Kash got me into my dream car within 3 days. I have been going around calgary looking for finance, I was with house for cars for two weeks and nothing was done.
I saw automaxx reviews online and I decided to check them up in their NE location. I met Kash who solved all of my car problem within 3 days with good financing deals and insurance. I am so happy to deal with this auto dealer, they care so much about you and your satisfaction. Thank you Kash and the finance Manger was a great man. Was looking for a diesel truck for myself and an SUV for the wife, Mark busted his hump to try to make my credit work for both but unfortunately we couldn't work out a 2 vehicle deal with financing. I picked up a 2017 Chevy 2500, it’s the third vehicle I have bought from Automaxx I don’t remember who the first to gentlemen where but I delt with Kash this time, I live 1000km from Calgary I spoke to them on Thursday afternoon the vehicle was in my driveway by Friday morning at 12: 00 noon. Super easy to deal with, no bull strait to the point, the lady that delivered the vehicle I think name was rose, was very friendly, I would recommend carmaxx to anyone.

I just bought a GMC truck with automax, Kash being my sales representative throughout the deal, he’s a top professional in what he does, would recommend anyone who wants a fast track deal and get driving as soon as possible with Kash at automax.

Don't do business with this place, disrespectful sales man, bought a car A/C not work will not fix it want charge me 500$ what a joke.will never recommend to anyone stay away. 0 stars if possible.

I had such a wonderful experience working with Gino, he really was there to listen to all the questions I had and, just with in a few days I was able to drive away in a beautiful new car.

Saw a guy named Kash Ali or something, the whole conversation was completely one sided, no straight answers, he was extremely awkward with no social skills nor any customer service skills. He was rude and made snarky comments which led to me to just want to get out of there. He was not professional. Maybe see anyone else rather than Kash.

Biggest crooks there is. Got approved for a vehicle that they just received on trade. Was told it will b ready today to pickup after we got insurance for it. Now after getting insurance all of a sudden they want 2000 down due to 2500 dollars worth of repairs that they had to due to make it road worthy? Like thats my responsibility to cover there bills lol. Font waste your time with these crooks.worse than house of cars and that says something

Very careful! Dealer offers online (CarGurus) trucks he doesn't have! They use some stock pictures and I am waiting for two days for "real" pictures. Excuse from the sale person: "I ask everybody, but nobody knows about the truck. " And after we called to the dealer and spoke to a sales person, two different sales persons called back later and ask why we called! VULTURES!

I am furious! I contacted AutoMaxx looking to get a vehicle. My requests were simple, the vehicle had to be a 4 wheel drive, have a remote starter and winter tires. All of this information was relayed to Richard at the red deer branch. The lack of a 4 wheel drive was not a deal breaker so I went with a 2 wheel drive still insisting that I had my remote started and winter tires which was confirmed to me the vehicle came with. The night I took the vehicle home, the remote starter did not work and I informed Richard who told me it might be the battery. After charging the battery and it still did not work, I let him know, went in to the Calgary office where I had signed the docs and collected the vehicle to see if they could get it fixed. After showing the chat history to the staff on site, the receptionist called him and didn’t get a response. I came by on multiple occasions only to meet locked doors cos of the time they close. Basically it did not get resolved and I was out of the country.

Fast forward to a couple days ago, I get in touch with Jesse (the sales manager I believe) who tells me he will look into it. Calls me back to ask if I have something to prove that I had mentioned to Richard that the remote starter was a deal breaker because they can’t find anything in Richards email and Richard has no recollection.

While I’m dealing with this, I go in to change my tires which by the way Richard had confirmed that they had in storage only to be told that the service history does not reflect any tires. I call to speak with Richard and he’s acting like I’m speaking a different language. The least he could do was call the Calgary branch to assist but that was too much of a task to do.

I have been calm enough and very cautious of the way that I relate with any of the staff I have come in contact with because I understand that they’re all doing their jobs however, I’m going to need Richard or anyone with brains and basic empathy to get to the root of this foolishness and fix it because this is too much.

Called in to buy a Jeep SRT. Was immediately taken care of by liv. Everything was done perfectly. Helped me out and got me exactly what I needed. Had showroom delivery & beyond fantastic service. I would recommend anyone to come here for any vehicle needs. The after buying experience was also amazing. Had great follow up.

But none the less i need to mention about Liv and this dealership alone. They are THE BEST dealership i HAVE ever gone too. I honestly wished i bought all my cars from them. When you normally think about these dealership, youre going to be thinking, ugh theyre going to pressure to me and what not. Thats not actually the case. I cant say for everyone but i been working with Liv for a few days now and she has yet to force me into a vehicle. Her professionalism is off the charts, Shes so personable, doesnt treat you like any other customer, she listens and applies what she has learnt about you and what youre loooking for. I Can say she is deffinitly the best in the buissness thats without a doubt. I shall give you guys an update once i find my car i want to drive!

Nope never again, worst experience ever. I would not recommend nor will I ever returning. We didn't get the vehicle we wanted, the guy basically lied to get us into a vehicles that is supposedly near perfect and passed some 27 point inspection, well near perfect vehicles don't end up in the shop 6 times over the span of 6 months, every month since i got it its been in. I been telling them from the beginning something was wrong, they kept telling me it was nothing even with videos of the problem, Still nothing was wrong. So this last time FINALLY they figured out I have a crack in the flex plate which I'm guessing was the issue the WHOLE TIME, And the $1700 I apparently paid for the extended lifetime engine warranty does not cover this specific engine problem. And only this problem. This was only 1 issue, so will not be going back.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Gino by phone and messaging and email. He was referred to me by a mutual friend. In the extremely tight used car market, Gino worked hard to find me a vehicle that suited my budget and the type of vehicle I needed for work and personal use, also taking into account the high gas prices. UPDATE TO THIS! THE CAR MENTIONED WAS USING OIL/BURNING OIL UNTIL THE MOTOR WENT AUGUST 24 2021. THEY WERE NOT WILLING TO HELP AT ALL! I WAS TOLD "OH JUST DRIVE THE CAR DOWN TO US AND WE WILL HAVE A LOOK AT IT. " HOW DO YOU DRIVE A CAR WITH A BLOWN ENGINE? YOU DON'T! I CANNOT AFFORD TO BE PAYING UPTO $17,000 FOR A NEW ENGINE! SANTANDER (FORMERLY CARFINCO) WILL NOT HELP OUT WITH THIS AND WILL NOT TAKE THE CAR BACK! I know that I have a BAD credit score. I thought one day "I know that I have a bad Credit Score. They won't be able to help. " BOY! WAS I WRONG! A Young Lad by the name of NOAH called me up and started talking to me. Next thing I know, I WAS BEING APPROVED! I LOVE my "New To Me" 2015 HYUNDAI ACCENT GL 4DOOR SEDAN. HUGE shout out to NOAH for helping me. BTW, The SAME day that he told me that he could have the car DELIVERED to me, my 1999 FORD EXPLORER started acting odd. Glad that NOAH came through for us. I am not one to bolster about A1 SERVICE. BUT I have to on this one. THANKS AGAIN NOAH!

I was looking for an SUV for a couple of months, I spotted an Acura MDX that I fell in love with. Keven and his team managed to get me in for a test drive, figured out the financing and got me in my new vehicle in less than 24 hours. They treated me with the utmost respect and when I told them I did not want to spend hours/days/weeks on this process, they heard me and made it easy.

My interest rate was LESS than a standard dealer was offering, the packages they offer for warranty and service are awesome.
