THE food was cold. I mean really cold. The hamburger must have been made hours ago, there wasn't a slice of cheese.it was a horrid sauce. The staff were very rude indeed.and that was the manager. Nothing like there prior standards. If this is a franchise, they need alot of help/ staff they should be fired!
I was also very embarrassed as I took a friend there.

Best A&W in Edmonton. Great staff remembers my name and what I eat. Quick and efficient.

Paying for a bag is capitalism! For 50 years you served up food in a bag you did not charge for! Even though it’s just a few cents. This is capitalism at it finest! Shame on you!

First time having the all day breakfast and it was amazing! Great deal for the price! Also they have a gentleman named Kevin who works the til. He's a superstar. Very friendly. Calls you by name. And could be Ken Leungs twin. Thank you for you service.

Great place to grab and go but the inside always looks messy. Even if it's the style it's still really dated.

The food decent when it's correct but staff here sometimes just seem like they have no motivation. Owner pay the staff better! That is all.

I gave 2 stars only because the food was very good. The lady working the front counter should not be involved in any business that requires customer service! She was very miserable and had a very bad attitude! That was my first AND last time going to that location.

Always a great breakfast. I got the traditional breakfast. Eggs and bacon and sausage and toast, hashbrown and tomato slices. Probably the best fast food breakfast like this around

Also a personal fan favorite is a sausage and egger on a bun. And get tomato and lettuce added on. Amazing breakfast MMM mmmm good:)

It's all about the staff, and the young man at the counter was friendly, quick, and organized. I wish I could remember his name.

My last meal experience was not good as ihad ordered a beyondmeat n when i bit into the burger i could feel the patty was not fresh it was premade n they just reheated.

Just I visited A&W and order food, I know they are busy but they didn't cooked food properly. I ordered burger combo but France look like I am eating row potatoes, I don't know their problem. I have to throw the frince fries
. I am disappointed about the food.

Be aware, they do not put salt or anything on their fries. Very tasteless. They said they have too many complaints about the salt. I beg to differ.

Great breakfast, had the all Canadian. Good food. Toast could have used a little longer in they toast but otherwise good.

I enjoy A&W, and this location has been okay for the most part, until today.
As always the service was fine, they missed the three hash browns I tried to order but we weren't charged so that's fine. They were busy and possibly short staffed so it was adequate.
But the quality of the food was just.poor.
The sandwiches would have been fine except one of them had egg shells.or what I assume was egg shells. I don't know what else could have been small and crunchy like that.
And the wrap I got for myself can only be called false advertising. It was three quarters tiny tortilla, nothing like what they advertise. While I don't expect what I see in a photo, I do expect an actual wrap when I order a wrap. This wouldn't even be considered a snack wrap from somewhere else.

I'm just overall really disappointed in the quality of the food, and A&W is my go to fast food. Or was, it's just not worth it these days.

Pictures included show the inside of the wrap, which I assume had a third of a slice of cheddar and 1 piece of bacon cut in half, with maybe a full small egg or half a large one.couldn't tell. Also I wear a small women's glove, for size reference.

Will not hire white people to be a member of their team.
I call that racial discrimination.
That they only hire their own kind of people.
Shame on you

We enjoy this A& W location cause it is close to Value Village, Ricks, and Winners.
All budget friendly shopping.

I'm a regular at this location, My favorite is the gentleman who works the evening shift. He is so friendly and very capable in his job. The food is always good

The best fast food (talking about the A&W), the only one after eating that doesn't make me sick.
Regarding this fast food, the employees are very nice, I love going back.

Best teen burgers around especially this location very friendly and patient my two fav ordeals when shopping or dinning in or out and the staff just splendid!

I ordered through the app. Opened up my meal to find the burger missing. Went back through the drive where they told I didn't order a burger. After some time getting things sorted I received another burger. This burger had extra of everything I had ordered the burger without. I ended up just leaving and going to another location. The service is so slow at the best time no way I was going through the drive-thru for a 3rd time.

