Food is very overpriced for example a very small portion of fries will cost you almost $4 and potatoes are a staple. Owner should be ashamed.

Ever since they replaced the entire A&W staff months ago this place has been absolutely ABYSMAL! I’ve been here maybe 12 times since and they’ve gotten my order right 3 times. As soon as you pull up to the drive thru they tell you to wait, sometimes for 5+ minutes, whether it’s busy or not. When ordering they will not actually listen to your order and will repeatedly cut you off as you’re trying to order so good luck getting a correct order. Do you want straws, utensils, etc? Better ask for them to be put in the bag every time. This job isn’t hard, there are no excuses, these workers suck, this is the worst A&W I’ve ever been to, and I’m not exaggerating, I never write reviews but this place sucks so bad I had to finally say something.

Be careful and check your food before you leave. Said no when asked if I wanted cheese. Got cheese.

Horrible place rude manager fly infestation for some reason there are zero fly traps and the flys will swarm around u while eating and land on food got kicked out for sitting at a table doing nothing not being a disruption of any kind for like 20minutes manager was very rude do not recommend eating horrible place and gross! And probably racist!

For context, I moved to Hanna at the end of June but had nowhere to cook most of the summer. A&w was my go to for coffee and breakfast almost every day. Delores was fantastic. Friendly, courteous and always smiling. I did have to wait for my order a few times, but it was worth it. Burgers were and still are always great. 99% of the time all the staff are great. Let's face it - we can all have our off moments but they were few and far between here. I still enjoy stopping for a burger. Also, the comment about paper straws, I hear you, I also hate them and the terrible flavor of wet cardboard when having a drink. I purchased metal straws and use my own.

Other times I’m served stale or over cooked food.

Anytime I waited few extra mins for a fresh food it was great.

They are very friendly and fast. Food is always hot and they tend to always let me know what deals are happening currently.

We needed some quick supper and swung in off the highway to grab something in Hanna. This little A and W is handy and made us some typical tasty burgers ordered from the drive through. I would stop again if I needed some fast food.

Not the best a&w I've been to, but not the worst. Have to wait every time I've ordered and only go to a&w for speed and convenience.

One of the best Mozza burgers I've ever tasted served from this mini A&W. Top-notch work from these classy folks.

We just stayed there during our trip to Saskatoon. It was a nice place with smiley and friendly staff.

Was open at 7.30pm on new years eve, and we were able to grab dinner. Friendly staff and good food.
