Jerry and the team at Avenue Appliance are exceptional. We were in the market for a new dishwasher after our 18month old samsung died on us. Jerry was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole process of purchasing easy. He provided us with essential information regarding the various makes and models, which could not be said of the big box store we had previously purchased from. The installation process was painless. We will not hesitate to shop here again.

David at Avenue Appliance was great to work with and he found me what I wanted and delivered it fast.

Since we shopped for our new Miele dishwasher at Avenue Appliance until the time it was installed, every step went without a hitch. Jerry Giesbrecht, owner and our salesperson; Lisa Myck, Administrative Assistant and Kevin, our installer, were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Kevin did an excellent job on the install and answered all my questions throughout the process. He then gave me a rundown on using the dishwasher.

All in all, we are very happy with the service we received and with the way the dishwasher functions!

Our 26 year old built-in Sub-Zero failed earlier this fall and we decided to shop local for our new fridge. We visited Avenue Appliance, met sales rep David (exceptional customer service) and we explained our situation. He provided us with our options for a built in 30" fridge freezer. We compared models, options, warranties and availability. We decided to purchase the Liebherr CBS-1660 Liebherr Fridge Freezer in stainless steel. After using it for a month now we are extremely pleased with it on all levels. Nothing but the best products in Avenue Appliance. Service was very good and they carry my favourite laundry detergent as well. Like everywhere else, the supply chain due to Covid was the only set back but we are exceptionally happy with our new FULGOR induction range and BOSCH fridge.

Great service, good product

Our dishwasher broke down and we wanted to replace it without having to wait to order something in. Faith found us something in our price range that they had in stock. She did up all the paperwork and arranged for pick up of the item the next business day. Their installation guy was also excellent. Would highly recommend.
