It wasn't the fastest operation nor do I expect it to be. But the tables weren't clean and the trays were literally piling up to the point of tipping over.

Maybe they're understaffed.

The food was great though, no complaints there. Otherwise didn't like it

Went through drive through and ordered bacon and egg breakfast and when on highway I opened it to eat and there was long black hair coming out of it. If I would have been driving I would have turned around and took it back. Disgusting. Will not be ordering through there anymore.

I am overwhelmed with the level of customer service I received from the front end night crew guy. Keep it up.
You earned my business. Every time I stop here i’ll buy from A&W.

Sometimes A&W you get Very good looking Eggs, the bread too, I guess that's why they ask you how you like your bread brown or white, you said white they bring you brown

Late night drive through and the Teen burger was delicious with a bottled water and Earlgray tea double double. Also would like to comment that the window for pick up is always spotless.

Marcus was probably having a bad day or doesn’t like the service industry. I waited 5 minutes to be served as he could not stop filling what looked to be “dipping sauce containers” he finally said “oh are you waiting to order? ” As if I would be waiting for something else. He was also very rude to a Skip the dishes driver behind me repeating that he was very “busy” and could not be bothered with any customers as he had to attend to the “sauce”. No eye contact or thank you’s from Marcus. Also we were sitting down at a table and he managed to make time to walk over and place a number marker on our table but still made us get up and walk to the counter for the food? Why place the marker if we were going to have to come get it anyways? I realize these issues are not pressing issues for a&w to correct but have deterred me from wanting to eat at this location in the future.

Was not 24 hours, I work night shift while there's not a lot of stuff open. The food ais sub par at best but its still my go to until now because they were one of the few places open at night. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

Staff were not friendly. Gave us the wrong order and when asked kindly to replace part of the order that they got wrong with the right one, they stated we had to pay for it because the person at the till heard it wrong. Staff have no idea of how customer service works, not even the manager. Don’t bother coming to this place.

Stopped a few weeks ago at the drive thru while on a long drive home, maybe 1030pm, ordered our food, and upon paying the guy at the window told me it would be 10 minutes for our food, well we wouldn't have paid and would have continued on if we had known prior to paying, and then it still managed to take them almost 20 minutes. I don't think you can call it "Fast" food. Just very disappointing and then for my food to be cold when I get it was the icing on the cake.

Foods great from A and W, when it's hot. And it's soo slow, spent 30 minutes in drive through, and inside was worse, spent over 30 minutes waiting.
