AutoClean Car Wash

I can't recommend this place enough (dog wash). There was no soap, low water pressure, you throw coins and don’t know when the cycle will end, not enough space for people and the chain is too short for the dog.

I have been coming to this car wash for years and generally had a good experience. Today I had the machine eat my money and absolutely no one around or on-site to help. The bays are open but office locked and phone is not taking messages. Hmmmm

Since posting a positive review I have since had toonies eaten by 3 different machines without them registering it on several occasions. It might not seem like a lot but if I don't see a reason I should be basically robbed of a few toonies every time I visit. Unfortunately I will not be using it until they're fixed and my experience has gone from positive to a negative one. Decent coin carwashes are dying out in the city.

Not a bad carwash, only complaint would be time runs out quickly for a toonie but I guess price of everything has gone to sh. Overall a decent car washing experience and water pressure is good.

A car wash who as an excellent maintenace attendant. You can always tell if a car wash is maintained by the first visit and it goes down hill fast if you don't have a good owner and attendant. Keep up the good service and don't loose this gentleman.

The owners seriously need to fix this place up.

The vacuums have the worst suction I've ever seen in a car wash, ever. Not even worth paying for. The outside vacuum only takes coins, but guess what? Their change machine doesn't give out coins! How does that even make sense.

So then you go out of your way to bring change, only to find out that the outside vacuum is also a piece of junk.

Then you leave the premises, hang a right because it's the only option, then boom. Your car is dirty because of the snow melt and puddles. There is literally no way out of this neighborhood without getting your car dirty again.

My favourite car wash. I love the vacuum available in the wash bay, the nozel is small and can reach awkward places. Lots of pressure in the hoses

Not efficient. After selecting rinse following soap, it take far to long for the line to clear of soap and for rinse to occur.

$1=1min,? =. 20c=20sec to clear the line, shooting the water randomly in the process.

Speed up the transition time to limit lose of actual time for customer.

They gotta figure out their soap system. Always mixes without selecting it. But definitely better than the one by centec 10 fold

$2.50 used but charge $4 bucks on card use on machine. Only use coins.
Still will always be better than the storm car wash!

I was trying to get my truck washed. Doors didn't open. No one picked up. I also fell down on the property. So I'll have to file some kind of.

It’s my go to car wash and there are several car washes within 5 min drive of each other. Bays are always clean and little to know wait time.

Amazing car wash, I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve had nothing but a flawless experience. The bays are always clean when I’m there and the pressure is perfect. They also have a change machine on top of the choice of using a credit card. The owner is super professional and always makes sure that things are right. Overall a 10/10 experience leaving my car spotless and a smile on my face every time.

Hadn't been here for a while and I think I'm gonna start going back again. I'm tired of the petrocan car wash scratching up my car. The place is very clean and the wash bays are a good size. My car looks great after washing it here. The spot free rinse really is spot free. The only issue I had was that the machine would not accept any of my toonies. I had to use my credit card instead.

Cold water! Hardly any soap in the water. Vacuum didn’t work.
Poor value and not good for very dirty vehicles

GREAT SERVICE today! The bay I was in had a broken vacuum but the current attendant Brandon was quick to jump in and help me out with opening up another bays service and even refunded me my vacume time so I could get everything cleaned out.
Also I really appreciated the vacume nozzle sizes here as they help you get into smaller areas in your car rather than the massive nozzles that are only good for the carpets. Will definitely be coming back here when needed!

Wash water does not seem to be as hot as other area car washes but I still use them from time to time because they don't have long lineups like other car washes.

Not very satisfied for needing to spending $10 to wash the salt off my vehicle. The water is not heated, either in the soap mode or the rinse mode. I had to spend twice as much as I do at other car washes to get the same results. You need hot water, especially during the winter or your vehicle just becomes coated in a layer of ice.

One of the best car wash I’ve ever been to although I wish they had a blower dryer that would be very convenient on winter time but in all it’s a good car wash probably the best car wash within shawnessy in area

Don’t use this car wash. They skimp on their soap. My car came out looking as dirty as it did when It came in. Called him and he had this story he uses in other disgruntled customers. Not impressed

Too narrow to comfortably wash my truck properly.
Can get easily sprayed by other drivers be aware where your spray goes.

Great indoor carwash with plenty of bays, shampoo and vacuuming available. Definitely going to be back when I need to scrub my vehicle!

