I recently had an issue with my older furnace and reached out for assistance, fully expecting to receive a quote for a new furnace installation. However, after discussing the problem with Neil, it became evident that the furnace could be repaired and remain reliable. Neil's approach stood out to me because, unlike most other companies, he didn't immediately push for a new furnace sale. Instead, he focused on finding the most practical solution. Neil has not only gained a loyal customer in me but has also become my go-to person for any future HVAC questions or concerns.

When Neil showed up, to look at both our furnace and A/C, he took the time and explained what was wrong with our units and what could be done to either fix them or replace them.
I had alot of questions, and he had the patience to answer everything.

Did a wonderful job explaining the process of getting our A/C unit installed. Made very clear where costs were coming from for the quote. Work was done super quickly and couldn’t even tell they had been here (outside of the new unit beside our house)! Even helped to explain the new thermostat control we had installed with great patience and care. Bonus: super kid friendly when our two year old was at our knees while learning about the thermostat. Highly recommend!

We met Neil about 2yrs ago or more, so far he has installed an AC unit in one of our houses. When we bought another home with an preexisting ac and some hvac issues. We again called Neil to double check if our furnace and AC are functioning properly and how much life we could get out of it, he is very professional, knowledgeable, skillful, polite, and takes extra time to explain how to maintain your HVAC products for maximum life expectancy.
