I didn’t get my three-piece chicken strip meal with ketchup and we didn’t even pay for it but I asked for it but I didn’t get it at 11: 05 after five minutes of closing

Tbh probably the best A&W I've visited in a long while. The staff was lovely, the food was delicious and the new iced coffee hit the spot.

Everytime I order at this location they ask me to pull around and park the wait times are much higher than you would expect I ordered via the drive thru for takeout. I was the only person in line and the cashier made me feel very rushed and like she was trying to finish taking my order after every item. I only ordered 3 buddy burgers and even after asking for the very first one it sounded like she was rushing to send the order through.

I ordered a papa burger combo. The price on the board was13.89 before taxes. When he rang it in the charge was 15.10 before taxes. I questioned why it wasn't the same as on the board and he couldn't answer why. He insisted he was charging me the combo price. I took my business somewhere else.

Was good but if your gonna ask me if I want bacon and just rip one piece in half then maybe don't charge full price.

Use drive tru mostly love the A&W when I was a kid they were still using roller skates and delivered to the automobile on the window

Service was fine, but if you're going to charge people to add bacon to a burger, put more than a ripped in half slice. That's ridiculous.