Fast and Friendly place to have a quick lunch you can eather eat in or takeout But if you choose to eat in you have to show your vacation code card you don't have one you have to order takeout food

Too disappointing! Too much! As a resident in the neighborhood, I have given this branch it's fair chance. We have picked up from their drive thru several times.and I mean several as in 4 times that it happened during covid that we are either missing a burger, fries, wrong drink or wrong food! Today I went in to buy a large smoothie and the cup was 1 inch from being full. I just wish that when they say large cup that they would at least fill the cup! Uuugghh

I enjoyed a very good breakfast with my daughter and the lady that took our order was very very nice!

Amanzing customer service specially from the lady who took my order, she had a long dark hair. Kudos to you young lady, you rock!

The staff are friendly and they keep the place clean. Good food takes time so they aren't quite as fast as other fast food places.

Love the food. But really disappointed that they don't have root beer floats anymore. The entire reason I used to go there was because of the Root beer floats.

A very long wait at the drive thru. Friendly person at the window. Maybe need more staff on. Huge line up at drive thru.

I got 2 chipotle wraps from this A&W and asked them to make it fresh but still then they gave me old ones which were not fresh. At drive through mic also I told them to make it fresh they said it will be fresh. What's the reason of giving a hope to the customer. I know the difference between fresh and not fresh. Bad experience. I work nearby that's why I prefer to buy from there.

Not the best A&W location in the city. Service id good but this location isn't cleanest. Other A&W locations stand out from this one. I'd still eat here it just doesn't blow my hair back.

Good food and my order was correct! I have dietary issues, and often when I go to drive through, my order is wrong, was a pleasant surprise today.

It was gross and populated by barly English speaking Filipinos who are very disrespectful in their transactions with their customers I'll never come back to this place just because of the lack of professionalism for their jobs

I should be easy to order 3 things and get an order right at 7: 30am on a Sunday with no one in line and no one in the store. However one hash brown was missing when I got home. When I went back to the store the window attendant told she put in two. After back and forth she agreed to give me the one I actually paid for just 10 mins prior. Poor quality control, poor customer service. Perhaps it's safe to order two items or less, but check your order if you have three or more items.

I only like their continental breakfast. Very filling and tasty. Come get some when you get the chance. Can't go wrong. That with the great service gets them 4 stars.

I am a regular here, like, 4 or 5 times a month, give or take. Today, for whatever reason, they gave me old fries that -I think- are from yesterday or hours prior. I've worked in fast food, I know what fries are supposed to taste and look like, and these aren't it. What they gave me was some flaky, crunchy, cold, and dry potato slices that a dog would even pass up.

Not cool, guys. Like, you can't seriously expect to pull this and not get called on it. Do better.

My wife and I went here for dinner and paid $4.50 for 5 onion rings. My wife called the location on the phone to ask how many onion rings should be in eaxh order.
The employee told us 7-9. When my wife explained that there were only 5 in the bag the employee said: " I've never had a complaint about onion rings and we are too busy to take phone calls like this. " She then proceeded to tell my wife she was wrong and that she had eaten the onion rings just to complain.

I understand they are just onion rings but treating customers like they are criminals is unacceptable.

Had take out drive through they need to have people skills actually talk to the costmer instead of handing you the debit machine and bringing you the food and turning around before you can say please and thank you.

You have to check your order when you get it, you get screwed through the drive through. Just saying

Don't order here no common sense, they put two heavy med drinks on the same side of those CLEARLY flimsy cupholders now I have a HUGE mess thanks aholes and you don't hire people who can count to two I wasted money ordering an extra hashbrown on top of not knowing the SIMPLE difference that sausage is NOT bacon this is clearly that precooked bacon pancakes are terrible as the unseasoned fried eggs taste really old like there is dust in the pancakes.

This location is run by a man who takes pride in his restaurant. Breakfast is always perfect and service is good. There is a lady who has been working there for quite some time and she is polite and professional every time.

