Always great going and chatting with everyone there! Excellent service and quick times on food. Lots cooked fresh if you wait 5 minutes out back!

Standard quality in a renovated location. Please bring back the fried chicken (can you get that message to corporate?).

Just your regular old A&W nothing to write home about but it delivers on what you order. I would recommend aside from price point depending on what you order. But that's across the entirety of the chain.

Staff are so kind, the food is really fast and delicious! The selling point isn’t just the smiles that will meet you before you get to the counter, but also the very clean and accessible facilities. The manager even brought out a lollipop for my kid! Thanks to the team for making our visit special and delicious!

While HE is registered for breakfast all day.
She preferred to lose 3 customers while the restaurant was completely empty.

Your employee was even very arrogant!

I was just passing through provost on a service call, and Chris took my dine in order - I was honestly blown away with how joyful and uplifting the interaction was, he was just extremely pleasant to deal with. Seemed happy to be there, and watching him interact with other customers was just as authentic and uplifting. Truly a great addition to your team - food was excellent aswell.

The staff is polite and friendly and the restaurant was clean. But I ordered two gravy with my order only to get home and find two containers when mixed together filled one container half full. Is there a shortage on gravy? For what they charge for gravy I expect it to be full. I guess it's a good thing Dairy Queen is just up the road.

Service was friendly & good. The advertised all day breakfast only includes fast food on a bun, not the complete breakfast meal we wanted. This is the fourth A&W we have been to in the past month that does not have the fruit smoothies although it was included in the coupon book that we received in the mail. (It has now expired). Disappointing!

Well I had a double teen combo with poutine, I ate it but wasn't impressed. The poutine was cold the burger was so greasy the bun was soggy. I've had good meals at A&W but not at the one in provost AB. Now I'm home and in the bathroom cause of this meal

Last winter after driving the winter road for Fort Chipewyan to Ft Macmurray I stopped into the Aand W for a meal. I asked for my drink to have no ice, didn't happen. The fries were fairly good, but the burger was cold and it appeared to have been left under a heat light for some time. Anyway my experience at this restaurant was very dismal and I won't be eating there again since most of my meal went in the trash.

Food is tasty. No ice for go cups and paper straws make me seriously question going to A&w. It is a rare visit because of this.

November 6th 8: 30 pm ordered onion rings with my meal. These staff obviously have no care in the world about customer food service.onion rings.not cheap! Looked like the picked them up by hand squished them all into a baseball shape and tossed into the bag. Who wants mashed onion rings! If you do this is the place to stop and enjoy your fist full of mashed up onion rings. Hey guys that work nights! Really friendly. Take some pride in your job and serve us properly. Customers stop to eat and support your income. I for one wont be eating at this place due to them not caring how the items are served.

Short changed me a patty on my Extra Cheeze Extra Bacon Pappa Burger Combo going through the drive thru. Other than that A&W always the best.

The place is a joke every single time you go there you have to ask for fresh fries and by the time you get your fresh fries your burger is cold. Junk.

Food is good. Service was fast for just one dude at the register, plus he was doing drive thru at the same time, what a champ. They even have there own review system so they clearly care about the costumers.

The food was excellent. The coffee was absolutely puddle water gross. Just passed through on a family trip so there's no point going back to get a fresh one.
