They will change their lease agreements while you’re current fixed lease agreements are still in term. They also have a seriously bad cockroach problem and I have been fighting against it for months now. I’m surprised my family hasn’t fallen sick to it.

They were good to me until today, they are cancelling their fixed utility agreement and trying to make us resign a lease 4 months into my ORIGINAL 12month agreement. No, just no.

Would just like to thank Phil who came to my unit to look at the fridge because it was not working. Then returned with a new fridge the same day, he was very professional and understanding. I also had to call avenue living because my hot water was not working he came right away and told me what the problem was. Great job Phil

I love the property, I originally wanted a backyard but the open yards have allowed all the neighbour kids to make friends and play together. The maintenance men, Philip and Cody are always so friendly and helpful!

I'm glad I decided to rent an apartment from Avenue Living. The approval process was quick and easy. The rental cost is very competitive and affordable. The hallways and common areas in my building were painted this month and new flooring was also laid. When I first moved in, a couple of minor issues were dealt with very quickly by Phil, who looks after the maintenance issues in this building. Whenever I see him around the property he's always got a smile and a friendly word. It actually brightens my day whenever I see him.

Our property manager is amazing and friendly our neighbors are good they respond fast at maintenance issues and we are close to everything our unit was renovated before moving in.

About Philip where do I start? Philip is always here when I call him and he is friendly he always knocks before entering the unit plus I have Dog. I always like talking to him. He is always smiling. He is never rude.
A little secret about Philip is he loves A@W Root Beer.

The employees working at the rental office really help a person to complete a rental application. The let you know what information is required and help you to complete your application. The rental house are renovated and look nice to live in.

I haven worked closely with the leasing specialist in the area, Kaila and she is amazing to work with. She has such a kind heart and does everything she can to ensure her tenants are in safe secure housing. I can't say enough good things about the Avenue Living team here in Wetaskiwin!

Experience has been great, moved in a month ago and any questions or concerns were dealt with promptly. Had an issue with the fridge it was replaced same day. They listen to the concerns of their tenants and do their absolute best to make sure everyone is happy in their buildings. Kaila is def one if the best landlords i have ever had! Highly suggest looking towards them when seeking a place to live

The worst company ever, i wanted to leave no stars but wouldn't let me. All there after is the almighty dollar, there properties are horribly run with minimal improvements. Ripped me off for $5000, stayed at one of their apartments for 2 weeks, had to move, but because I signed a lease, they charged me rent for 6 months, couldn't make an exception? Really? Greedy company!

The Wetaskiwin office has been great! I needed a bigger place and not only did they accommodate my family and me but they did it so quickly! Any repairs or concerns have been rectified immediately as well. The team keeps themselves available at all times by giving you their work numbers and they monitor their phones 24/7. I am very happy to be renting from this company. Wetaskiwin has an amazing team.

I have nothing but good things to say in regards to this company and our property manager. We were looking to find a place to call home and thanks to our wonderful manager we have found that place. We originally were looking at other properties but our manager knew from meeting with us and talking with us that the original location we chose would not be suited for us so she showed us another location and we fell in love. Kaila is amazing to deal with and helps with any concerns or questions. The properties are amazing and well maintained. I cannot say enough good things. =-)

Our family has been here for 6 months now. We love our place it's so spacious, all new appliances and newly renovated. It's so close to all amenities which is so convenient for us. Found a job just minutes away from our home. Our kids school is a couple blocks away too. Love it here and the maintenance team is so fast and friendly. Definitely would recommend Avenue Living to other families that are looking for somewhere really convenient to live. Also management is so understanding.

As a first time renter, I didnt know what to expect. I heard Avenue Living were not the easiest people to deal with, but I have experienced the complete opposite. They have been nothing but professional and helpful to my needs when it came to my first apartment

Had a bad experience with Dania she would just roll her eyes at me when trying to ask her questions. I felt belittled by her. Then went in with another issue and Laura Sanderson and Rhonda was on the ball and had the issue fixed the next day. They were very easy to talk to and understood our concerns. Didn't make us feel like idiots when we tryed to explain a concern like Daina made me feel. Laura listened and took notes and was very kind understanding and was there to help. If it was up to me I would keep her and landlord and put Daina in another department where she don't deal with people alot. I'm giving five stars to Laura Sanderson thumbs up and she is my favorite
