I also experienced this guy same as the last complaint. I went through the drive through and asked for a chubby chicken with extra sauce. When I pulled up to the window the young man and 2 other very young employees were laughing hysterically because I'm a chubby chicken that likes extra sauce. I'm so mad and offended by how rude these kids are. I don't have tap on my card so I had to grab the machine and got the "tch" and eye rolls and it's obvious that I inconvenienced him. Shaking my head at this.: (

Whoever was working the drive thru window Sept 22,2023 at 8: 30pm, was extremely rude. We ordered 2 chubby chicken's, one was a combo with fries and a drink. He must have confused what we meant and thought we only wanted a combo. We informed him nicely that we also wanted an extra chubby chicken sandwich, and he looked at us rude and made a "tch" sound with his tongue. Clearly he was annoyed and he told the cooks another chubby. My sister paid again for the extra sandwich (which he missed we told him at the speaker.) but it was fine, if he missed it. People are human. However, the annoyance and "tch" sound was uncalled for. Anyways 10mintues out of town we realized he gave us some kind of spicy chubby chicken sandwich. It went in the garbage because my sister can't eat spicy food and it's not what we ordered. Whatever employee that worked that shift maybe shouldn't be working with the public if he is gonna be annoyed with doing his job which is taking food orders.

Used the mens washroom after the supervisor. Dudes a pig. Piss all over toilet seat and floor. Too lazy to flush toilet after use. Im wondering if he even bothered to wash his hands. Save your appetite and skip this place. 410pm sept 12/2023.

Restaurant was filthy, completely disgusting. One patron was filling up his drink with alcohol and asking everyone to buy him a burger.

No one care about anything anymore… smh!

The service is poor. I ordered certain meal and was not able to get my receipt and one of my order was not served. Try to asked the lady and she’s a bit irritated and starting to be very rude and raise her voice.

Pulled up to the drive through and the woman didn’t even say hi. Just opened the window and passed me the payment machine, then closed the window. Cool.

The drive-thru, we ordered frozen root beer and onion rings. OMFG the rings were freshly made and seasoned perfectly, no soggy coating on these babies. The frozen root beer would have been perfect, but the f'n paper straws didn't last five miles out of town before the were toast (that's what you get for environmental benefit bs)

They had no rings but the food was delicious and service was great but I hope they can fix the a/c soon

What can I say about AW foods Fresh.people are friendly And they don't mess my order up half as much as McDonald's.

Food was good and made fresh only problem was when I ordered one burger with no sauce that it comes with they gave it to me with sauce even tho on the drive thru screen it was punched in no sauce so I came back and got helped by super nice person and was super quick about making new one without but they forgot to give me my drink not once but two times now: (

Short staffed, short staffed, short staffed. That’s their excuse for everything. Horrible service everytime I go. Short staffed doesn’t make putting zero effort into your job an excuse. I give them a chance everytime I come to town but no more. Tim’s it is from now on.

Athabasca A&W Canadian Classic breakfast. Eat in.
Vendor employee takes my order while still chewing his own meal.
Makes my coffee in a to go cup including sugar and cream.
Sit down.
I get my order pretty quick, go back to my table to enjoy.
Food is near cold. Toast has a someone was considering putting butter on it then stopped. What butter was there was apparent as it never melted.
Napkins and condiments? Yeah not included before you ask.
