than the quote given. Also, the vehicle got assessed within two days unlike being on a typical wait-list of weeks from other collision repair shops in Calgary.

The 13’ Chevy Equinox was fixed and the paint properly matched all within 4 hours. The best part was the vehicle pick up/drop off service provided saved me hours to do other things that I had lined up that Saturday. Overall, the quality of customer service, the speed of execution and CONVENIENCE blew me away.
