Kishen and Ash are 2 of the most friendly and helpful mechanics that I have ever met. They always thought of me first when dealing with my vehicle. They tried their best to get the parts that was needed to repair my car. Even though we weren't able to find the parts, they still made sure that whoever came to tow my car had the right authorization. Overall, top notch customer service and they always greet you with a smile.

Extremely helpful and professional! I needed my tires checked and the air filled up as I couldn’t get my valve cap off in the cold. They brought my car right in, were super courteous and hardly waited long either. Absolutely recommend!

I've been here several times with several vehicles with good results, but
below is an edit due to a recent experience. I reduced the rating to reflect it. A family member was victim of a serious oversight during a simple inspection. Upon retrieving his car from the shop, oil was found to be blowing out the valve cover. They would not cover a tow in and suggested he top up the oil and drive back to the shop. After examination, and some persistence, they admitted their culpability. The inspection was 110 dollars.there was no compensation offered for the inconvenience and the loss of faith. They tightened the bolts, cleaned the engine bay and sent him on his way. Then the vehicle would not start at home. Bear in mind it was operating just fine before it entered the shop. The battery was tested and determined to be fully charged. Another fully charged battery was tried but failed to engage the starter. We requested a tow ro the shop to determine the cause. They refused and we paid to tow it to the shop. Arriving to retrieve the car, he was told it was a dead battery, which given our secondary testing, seems false. We believe the cause was more incompetence.
In a business with employees sometimes mistakes happen, but accountability is paramount. For a 110 dollar inspection and 160 dollar tow. They have ruined a relationship worth thousands. It's a shame Ash dosent understand the damage he did to his own business for want of 270 bucks. Mistakes can be forgiven, but refusing accountability is not forgivable to me. Sorry, but that was our latest experience.

Well my review is long overdue but I’ve been going here for just over a year and I can say with full confidence that this place is amazing. They have fixed so much for me and know my car so well. With my last big fix being a transmission they did not disappoint. They replaced my transmission for a decent price and tried their hardest to do it as quick as possible for me! There were some problems with the transmission after being put in (which wasn’t their fault stuff happens) and I brought it back. They ordered a new transmission asap and got it done with no extra cost. I don’t think I will ever take my vehicle anywhere else. A big thank you to ash and his team for being amazing and helping me in every way they can, no matter what the problem is. I appreciate you guys so so much

Brought my Mercedes to get tires swapped. They got me in weeks ahead of any other tire shop, got it done fast and the cheapest price I've had in the city. Props to the jiffy lube guys on Aviation, sent me there.

Writing reviews is not my thing but after this experience I felt I had the moral obligation to let other people know.
What an awful experience, I doubt ASH and his folks know their work, very unprofessional and dishonest.
ASH is basically just interested in making money of clients without the responsibility of providing value to show for it.
I had to do some repairs after my out of province inspection so I went there, one of the issues I had to fix was an air bag light that stayed on.
ASH charged me for diagnostics (and the other repairs) but the results of the diagnostics for the air bag light after I had left car with them for day didn’t make any sense - ASH said I should replace the whole of my front right passenger seat and issue will be fixed. It didn’t feel right so I sought to get a second opinion and low and behold this new mechanic fixed the issue within a short amount of time and according to him the issue had nothin to do with the front right passenger seat like ASH and his folks had diagnosed.
I told ASH about this, he didn’t take any responsibility by apologizing for wasting my time and/or taking money without providing any value. To him he found nothin wrong I guess.
For me if you don’t have the competency to fix something, you need to be upfront with your client, rather than suggesting unnecessary stuffs that don’t make any sense, will cost your client money but make you money.
So there is that, if you have to do any important repairs and you care for your time and money, then stay away as they don’t have the competency and professional courtesy to do right by their clients.

What a fantastic team this shop has. I will never take our family’s vehicles anywhere else again. They are home at AutoPro Shop.

Good to have a friendly neighbor auto shop here in Forest Lawn/Penbrooke community.
All the staffs are great people most especially their trustworthy shop owner auto mechanic Ash and his sidekick Kishen. These guys are honest and goes a long way to educate me for any issue that may arise or exists in my vehicles, then provide options based in my budget. They offer reasonable pricing for their materials and labor.
In this regard, this shop provides the most efficient and cost-effective automotive repair and maintenance compared to the previous shops I've dealt with in the past. Their prompt and competent automotive service keeps my family safe whenever I drive on the road.

Don't go to this place! These guys don't even know how to balance the car! I could have had an accident because of their carelessness and unprofessionalism. This store should be closed. Watch out CALGARIANS!

I ended up needing to bring my vehicle to a dealership due to a recall with an electrical issue but the staff here we're extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely coming back when I need other work done.

We received excellent customer service after experiencing unexpected brake issues travelling from BC to AB. Not only did the staff accommodate a short-notice request for service, they also went above and beyond to complete the work when we arrived 15 minutes late. I would highly recommend them.

