It fulfills its purpose of being a fast food location. Bathroom tap water was really cold and air hand dryer was oddly also cold.

10 minutes waiting to order. There was one other customer in the restaurant. Terrible front of house staff.

Worst experience, ordered food through drive through, & parked my car at the designated a&w parking only to come back after 20 minutes to a parking ticket. Called the staff to clear things up but they made it more difficult, from what was a $8 lunch has turned into a $73 lunch, won’t ever spend another dollar at this place. Poor customer service and to top it off my food was cold. Thanks for making my day so much better guys.

Asked when given bag. "cc slip? " ' in the bag/ with a smile' Got home no cc slip, even in bag as stated! 2 peppers 2 salts (salt never requested ever, would have preferred 4 peppers LoL)

When get home, find in bag ;
2 teen burgers, fries, less napkins than usual, less ketchup than usual, salt (never use it always goes into compost pail for green bin) instead of pepper, aaaand missing cc receipt!

Condiments are never tossed in compost pail (other than salt which is never asked for), till all used!

Tried Buddy mushroom burger. No seasoning, very bland. Covered and dripping in orange grease. Not impressed. Won't be trying that again!

The place is newly renovated. The floor plan is spacious, and welcoming. The light comes in nicely, and the place is ultimately brighter. Although I will miss the old style of the place, I love what they've done. The food is great, and the workers are always reliable. Puts a smile to my face.

Service is good. Speed is good. Food for the most part is good. Over easy eggs means runny yokes not mostly cooked with a little yoke

We ordered tonight, spend almost 30 minutes waiting for our order as staff had very slow service. We always love onion rings, but what they gave us is horrible. It is very, very salty that we end up throwing it. The burger patty is cold. We always love a&w but regretted we ordered it in the falconridge as we are not satisfied with it.

Located beside denny's. It is a small store more designed for a drive through then eat in the car experience. Small parking lot, friendly staff mostly Filipino.

Drive thru service was way too slow took over 15 mins through the drive thru. Only 2 cars in front of me.

Went to drive thru, waited for several minute before saying hello. The drive thru attendant replied with a yup and then silence. I waited another minute with no further acknowledgement before I left with the attendant just watching me leave. I usually expect a polite greeting and asking what I would like to order. Very unprofessional IMHO.

The food is very good at A&W. The breakfast sandwich out shines other restaurants. You can have you buggers lettuce wrapped as an alternative to buns.

This is a general review. Iced coffee lovers please read. I don’t know how I didn’t hear if this earlier but the cold brew sweet cream iced coffee is exquisite. Better price than competitors? Yes. Also has better ice where it used crushed ice. 10/10 recommend

My favorite hamburger place, fast take out. Decadent onion rings.
