Mixed up my breakfast. The lady at the counter was on her phone for a minute before even looking at me as I stood at the counter, waiting to order.

Great service if you only want half your order. Good thing McDonald’s is across the street.

I understand minimum wage, and that although it sucks someone has to do it, and if you're the person willing to do it atleast try. My food was thrown in a bag and slid across the counter, we asked for a cup tray for our drinks and was ignored over, indidnt even get all the food i ordered but didn't want to make a scene so I left politely. Won't return.

Enjoyed the Canadian breakfast just did not like the sausage and coffee was not as hot as I like. Pleasant staff.

Mama mozzarella/mushroom was excellent onion rings hot and crisp.
Unfortunately that someone stank up the dining area, so we sat outside.

We were on our way from Saskatoon to Edmonton, and two kids asked me the whole way for an A&W. Finally we found this one in wainwright and the kids are so happy! But We have been waiting in the front for over 5 minutes with no one in the line and the receptionist just totally ignored us. Two kids were starving and and headed to McDonald's instead.

These guys must also be importing potatoes from the USA as Canadian potatoes are of lower standard in their eyes just like our beef. How on earth are you out of hashbrowns? Need some potatoes?

Love A&W. The burgers are fresh and juicy. Toppings are always fresh and the wrappers they come in are perfect for eating and not making a mess. The famous root beer is famous for a reason. Delicious!

Horrible. They didn't have bread then they gave my order to someone else. I ended up leaving without my food.

Stopped in during a short notice hotshot from Edmonton. This location does not disappoint. It compares very closely with the best location in Edmonton. The property is nicely kept, service was quick, food was hot, fries were crispy (I ask for them like that) although I heard the order taker mumble "sh**" when he couldnt find the well done option. Gave me a chuckle. Good work guys!

Even the people who supposedly speak English here don't bother to listen to your order the first time.