I had an emergency issue with the vehicle making it undriveable. They were able to accommodate as soon as they had room to take my vehicle in, and get it repaired which were major fixes which took a long time but they worked hard and through it to help me get the vehicle back on the road the same day. Thank you to Ash, the mechanics at the shop, and Yasir did a great job and were friendly.

Since am a license heavy duty mechanic i will say this is the worst experience ever and a waste of time those people don't know anything and will charge you for things dove they never done, they are a bunch of scammers.after i replaced the control arm myself, took my car for an alignment, and wheel change, left the car with them and went home called after 3 hours and been told they are working on it as we speak, got a ride and went there to pick it up, alignment just got way off than what it was.as i said bench of scammers, don't bother taking your car there, i guarantee all the 5 stars either there friends of them selfs.

My 2012 truck had a vibration. I bought 2 universal joints 2 years ago from CMP. I got Peter to install 2 new universal joints on my main drive shaft. I put 5,300 kilometers in 2 years. I was pulling a empty car trailer to Saskatchewan Nov 3rd, 2020. Truck is 4 x 4. Universal joint behind the transmission failed. We were stranded on the highway. Costed $454 to tow the truck and trailer back to Medicine Hat. Peter have incompetent mechanics who don't have a clue how to properly install universal joints. I want Peter to take some responsibility covering the $558 drive shaft and towing.

I have been a customer of this place for 20 years now and can honestly say that this is an excellent place to get your car fixed. I went recently to get an oil change and a seasonal tire swap out and the customer service is top notch. I have also had major repair work done here and they perform quality work. The prices are fair as well. The best part about this shop is they are honest. They have proven that to me often over the years. In the world of auto repair this is a tough thing to find. I like the customer service here and the owner Ash is on top of his game.

I went in for a muffler delete they took out the resonators, Ya so my muffler is rattling so I take it back to the place they say we didn't touch that part so we have to charge you extra. And the muffler is still there. Total rip. Scam.

Ther are fraud, they will do the work and damage things but after they will say it's not there fault.scammers.run if you can.

Brought my truck in to have tie rods installed and an alignment done. Upon inspection, they found my rear brakes were at end-of-life. They were an absolute mess; metal on metal. Just so happened the morning I was to drop it off, I had to get a boost (never have before). They diagnosed the problem and offered a fairly simple solution and completed that work as well. My invoice also has recommendations to follow up on, which I fully intend to do. Highly recommended. Timely, efficient, solid work!

Brought them my vehicle to get my wire harness that controls power windows/locks Rewired up. Got me in right away, did a great job and for a really fair price. They made sure I was happy with the end result before I left the parking lot. Thanks Again You Guys. Just dont see that kind of professionalism anymore.

Great place had an alignment done quick the only thing I didn't care for the mechanic pulling with all his might on my tires to find a loose bushing.he was moving the whole car on the hoist.the car has under 100k it will have a little play. Other then that the car drives straight and thats all I wanted!

They just fraud me.very bad service they ordered me 2 tires for my car, after it turned out to be different brands.i take it back to them and they reorder me another 2 tires.they told the price diffrence was only $40 but after they finshed the job they told me its $140 not 40.so charged me in totall $440 for 2 Firestone tires.it was their mistake to order the wrong tires at first and then they over charge.bad customer service.they just rip you off. I dont recomend them at all.in total for an oil change plus 2 tires cost me $540.if you guys didnt order me the wrong tires at first I would passed my inspection.so its ur fault not mine.all I needed was 2 tires and a oil change to pass the inspection why u tell me price diffrence was $40 and after you finish u charge me extra $100 I didnt ask you to order me expensive tires and u guys didnt even tell me what you order untle u finished the job.even you told me your self my guy made a mistake but I had to pay for his mistake I dont even want come near your shop.scammers.you should be grateful that I didnt call police on you guys.

Took my suv in to get the exhaust replaced the guys went a head and checked out the front end there was an issue with the ball joints and they called me instead of just doing the repairs gave me options this place is awesome even once I got my car back and didn’t like the sound of it they offered a different solution amazing very impressive they will definitely get all my work from here on out great job!

I had a heating problem and was told by an other shop what it was. Took it to Autopro stop and was told other wise. These guys are super fantastic. Open honest and are willing to do what it takes to get you car fixed. The after care is also amazing. Open to all questions and and give you the time to explain the problem. I had many questions and if I had any concerns I was told to come back and my concerns would be looked after. These guys are the only ones I will let look at my car going forward.

Thanks to mechanics and front office staff for getting my car in right away and fixing issue promtly at fair and reasonable price.

Why this rating? Because I am starting to question the ongoing issuies with my vehicle since going to this shop.
Vehicle was good before oil changes and did requested wheel barring, now 3/4 months later they say I need to fix broken back right spring?

Very dishonest business. Low quote over the phone to get you in. Then when you bring the vehicle in they raise the price. Then when you tell them what price they quoted they drop the price slightly. Very shady. Needless to say, I went elsewhere.
