Well run repair shop. Customer service is amazing - shout out to Adler. Received a quote for the work and the resulting cost was aligned. Communication throughout as expected, shown old parts, kept in the loop with any issues and felt very comfortable and respected being a woman in the shop. Given my BMW is no longer under warranty, I will definitely be going back for service again as they are a competent alternative to the dealer. I was very impressed with these guys, check them out!

I have been getting my ‘07 335xi serviced here for about a year now. Each time, I am met with professionalism, and extremely friendly staff. They always show and explain to me exactly what the issue is, and how they are fixing it. They even show me the replaced parts. A special shout out to Jeff and Peter for always being amazing.

Through this service, Jeff and staff were very professional and promptly responded to updates. I was informed initially that there would be a slight delay due to shipping of parts from VW, and that it was close to a long weekend Jeff always communicated throughout this process and my car was in for service bright and early on the Tuesday. Jeff invoiced only what was quoted for the repairs. I would absolutely highly recommend AutoRite for anyone needing work on their German autos.
