Great service, lovely people and fast visit. Appointment was informative, efficient and respectful. You can really tell that the staff care about you and your pet. Clean and comfortable space, and easy to make and reschedule appointments over the phone.

I've been taking my cat here for a long time. Staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront. Would recommend to friends or family.

Both rabbits are seen right away. It is very easy to get an appointment. Closer south location with exotic vets.

If I didn't have a long time vet, I would 100% be a client of Avenida! I adopted my Winnie from BARCS and she needed to be spayed and Avenida is where I took her. Not only is the staff so wonderful to deal with but the vet also did an amazing job with her spay and follow up. Dr. Mindaugas was absolutely great after I found my Bearded Dragon developed tail rot. It was a stressful time as I didn’t know the future of my little guy, but the team at Avenida Pet Clinic made me feel comfortable about the situation and helped me to relax. The pricing for the initial assessment and treatment were very competitive, they offered the most affordable assessment cost I found anywhere and they didn’t directly go to surgery. A medicated option that was quite cost effective and ensured my little guy could keep most of his tail was offered and I was beyond happy by this outcome. I was provided a worst case scenario quote in the event surgery was required and that too quoted almost $250 less than the next vet option. I will definitely be moving all my exotic vet needs to Avenida, the service and care is top notch! (My little guy does not like or cooperate with vets in general and I have never seen him so comfortable at the vet before). Thanks to everyone at Avenida!

It can be hard to find a clinic that will see and treat rabbits. I was so happy to find an alternative to the exotic pet clinic. They were so friendly and knowledgeable here. Prices were very reasonable. Definitely will be visiting again.

I took my rabbit here when I found her limping on one leg and losing movement in the other as well. The Dr had a lot of knowledge about rabbits I was very impressed and happy with our experience. The front desk was extremely accomodating and kind. If you have a rabbit, I highly recommend this vet office. He did not try to gouge us either by pushing unnecessary tests (xrays, ct scan, blood work, etc). My rabbit is already showing signs of recovering and doing well.

Clinic was very clean, quiet and had us in and out quickly. The vet was so helpful and kind, handled our rabbit gently and it was obvious how well he knew rabbits, their care and potential problems. Will have our rabbit here again when needed.
