Automaxx on 16th

First issue, they ran 3 credit checks on me and my partner without permission. Secondly, they only care about the sale. As soon as my partner and I asked for a minute alone to talk about our options, the sales person quickly runs and grabs her manager who then proceeds to hard sell us and intimidate us into signing NOW and buying the vehicle. He was aggressive and very pushy, not listening to ANYTHING we were saying. After we went home to think more about it, the sales person texts us in a very sassy tone. The entire mood was changed as soon as they realized they couldn't get a sale out of us. I do not recommend this location. They're just after your money and do NOT care about you.

Helped my father in law apply for a car! His credit is okay! Only one open loan that’s up to date! They gave up right away! I called them 3 times to tell them I had found a co signer the guy that originally called me never called back again! Very disappointing experience to say the least

Credit was pulled without even showing a single vehicle. I think that's there way to get make client stuck as Jeanette Auby try to justify that it's on the form, and since it's already pulled so I may just buy from them. Even if there's an asterisk clause on some form, don't you think it's ethical for you to give a call to client, and show some vehicle options before pulling credits or perhaps send me link of your inventory and discuss pricing? Very unprofessional dealership.

Jeanette will go out of her way to help you out. And, you may even be lucky enough to try some of her homemade cookies she often makes for her customers!

My husband and I were in the other day. Just browzing, we were approched by a gentleman named Ryan. Even though he knew that we weren't buying that day, he treated us like a preferred customer. He had great communication skills with much knowledge of the vehicles. We will defininately be going back and defininately be buying our vehicle through Ryan.

I went to autumaxx looking for a suv and an awesome lady named Jeanette took me under her wing. She spent alot of time with me and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. She was amazing and I would go back in a heart beat because of her.

Zach is awesome! He’s one cool dude who will get you exactly what you’re looking for FAST! I got no concerns or worries and everything is covered under warranty. Zach is super chill and is not going to force you into any deal you don’t want. I trust him and would send any one looking for any kind of car to him. He’ll hook you up and make sure you’re happy.

I made an application online to go and see the inventory on February 28th 2023. Apparently the application is to get you pre-approved (Make sure that's what you want, it will lower your credit score if you are trying to see more options).
I wanted to see the vehicles to compare prices but I was told they had to pre-approve me before I looked at anything so they would tell me what options I had.
I arrived to my appointment on time but there was another client with them, so I sat in the waiting area for about 40min before I was helped. My experience at automaxx was very disappointing.
The sales Manager Jeanette and sales person said they would phone me to let me know what the bank said so they could advise about the purchasing. I never got a message or a call back.
I won't recommend Automaxx based on the lack of customer service and professionalism.
Today March 30th 2023 I picked up a Tesla Model 3 performance at Mercedes-Benz.

Make sure you find all the information required before wasting your time at Automaxx. You will be seen as a $ figure not a customer. Have fun testing other vehicles in different companies. I would recommend:

And don't sign anything anywhere before you make any decision.

Biggest crooks there is. Got approved for a vehicle that they just received on trade. Was told it will b ready today to pickup after we got insurance for it. Now after getting insurance all of a sudden they want 2000 down due to 2500 dollars worth of repairs that they had to due to make it road worthy? Like thats my responsibility to cover there bills lol. Dont waste your time with these crooks.worse than house of cars and that says something

Jeanette, Josie, Cassandra, and the team from Automaxx on 16th from the beginning, were absolutely incredible. They were so helpful, so accommodating. They delivered my vehicle around my schedule and I never had set foot in the office once. It made the process so less stressful. I highly recommend taking a look at them for a good, solid, vehicle.

I went to dealership to look out for a car, but the dealer (PAUL) judge me of my appearance, and literally said I won't able to afford it. Paul all have different preferences.
Please don't judge a book by it cover. Avoid going there, literally manipulate you to buy the car. And are egoist of having premium cars.

Dealing with Automaxx 16th Ave.has got to be the worst experience. After finding out that things were said that never happened nor would they ever happen only to get a sale. Be very sure you know what you getting into before you go. Shop around first.

I bought my first vehicle through Automaxx in 2017 and I don’t think I’ll go through a different dealership. I’m now due for a trade in and thankfully I have a great rep to help me out. Their customer service is amazing and I am thankful to have an advocate to fight for what I want. Diana Sam is definitely the easiest person I’ve dealt with there! She takes the time to explain everything and takes into account what I want and what budget I have. She made it easy to pick out a new vehicle and was not pressuring at all like other dealerships I’ve shopped around at.

Thanks, i guess, just paid off my truck (4 years) no problems except first week when oil censor failed and truck heated (very bad start). They came and towed the truck and fixed it, no charge! They drove it for 2 hours in city traffic to make sure it was fixed. T care
