Jeof the cashier is the best, he is too nice to his customers. I would give service 100 stars because of him.

They say they are open at 9am but instead the workers just yell and Swear in the back very unprofessional

Horrible customer service! Very lazy! Hour and a half before close and he said he couldn't make me 2 buddy burgers because they cleaned the grill already. He yelled that at the couple infront of me. So incredibly LAZY!
GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Always enjoy going to A&W I definitely don't like the advertisements, they spend to much money on them. All they have to do is lower their prices and get more people in saving millions on stupid ads

I ordered Mama burger with cheese meal just now and after i got everything i ran right away to the clinic which i had the doctors appointment.whilst waiting for the doctor i was about to eat my burger but there was no cheese on it.after my appointment i went back to a&w and stated that my burger has no cheese on it which i pay for it. The service crew told me why i didn’t return right away and i said this is not my fault. She even told me that they’ll just gonna put the cheese on the side and i said i want a new one coz the burger gets cold and she insist that i should return it right away next time.my first time to come in this store and definitely not coming back anymore. The service crew is very unprofessional blaming the customer.
