Always a great place for a quick hot fresh meal.always good service. Keep up the great work.

So expensive. Not sure how a single cheese burger that is smaller than my palm and has one thin patty is $7.59. Not worth it. Meat was dry and not even warm, let alone hot and fresh. Very disappointed. I didn’t even get a drink and my meal was over $15.

Out of the burgers I usually get so I got the Nashville hot chicken and it's not spicy. Not even white people spicy! Bad sandwiches and overall a bad experience just lost another customer.

This location is absolutely awful. They have never gotten an order correct, always missing items. The past 3 times I have had numerous items missing that I paid for, will not be returning.

For the most part I have no issues with this location. The food has always been fresh and good. I did order a lettuce wrapped burger once, I’m gluten intolerant, and it was delivered as a regular burger. This is frustrating because they can’t replace it. So I just didn’t eat it. Wasteful. They did issue a refund but it’s never fun to be left hungry

I've been going here for the last couple of years and it's been perfect every single time. Drive-through is always fast and the food tastes fresh.like too good for fast food, honestly.

I haven't been to this location in years. But, not much has changed, even with covid - in my opinion.

Staff were wearing masks, I didn't notice any hand sanitizer available anywhere - wasn't paying to much attention to that though. Other patrons were respectful and seating has not changed. Biggest change is menus.

Service was fast and respectful, lots of seating available. Staff deal/dealt with a lot of homeless/vulnerable people in a dignified and respectful way and my friend and I were not disturbed.

Food was properly cooked, but we did not get a tray (not sure if this is because of trays and covid)

Overall I'd go back. This place is well established and easy to get to off 14st, so kudos to the person who bought the land as it is centrally located, smart move.

Pros: staff is polite, drive-thru is bike-friendly, as good as a fast food burger gets.

Cons: staff is directed by management to prioritize the drive-thru traffic, which can lead to in-store customers being ignored for LONG stretches of time.

This is a residential neighbourhood. My advice is to prioritize people over cars. Service should be better and more personable if you choose to get out of your car, not the other way around.

At 2am and no people in the drive-thru i got denied placing an order because i wasnt in a car. How is me standing there any different than a car waiting there? Tell me EXACTLY what the difference between me standing there without a car and someone in a car? And dont say its because im not in a car, i want a real reason as to why someone not in a car cant place an order. Im a paying customer and you turn me away.

I love A&W to start with, and this is an exceptional location for consistently friendly and hospitable service.

I come here often because it is close to home and I really like A&W. This is probally the best location in the city. The staff are very friendly and the food comes out very fast and hot every time. This location seems to be really busy at all hours of the day and night but staff are always able to keep up.

Worst service ever, they can’t make a fresh burger. Asked multiple times before paying. Waited 30 mins for one burger that was still not fresh.

Good burger especially the mozza one. We always order inside but this time we went in the drive thru, they forgot my ketchup so we had to go back. Other than that the food is always good!

Good AW burger joint. Fast and easy drive thru. We enjoy coming to this location because of how fast and easy it was. Also it’s super close to the main road as well.

This is the best A and W in the city.best in the province.best in Canada.perhaps the best in the world? Its my go-to on uber eats. Even when delivered and not as hot as if I were in the store, its still delicious.everytime I get food from here it actually looks as tasty as it is. The only fast food that satisfies an appetite without overloading on salt and grease. So good. Just finished my meal and it was another scrumptious treat. Thank you:)

The burger I ordered during the lunch rush was colder than if I had gotten it delivered. I understand that the establishment was very busy, but it's a bit disappointing to get a cold burger when they are not at peak hours.

I just bought it today at 5: 15 pm all is cold, I was expecting to be hot. Really disappointed, please make sure is hot is not ice cold iwhen serve it. Thanks

I had to write this review after they gave me free fries when I asked. Kindness is rare these days.

Aug, 2021. With the covid-19 safety cautions like mask, handwashing, social distancing, and vaccination, one will think that businesses learned. This branch is gross. Tables are not clean and the men's washroom floor is reeking with urine. Just imagine stepping inside the washroom floor and bringing urine to the dining area. The urinal is leaking/overflowing and toilet bowl can't be properly flushed. It seems a plumbing issue. Gas station washrooms are much better than theirs. Staff are polite and attentive.

If you want to cancel the order because you are closing down, do it in the first 5 mins, not after 30!

It was slow so I asked if I could get a hot juicy Momma burger. They said Yes. They gave me a warm dry one. I won't be going to AW again.

Very good A&W. The service is prompt and efficient. I have to give a shout out to Declan who is very polite and courteous. He has very good customer service ensuring the order is correct and the wait time is to the mere minimum. The A&W has a high amount of customers whether it is drive through orders, take out or via skip the dishes. So the services that is provided by staff is extremely good.

The location or this A&W is second to none! It has been in this location for as long as I can remember!

It has always been open open in the Drive thru 24 hours a day which has been a lifesaver late at night when nothing else is open.

Especially with its proximity to downtown and 17th Ave, there have been times where after a night of socializing and dancing that this Drive thru has been a savior for sure! In fact, I don't believe that I have ever actually stepped foot inside. Haha!

Perhaps I should take a boo inside sometime.

Then again, the drive thru here, being at the set of lights to let you go North or South quickly is just so convenient though.

