I was treated with the worst service I've ever experienced at this A&W. Usually A&W is so accommodating to their customers but this one was not only rude they would not listen to my concerns. Not only did they raise their voice towards me the women told me I need to listen to her or get out of here. I drove away because I am not one to argue nor do I want to be yelled at when I have spent my money for a service.

The issue is I was charged for a tea, then an additional tea, and an oat milk. I received only one tea bag and a drop of oat milk. I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk. A simple resolve would've been to adjust the drink, which is not a lot of money and keep a valued customer, but instead they lost my business and my family's business as well.

It was pretty warm outside, so they have the AC running making it pretty chilly. But was ok. The tables needed to be checked and wiped more often. Friendly staff!

If I could put no stars I would. Their door was open, customers inside, I was going to stop by and use the washroom and grab a drink. I was RUDELY told that “we’re already closed” And that I couldn’t. Im a regular patron here and This A&W lost my business for good. I’ll tell EVERYONE I know to avoid it. Some people just shouldn’t work in customer service, it’s not for everyone.

A&W uses real dishes. The frosted mug is special. Service at this location is top notch. New extended drink menu is excellent.

Ok so a couple days ago, my friend and i went to this location. I was shocked with how bad the service was. I waited like 10 minutes to take my order and mind you, the place was empty and the manager and one of the workers clearly knew i was waiting yet they chose to ignore me. When i got my order, the sweet potato fries were overly salty and cold. Not great

Stay away from the sprite it tastes, mouldy I told the manager he just walked away. Don’t know what to tell you. This is forest lawn.

Worst location ever. Drive through orders are never right, rude staff and shouldn’t be open late night if orders take 15 min at a time.

Tried it again on April 22/2023
I figured it can’t always be bad right!
I ordered a large onion rings and it was over five dollars, to be expected. First 3 were very hot and fresh and the last 5 were freezing cold. Not only was I disappointed by the quality of the onion rings, but only 8 in a large.
I guess I should just stop complaining and just never go back.
Incompetent idiots Ripping everyone off all the time.

The management on Friday at Morning shift is terrible dosen't know how to handle any issues or problems.
A&w need to fire him right away.

Poor Drive thru service, you guys keep asking what dip we want but nothing inside the bag! All the time! Dip your face guys! I suggest put dispenser on the drive thru window and fill it with whatever dip that is and we will get it for ourselves next time!

This location is 5 stars all day long. Always been quality service. Always fantastic staff. And always quick in and out drive through.

Today I got uber eats at 4: 45AM because thats how I roll. And unfortunately they didn't have the correct sized meat for one of my burgers. So they substituted it for an upgraded patty and went all out in my opinion.

The staff especially one particular filipino guy at that store is very rude to food delivery drivers. He’s is disrespectful especially on the evening of 10-05-2023 between 9: 45 and 10pm that guy displayed poor customer service when he said we should ask for their attention after seeing me and behaving like he had not seen me. I asked him if it was a customer would also ask them to call for your attention even after seeing them? He even told me to go back to the jungle because am black. So funny anyways he still has a long way to go no wonder their store cannot even have 4stars because of those kind of unprofessional staffs, who don’t know what acknowledgment of people is in terms of customer care. Such people should be in the backend not front end customer care. They need name badges too for easy identification cause not everyone has ego so others won’t have to carry a burden they have no clue about.

Well i love a and w but my burger was small and cold onion rings were good though and their root beer can't be beat.

There is not much to say. The staff is good but I guess it is a little bit complicated place to work due the variety of customers that not always are on their best behavior.
In overal is a good place and the staff can get 5 stars for their effort

It was good, but so expensive.for chicken strip and a poutine it was just over twenty bucks which seems crazy.

I can not believe this place is still open. None of the staff are friend or nice. They were all to busy doing app orders. The food which should taste the same as any other A&w had no flavor and was cold. The fries were grossly over salted and old.

Ordered off skip we ordered from 68th Avenue and W that is open right now that's only 5 minutes away from but for some reason it went to the 17th Avenue in W and instead of getting here quickly the lady took her time and 25 minutes later my food was cold oh so robbery We're not ordered from there again or skip ever again they gave me $8 back for a reply not too happy I will be posting on social media

This A&W just got renovated about 1 week ago. They used to make a decent burger and other things but apparently they should have "renovated" their employees also. I went there tonight and their food just sucks now! Cold burgers, over-cooked rings, and staff that can't speak English in front of you! What a terrible fast-food place now, just like the rest of fast food joints along 17th Avenue!

Clean and recently renovated. Staff are generally friendly and accommodating. Have been a customer at this location for over 20 years. Consistently well run.
