Went there this morning food was good, service was good. But both mine and my partners coffees were absolutely horrible, definitely need a little re training when it comes to how to make a coffee.

Ate inside and the restaurant was well kept.
Service was prompt and onion rings were done perfectly.

As most places these days after the fakedemic they worry more about drive thru and skip the dishes/Uber/doordash than the people standing in the line that are coming in to eat

Absolutely lazy workers. EVERY other A&W will do the "all Canadian breakfast" at anytime of the day since they offer ALL DAY BREAKFAST.but apparently these workers are too lazy to take the 5-10 minutes to put together the plate. Not happy. Drove down to this location and had to drive to a different one because they wouldn't make the food.

I ordered the Classic breakfast - scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and brown toast. The food was cold and the eggs tasted like rubber. The bacon looked and tasted like it had be sitting for days. I couldn't eat the food. This is what my eggs looked like. Disgusting

Visited here this afternoon. I had a Mama burger with cheese and the bun was stale and soooo salty. I advised the lady behind the counter that the bun I had was stale and hard, she offered me a new burger but I passed. My husband's burger was also super salty and so were his onion rings but his bun was okay. It's been a long time since we've been to A&W, the food used to be great. It will be much longer before we go back.

Absolutely awful visit here.your staff was rude and dismissive.when we got to the speaker they never said hi just yupp what do you want and never gave us our total or anything.i asked for no mustard or onions on my burger and got both.we asked for extra seasoning on our onion rings and got no seasoning at all.we will never come here again and will never recommend coming here.worst fast food experience in my life.shame on you

Lehra (hope I am spelling it correct) and other staff are so friendly. Hope I am spelling it correct. Provided exceptional customer service with wonderful smile. Specifically want to give recognition to Lehra for this amazing service. Definitely love to come here again.

It was awesome service at 10 am ish. The lady served me very quickly with 2 different coffee orders. The sidewalk and parking lot was clean.

I've have gone here numerous times and the people are always lovely, regardless of how busy it is.
That being said, when I ask for a burger with no onions, and that point gets clarified when they read my order back, I shouldn't end up with onions on my burger.
So while everything else was delicious, that was disappointing.

Came here on a Monday morning around 2am, ordered a chubby chicken burger, poutine, root beer and a apple turnover. I was told that if I wanted a fresh apple turnover it would be a few minutes, I was not in a hurry and actually glad that I waited. Once I got my food everything was piping hot and absolutely delicious. This place has always been a winner for me and my family. Great job!

Burger and fries were hot. Not sizzling off the grill hot though. Would rather wait a few more seconds and get it fresher.

I've been a big fan of the double mozza burger since I was a kid and this location makes this burger great everytime I've visited which is not very often. There is an A&W closer to where I live and I'll say that this location has a higher level of consistent quality then my home location. Keep it up!

Hands down one of the best instant burger joints of all time since they've recreated their menu a few years back they've only seemed to exceed and Excel most burger joints plus with the quality ingredients as they say on every commercial which is true they've only created delicious meals that I would recommend to anyone especially even if you cannot eat meat. I personally like to get the crispy chicken sandwich at Chipotle mayo or add Chipotle to the mazza Burger!

It's 630am and you want a full breakfast? For under $10, get 2 eggs, sausage, bacon, has brown and toast with coffee and just relax with a simple breakfast at the ol' A&W in the shadow of the Bear.

Went to try their new chicken sandwich, I was hoping for better. Nothing very special about it. ️

I asked for no tomato for my burger and still have tomato in it. The burger patty looks old. Overpriced burgers, $8 for cheddar and bacon burger which doesn't taste good it was salty

I think I get 3 out of 5 breakfasts a week @ this A&W. I like the staff. I have a few things I ask for and they never fail to deliver.

Fast service, not often overly crowded, and they do lettuce wraps for low carb or gluten-free diets.

A&W has the best lettuce for your lettuce wrap burgers! Better quality than what the high end restaurants carry! A&W is should always be your top choice for fast food!

Teen burgers were on sale and made quickly - they were nice and hot, the lettuce and tomato were really fresh; gravy was delicious and the fries were super, too!

Good food, fast service, no mix ups, courteous staff, generally lots of customers, convenient drive bye locations.do not disappoint.

Enjoyed a double teenburger with two orders of onion rings and a large root beer. Everything tasted great as always.

I ordered a burger with double bacon/double cheese, and no cheese on it. I paid for the extra meat and got no bacon. Are you serious?

I went at lunch today and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had from A&W to date.

This was the worst service that we ever had! They got our orders wrong and still wanted to charge 3 more! Poor training!

The foods good, i went through the drive thru so i dont know what the inside of the location is like, but the foods good.i havent had the entire menu, but the food i did have was really really hot, i dont know whats up with that.i did have it in the morning though so that might be something to do with it.other than that, i liked the stuff, would recommend

Love a&w! The glenmore and deerfoot location is extremely convenient. I've had many late night snacks here over the years as it is a 24 hour location location grew up in Riverbend! Most of the time 100% satisfied. The occasional slightly more greasy burger, that's from anywhere though.

Over 20 minutes to get two burgers. Staff were apologetic and friendly but seemingly overwhelmed my what appeared to be an average workload. Likely a good reason for it I am assuming. 3 for the staff.

No more Beyond Meat at this location. Otherwise pretty good. Cleared my own space in the snow outside and had a covid-friendly Canadian breakfast.

Best fast food burger on offer, and priced like it. Use a coupon if you can!

I recommend the teen burger with onion rings and a root beer.

Only downfall is they use awful paper straws-do yourself a favour and drink straight from the cup, the straws make the drinks taste weird.

Be careful to check your order when leaving. I just purchased 2 burgers. 1 Papa burger for $8 bucks, and a mama burger for $5, I get home, checked the burgers, both were clearly made HOURS ago, single burger one both, almost cold. I just paid 3 dollars more for mustard.

Was a little disappointed when i couldn't get a classic breakfast at 4 am, even though they advertise all day breakfast. A little deceiving.

Clean, quick, and professional. Food was made as requested (accurate). Also super glad they allow multiple coupons per transaction now!

Food is fine but the service is dreadfully slow. One time I waited nearly 10 minutes at the drive through as the only customer.

This is the best A&W ever, the G. O. A. T.of all A&W's if you would. The employees are the best and they have the best car shows. It is worth spending a lot of money here

I know it's covid times, but you should really consider putting the "fast" back in fast food. A&W is getting destroyed by your competitors in efficiency. Though, your burgers were pretty tasty.

Amazing value. Awesome prices. Great quality. Loved my milkshake, toasty apple turnover. Polite customer service. And they were open when everyone else was closed. This place is awesome and clearly wants your business!

I'm extremely disappointed that A&W has stopped making milkshakes at this location too. Milkshakes are a part of the experience and I've been going to A&W for 45 years.

I'll be going somewhere else for the next 45 years.

Another employee who just cleaned a bunch of dirty tables with a disgusting cloth and is now handling food.with no gloves after carrying around a germ test cloth.

Their ability to accurately take an order here is the downfall. Id say 60% of my visits resulted in poor communication. Some staff are not as friendly as one would hope. Food is generally prepared well, generally.

Great little A&W! The cruise nights they host throughout the summer are a lot of fun and are good to bring kids to and look at beautiful cars from all eras. The food is always consistently good and the service staff is attentive and friendly.
