It was really bad experience at A&W westlock. Today I visited there first time, Fatima took my order she was so so rude, firstly I waited for 10 minutes nobody took my order and when I got Fatima for my order she got so rude was not even listening to me what I want specific for my order. At last when she was calling for my order I was missing my pop when I asked for my pop she said there was no drink for you then I showed her my receipt and she gave it. No thanks no hi at first or last.
Hope I will never visit there again or not suggest someone to go there

The service sucked. I have never waited in a place so long without someone even acknowledging your presence. They are more worried about the drive through then the line up of people inside… we will never stop here again!

Friendly staff and fairly clean dining room and washrooms, but. Don't let the multiple tables of old folks visiting fool you.
After three visits, the consistently cold food has expired my patience. My message to the management staff. With the high cost of fast food now, you are simply going to start doing better. If you don't. Good luck keeping the lights on selling coffee to old timers.

Really bad service. Very bad employees. Doesn’t focus on one order so you are sitting and waiting for a long time when you see them put your orders in other peoples bags.

Ordered a chai latte, and it was not good. Not a chai.
Burger was dry and not good.
Onion rings are not good as well.
Food is not at the standard it was before.
Terrible experience.

Came in for take out at 11.45 am Aug 1. Burgers were great, but fries were cold and mealy textured - unacceptable. Root beer was warm! What's up with that? Coffee was good, as usual.

Best breakfast deal in town. Friendly staff. Don't care for there canned music and it's to load. Best hashbrowns.

My fries and onion rings were not cooked my chicken burger and my sisters chicken strips were disgusting and the burger if you want to call it a burger the chicken you couldn't see it for the bun

Ordered the best burger ever with other items and the person who dealt with me didn’t say a thing about the burger only have half the condiments on them kinda said they still charge the whole price of a burger with nothing on it

The food is hot and delicious, therefore the three stars. It would be 5 stars if the grumpy white lady working the drive-thru wouldn’t be so snarky and actually learn PR skills.

If you're a trucker don't bother coming here before 8 cause they won't feed ya even though the drive thru is open

Always an amazing experience at A&W. A regular stop when heading back from camping or late night munchies!

Second herbal experience for that a&w they take no pride in putting their burgers or their food together sloppiest mess I've ever seen the first time I got sick from their burger never again

Worst A&W I've ever eaten in my life, and extremely slow. Asked for no onions on all burger meal orders, and of course they didn't listen. Their onion rings were terrible, and sloppy.

Good food but only a and w in the longest time where the lazy workers don't put cream in coffee for you. Its a free coffee promo and little things like this make e want to just go elsewhere. All other A&W i been to put cream in coffee for you.

Food ok. Over charged us. When we confronted manager all she said is mistakes happen. No reimbursement. Will not stop there again

I cannot eat A&W food. Some spice or something that upsets my stomach. But the staff were friendly.

Quick service, really delicious and crispy.both the employees and the clientele were entertaining

Just love their philosophy of real food. No fillers and hormones. It's worth the extra price to know that even though it's fast food, it's definitely a better option that many many other places.

A&w needs to get off the social justice bandwagon and just get back to making good food. Nothing like having a bunch of soggy paper in my drink

Excellent bacon & Eggers and other breakfasts. Not crazy about beyond meat. Doesn't taste good to me. Best rootbeer in the world. Find the prices crazy for a plant based product. I am a proud, "Alberta beef " supporter. Fresh buns every time

Perfect fast food for traveling through towns. Fast service for our family of 5 and everything in our order was correct.

Went here as we were driving home to Edmonton. Got 2 double buddy with cheese and 2 double chicken buddy. These are always good at A&W, and this location was just as good.

Always pretty good although this time my onion rings weren't seasoned evenly so I got large areas of salt with wasn't pleasant. Prices leave a bit of room for improve but all in all good a&w:)

Straws are decomposed before your pop is empty! So your drinking a decomposed straw. Ugly things.

The food was hot! Thanks for getting everything right. Great customer service. Gave me extra sauce. Definitely coming again.
