The food is great. The only thing is that it’s more expensive than most burger places. It’s good if you have coupons tho. The service is awesome. A guy named Jobin took my order and was kind and polite. He brought us our meal with a smile and the bathrooms were spotless. The floors were clean and so were the tables which if you know the McDonalds in town, you’d know this is something that’s a plus. Would definitely go back

The guy at the take out window has zero manners. No thank you. No good buy. No response when asked a question. This will deter me from coming back. This is the face of your business.

Decided to give Vegreville a&w another chance after my horrible experience months ago, and again I got my burger wrong. I'm so disappointed and angry, waste of my money and time. Kitchen needs better training like seriously.

Ordered a mozzarella burger and a spicy habanero chicken sandwich. The 2 sandwiches cost me 20$ and it wasn’t even good. The Spicy habanerro chicken patty was so stale it looked like it was sitting around for an hour and was so bland and cold. The mozzarella burger was a bit less old I would say, but it for some reason tasted like fish.

Why is the food ALWAYS made wrong? 3 baby burgers just cheese and ketchup - get home and they're loaded with onions and mustard. What kid eats onions and mustard? Waste of money. Same story 2 weeks ago, I get tired of calling to complain or going back for the right order. Avoid this place like the plague

Waited 20+ minutes for food when we were the only ones there and got our order wrong twice. Will not be returning. Person taking our order needs better training on how to speak to people and take orders, and obviously better training is needed in the kitchen.

Closed in the middle of the day, no sign, looks open, people inside, but all doors are locked.

Every time i go there to get a teen burger it is always cold. They must cook all the burgers in the morning and keep them in the fridge. I love A&W teen burgers and I keep going back there because it is local but it is always a disappointment when I get that cold burger.

Thought I grab a burger for lunch … it was a ice cold burger dried out bun. Clearly it was sitting there for awhile. Not the first time so I will not be back