While the food is delicious, I can no longer eat here anymore. Only times I do are like right now when the mama is on for$2.50 and that's all I get. $5 for 5 onion rings? 2 teens that were 2 for $5 7 years ago have doubled to 2 for $10 now, an increase way more than standard inflation. ($5 spending power then is $5.66 today.) even the coupons aren't a good deal anymore. Always been a bit pricey compared to their competitors, but they moved up to dairy queen level now.
Get a decent "dollar menu" for us cheap folks, unless we are the ones you no longer want as customers.

I think I was given one of those horrible fake meat patties on my hamburger when I ordered a beef burger. It did not taste right at all.

Honestly, my order wasn't correct but they were sooooo nice and friendly, Im totally fine with it. They are quick and efficient.

Walked in. Staff didn’t even acknowledge me. No hello. Back turned towards me. I stood at counter for a few minutes. Walked out. I’ll go elsewhere. Don’t recommend this location

Had lunch with two friends. Very impressed with the cleanliness and with the superb service provided by Nav! Very friendly staff who excel at serving their customers. Thank you!

This location appears to be suffering from a total lack of leadership, several times I’ve received an incorrect order, and last night, I ordered through the mobile app on my way home from work (I worked until 1 am, they’re supposedly open 24-7) when I got there, a bunch of service trays were blocking the drive through. I called their location number, and when somebody finally answered, I was told they were closed, and I should “call them” who? THE MOBILE APP THAT ALREADY CHARGED MY VISA? !? ! I was offered NO apology whatsoever, NO offer of helping me resolve the situation, I was just told to “call THEM” I was was basically made to feel that the situation was MY problem to deal with. I’ve worked customer service jobs MANY times, and I’d have been fired if I treated a customer the way I was treated.

Surprisingly clean and extremely friendly staff who took our large order. Clean facility and quick service. Food was good too. Recommend this location if you're craving A&W

A&W is usually a bit pricey. Butter Burgers look good and taste good. I haven't gone to one yet. Were they stomped on the burger and give it to you? Like some of them I enjoy their food.

Customer service and food was good. Only complaint was in the lobby there was what appeared to be a homeless person sleeping on one of the benches in the corner of the fairly full restaurant at lunch time. Not really a welcoming dining experience to have.

So impressed with A&W's commitment to sustainability. I had no idea that they still use dishes and real cutlery if you eat in! We had the pancakes and the All Canadian Breakfast and both were great.

Always good food but orderingwas a wait. It was like the cashier was oblivious that there were people in line waiting to order and seemed annoyed to take orders. But overall the food was the winner.

Never buy bacon n eggs breakfast here. They never get the toast right. They never butter the toast for whatever reason.

They should serve to your table like other A&W's.

It was chaos grabbing breakfast here. Instead of bringing it to you they just yell your name.

They just put it on the main counter where everyone else is trying to order. So you have to navigate through people ordering and people grabbing their food.

Great service, food came quickly and was hot and right to order. I've yet to be let down by the staff here.

This location was a disaster! You could tell they were under staffed. The bathroom was abysmal! It took forever to order. And why are the beyond meat burgers still so expensive?

The first time I went through this a and w. Good atmosphere. Food is as you expect it to be for a burger joint.

Breakfast or burgers anytime. What's not to like. Just hate the paper straws. Save the environment refuse the straws.

Breakfast here is wonderfully vintage— real metal knives and forks, mugs, and plates! If you want a more low-waste, relaxed diner breakfast be sure to pop in. Very popular with elders for its senior specials and nicely maintained.

Great place for a frozen hash brown when not busy and got told when two staff up front we make new wow great way to show customer service oh so sorry or wow ok sir we will make you a new on just we make you new

The staff is slow at work and the meal comes in the driveway not close exactly for the soda water cup.

Clean place but the hasbrown I ordered through drive-thru was very hard. Probably a 3 1/2 to 4hr old hashbrown when it should be under 2hrs. Nice workers though.
