Great Service. As with any small business owner being without a computer is very challenging. John fit me in on a Friday during Covid restrictions. He was able to get me up and going without taking my unit in. Gave good recommendations to prevent future issues as well. Very knowledgeable - I have used other companies in the past with mixed results. Would highly recommend Automatica for your IT and computer service needs.

We had John come over to look at our two labtops! Our desktop computer which I thought was ready for recycling was actually salvageable! John did a absolute amazing job updating and getting rid of all bugs and glitches and was able to do his magic with setting up our labtops to our printer which I’ve been trying to do for the past 3 years? Without any doubt, you need to call Automatica for any computer or tech problems you have, whether it’s in your home or office! Again, they are absolutely amazing and very reasonable! These guys are awesome! My son had been experimenting with creating malicious files and for some reason installed them in our work PC. They came out with very little notice and had me all fixed up with those files removed and my computer running faster than it has in years in a half hour!