Water pressure has been declining. 2 times now I have had very low or poor pressure. Will not be returning. This place used to have good pressure. Seems as though there are issues with the compressor etc.

Upon first appearance, this car wash seemed a good one. But. After only applying pre-soak and then rinsing it off of my tiny Hyundai car, I was already $7 spent. I noticed that when I selected just 'rinse' that the 'soap' light was also on but dim. It took FOREVER to get the rinse to be just water. It seemed to be spraying soap as well, making it impossible to properly rinse.

I most likely will not be going back.

Good car wash. The wash bays are kept clean. It was almost empty there when I washed my van this morning.

Bays are narrow. I applied pre-soak, soap, X-rain, rinse.spend 15 mins/15$ and.my car remained dirty after dry. Gave them 2 stars only because they did a partly refund.

The wash is very well lit, no line and awesome chemicals! Wand had good pressure aswell. I always dry my car after a wash and wasn't hassled for the extra time spent in the bay. (It wasn't full at the time, if it was I'd go outside.) Very happy with this wash!

I used to love this car wash until it took my money on 2 separate occasions. The first time I put in $2 and it didn't register, I put in another $2 and also didn't register. I decided to leave. I came back to try them one last time and again, they took my $2. There are no employees here to help you on site and I've lost money for 0 services. I will never go back here and will tell all my family and friends to avoid.

I had to post probably my first ever review because I don't understand any of the negative reviews. I use this wash very regularly - like once a week probably - and I have never had a negative experience. When I was younger I worked at a car wash like this and I remember the complaints from folks who simply didn't really know how to wash a car so maybe that's it? It's always been clean, pressure is correct, time to change from soap to rinse is exactly what anyone should expect, I don't know what to say, it's a really great facility but if you don't like your outcome that's kind of on you and maybe a machine wash is better for you.

I’d like to correct this review I posted a few days ago. Initially, I got charged $8.95 on my credit card but the management of the establishment clarified that the exact amount of my payment which was only $4 will reflect after a few days. Today, I checked my credit card bill confirming what they say is true. Apart from this issue, I have no other complains. The service is as described, accessible and spacious.

This car wash is very well equipped. It has pretty much everything you'd want - pre-soak, brush, high pressure soap, high and low pressure water, wax, etc. It has a lot of bays as well. The only downside is that the bays have uneven sizes, so some of them have very narrow and you have to wash the sides of your car from awkward angles.

It was very convenient and it was easy because you cant use carwash even u dont have a coin because they have already inside.

I do like coming here to wash all my vehicles but don't get the auto clean credit card and put money on it. Last time I washed my vehicle the card said I had $19.00 left on it. Last week I went to wash my vehicle and the card came up "account expired". I guess I unexpectedly donated that money to the business.
An update on this. The manager contacted me within 30 minutes and helped reactivate my card. I will continue to use this business.

Good place but WHY did the attendant who is cleaning the bay not figure out blowing dirty water toward exit as I am leaving is silly after I wash my car?

This place has gone down hill, I have been coming here since I was a kid, I even drove to a different car wash when the change machine was broken just to drive back and use this wash.

Last time I came I drove from using the other car washes change machine, I put 6$ in to wash my truck and what do you know, the bay I choose has zero pressure and water just falls out of the wand, on top of that nobody seems to work here so I can’t get my money back. I resisted writing a review that time

Today after waiting in line to get into the wash, knowing they have a nice New change machine I have my 20$ bill ready, change machine doesn’t work.and again nobody seems to work here. I’ll just save some time and use a different wash from now on.

Open late which is nice. They have vacuums in each stall to, everything works good and reasonable cost.

Very run down, often have some producys unavailable and the wax is weak solution. The only redeeming factor is they take credit cards.

Horrible dog wash. Literally a tub with a hose that is too short for a large breed dog. Soap and conditioner have not been refilled. Air dryer only had cold air. When we asked for a towel to try and dry off our dog somewhat (because their air dryer wasnt working), they said they didnt have any to give us- and it is a cold day too! Just paid $8 to make my dog soaking wet then bring her out in the cold.

Similar complaint, used my credit card for a quick rinse, and was charged $30. Readout on the machine showed $11.

Rip off. $30 for a car wash I do myself? DON'T USE YOUR CREDIT CARD. They will steal your money. NEVER COMING BACK!

I got charged a $30 pre auth that was eventually reduced to the $2 that I spent. I see it happened to someone else. I’d left a concerned voicemail and got a call back explaining. I appreciate that! Great facility!