Close to where I live so I go here often, normally for lunch. Have always gotten our orders right. Have gotten ketchup without asking. Also in general I like a&w's environment friendly packaging

Please don't serve me buddy burgers on regular buns. If your out of buns for the buddy burger please just say so and I will order something else.

Ordered a double buddy burger on a lettuce bin. Got the regular bin with a big chunk of lettuce. Meat was dry. Also asked for cheese and didn't get that. Will not go back to this location ever.

This A&W is the worst place for getting their orders right. The last 3 times I ordered from here on SkipTheDishes there has been food missing or there receipt is wrong. GET YOUR S—t together.

Finished work late and I was craving a burger and I requested them to make it fresh.and they said it would take 8 - 10 minutes and had asked to me park and someone will bring my food over.once i got my food quality was amazing and customer service was very impressive, for a fast food chain A&W its probably the best! Will be back again for sure.

On the 7th of Oct I ordered a Mozza burger combo with no sauce, I'm allergic to eggs. I called and they said no problem, come get a free replacement anytime. I did just that the next day and was treated like a liar and a thief. In fact there was other customers in there laughing and making fun of me, accusing me of trying to get free food. After 15 years of frequenting this location, you can bet that I won't be eating A&W ever again. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Disgraceful.

Drive through both times was fast, and my order was correct both times. Had no issues while taking nor receiving the order. My only complaint is the debit machine. Refuses to not only work with my phone for tapping, but also isn't very consistent with tapping my debit card. (I use my card elsewhere consistently, so I know that is not the issue) Keep in mind though, the drive through only has room for about 7 or 8 vehicles before you are stuck on the road. Otherwise, great place for an A&W meal.

Friendly staff and your typical A&W food. My burger was fresh and juicy and the fries crisp and not too salty.
As of early October, this location does NOT offer dine-in.

We pulled in thinking it was a Harvey's, but boy did it live up to its legends! What a surprise place!

Onion rings were over cooked. Just like they waited for me to order last ones. So gross, I won't go back there again.

The Management team needs to really turn this place upside down with their staff. It is a busy location being on 14th Street but that is no excuse for getting orders wrong. I go here for a quick breakfast as it is the only A&W in the area and on the way to work. Their drive thru service is horrible. Wrong orders, no napkins, wrong size drinks. It is such a hassle realizing it is wrong and having to go back.

Very disappointed today. Last visit about a month ago the food was hot, juicy and delicious. Today I had to return burger twice, first one in a bun when I asked for lettuce wrap, no bun. Second burger looked like used as hockey puck before serving, not what ordered. Had onion rings that were burned and left sitting, and all the food was stone cold even though it was picked up and put on tray immediately. This was awful and I won't go back again.

. Food was made fresh, extra napkins and ketchup in bag. Offered suggestion for food as well. Drive thru girl was great at her job. Thanks for the buddy burgers.

Burger (Uncle) was very tasty. Fresh crisp lettuce and nice ripe tomatoes. Very fresh bun. Root beer was great, as always. This is not the A & W of 20 years ago. Great food, and reasonably fast service. Will go back.

Friends were rendezvousing early and we decided to meet for quick cheap breakfast at the A&W in BP Centre. We had a classic Canadian breakfast and breakfast sandwich. The sandwich hit the spot, and my friends actually split their breakfast order. Bingo. Done. This location on the +15 elevated skywalk system is one of the most northerly parts of the system, which people walking from Eau Claire or Hillhurst / Sunnyside communities access first, especially on cold mornings like we had recently. From here, the +15's go west to the beautiful Winter Garden in the Jamieson Building, or south to the International Hotel and the main +15 corridors.

This location never has anything prepared ahead of time and will make you wait for your food in the parking lot only for you to get home and see that your order was completely messed up. Would strongly avoid this A&W location.

Love the beyond meat burger. Love the hormone and steroid free beef. Love the antibiotic free eggs! Good coffee too. LOVE the carboard straws instead of plastic!

I placed an oderd on skip the dish and i got my food in 1hr and 48 min latter, i called a&w for 45 min and no answer, as well the food was not right.i wont be back

This is our neighborhood A&W. Love this branch. We see the same staff that are friendly and polite regularly. I picked this place this rainy morning for breakfast thinking it's my A&W. Sadly encountered new faces. Johara serving at till, unpleasant, not polite, and has an attitude when i noticed the eggs was not right. Watched her and did the same behavior to senior. Not a good way to start anybody's morning. To the owner, she sure can rain on everybody's parade!

Stopped by the drive-thru at 1am in the morning Tues evening. Service was excellent and the food was prepared very well. Nice and fresh and it stayed warm even with a 10 min drive home. Order was 100% correct with the exceptions requested

The staff and management are conscientiously working to greet customers and the service is timely and friendly. Coffee is hot and meal products fresh and tasty. Floors, tables and wash rooms clean and tidy.

This location is a bit awkward to get in and out of because of the 14st traffic, but otherwise it's your regular, great Canadian fast-food staple.

14street and 14th Ave A&W is the best. I am convinced. Very friendly staff, and I swear their teen burgers are made better than any other A&W.

Food is great and staff are super friendly and accommodating. I think this place is family run. You can always “walk up” to the drive through late and they will still serve you. I love it! Thanks so much for always being accommodating.

The food is always made perfectly to spec, and I’ve never had any issues with mistakes of my order or anything missing.
