Tables/restaurant not cleaned - asked NO cheese however was added - cold fries and horrible bathrooms. Burger was A&W good.

I rated a three star experience only because they made me wait in the parking lot for my food. I went to a drive through not to drive in and I didn't appreciate waiting in the parking lot.

It seemed as though they were attempting to perfect the art of slow-motion service, but the result was nothing short of infuriating.
As I patiently queued in line, the supervisor meandered aimlessly behind the counter, paying little attention to the growing line of hungry customers. Time itself seemed to slow down in this establishment, leaving us trapped in a perpetual state of waiting.
When my turn finally arrived, the supervisor's lackadaisical demeanor reached its peak. Their sluggishness was matched only by their apparent inability to comprehend even the simplest of customer requests. It felt like watching a sloth attempt a complex mathematical equation—an exercise in futility. Any hope for a speedy and efficient service was swiftly crushed.
Relocating to a less-than-sanitary table, I observed the supervisor lazily overseeing the kitchen operations. Orders piled up, and yet they were executed with all the urgency of a tranquilized tortoise. The concept of efficiency appeared to be an alien concept in this establishment, while time continued to move at an agonizingly slow pace.
After what felt like an eternity, my food was finally served—a cold, lackluster mess that matched the supervisor's lethargic approach to customer satisfaction. The manager here is lovely - so sweet and friendly. Really great experiences and the food is always fresh.

The employees at A&W are exceptional, providing remarkably fast and courteous service. Furthermore, the washrooms are impeccably clean. Additionally, the food is prepared with utmost freshness and cooked to perfection.

We came for a quick pick up, tried to order online but they were out of internet or something. Got here walked in and the buildings flooded with people and kids complaining their hungry. People in the drive through were coming in complaining their missing food and things for their order. One worker hid in the back didn't put any effort-kinda cranky, the other was rushing for taking orders and drive through apologizing for mess upstairs and the wait saying she wasn't ready for the rush. We went in at 12: 30 and got out at 1: 15 and were missing out drinks but didnt walt to go back in. The lunch rush was understandable but the staff need work or better management please. I thank the one lady for trying and im sorry she was stuck alone.but the others need to put effort into their jobs.

Stopped here on our way back to Sask from Calgary. Walked in and wasn’t acknowledged. Stood there for a minute then the person at the counter looked at me and started tapping the screen then looked back up to me signalling that they were ready to take my order. I walked up and said hi but got no acknowledgment then they proceeded to talk to the people behind them while staring at me waiting for me to order. I think I could feel their eyes roll even though they weren’t physically doing it? This person Probably shouldn’t be doing a face to face customer service job!
This was such an off putting experience that I told them never mind and decided to wait until kindersley A&W for lunch.
Not to mention the restaurant was dirty.

Very hit and miss at this location. If you are in the drive-thru and only getting coffee, it is a decent experience. If you want food inside, it's a different story.

Good food as far as the franchise goes. Service could use some work though.

I usually don't like to review fast food chains, cause all the chains are similar to their brands. And if I do then it’s exceptional. For this one, the staffs are really nice and their service is exceptional.

Front counter was so quick, taking my order while stocking lids! Multitasker! Nothing was wrong, everything to a T. Short on staff but so polite on everything. The front lady was awesome, I’m traveling through but will definitely be back if I am in the area! Food was hot, fresh and sooo tasty!
