Very Poor customer service if I could give zero stars I would.came and got 2 mama cheese burgers the burger wasn’t cooked after taking one bite I almost threw up and wasn’t offered anything else but to waste my time going back for new burgers no thank you.and poor customer service too much attitude.

Food was good but it was super, super cold in the dining room! Probably around 15 degrees for some reason. They were cleaning the bathrooms the whole time I was there and wouldn't let me use it. Staff were talking loudly to each other in another language.felt like we were intruding. Not a good experience.

Ordered here at Drive-thru today and honesty the customer service was so bad and we were given the order with sweet potato fries half full which paid $4 each and no sauce was give with that as well as the beyond meat burgers that we asked for well done was actually not. When we called the store back and asked for a manager there was no manager on site and so the girl that helped us out confirmed that it was her and instead of an apology she argued with my fiancé and told us to drive back half hour in this cold weather just to get another order and she was super rude and when we asked for her name she did not give it to us. We have been to A&W multiple times and the service is usually good but however today was so disappointing. Please check your food before you leave the restaurant

Went to store at 2: 00 am ordered 2 mozza for 9.99. I gave a coupon to the girl at drive thru she said it had expired. I have been told by an A&W employee of 30 + years that they will honor all of their coupons even if expired. This is the third time they have refused to honor my coupons at this location and charged me full price. I told the girl that even with.a expired date it is still accepted. She told me no after three attempts to tell her it was valid I left. I get half a hour for my lunch break so I had to go back to work with no food. I know the owner of this store and will be bringing this to his attention.

Poor customer service.unfriendly staff.lots of flies! Arrived at 11am and ordered breakfast classic.asked if i could get a coffee refill.said no because it's 11: 00am.not friendly staff.stafg was also coughing and didn't wear a mask.soo many flies flying

Dine in expierence. Nice and clean, friendly staff, food came quickly and was nice and fresh. Plenty of each of the condiments, big plus was the shaker of A&W seasoning.
Will dine in again.

What can go wrong with A&W English muffins, and the all the favourite breakfast options they have. Laid back Sunday breakfast done right! Highly recommended

Friendly staff, order was correct and quick (had the Classic breakfast) & my eggs were PERFECT. 4 stars as there were several tables that needed a good wipe down.

The clerk at 3: 30 am was soooo polite, such a great worker. Super great whomever they are, left me with a smile on my face, when getting a delicious late night coffee. Great Communication Skills.

Always Great Service, I Travel A Greater Distance To This Location Than The Location Nearest My Home Because Of The Great Service, Honestly My Review Should Be A 5 Star, But This Location Must Be Known For The Service It Provides As Sometimes The Drive Thru And Eat In Portion Of The Restaurant Get Overly Busy Causing A Little Longer Wait Times. It's Not Really The Restaurants Fault, But Maybe Something Can Be Done To Get Food Out Quicker During Those Busy Times. Only Reason For The 4 Star Is Wait Time On Occasions.

Got my order wrong, mama burger instead of doble one, I realize when I got home, I won’t go back with this cold.
The door was kind of locked, I’m complaining because my dad wanted to come with my baby and he couldn’t open the door rigth away, folks is -19 outside, do u have some lock or what?
Taste is always good of course.

The lady serving at the window was very friendly! My order was brought to me fast and fresh!

Great burgers and the best rootbeer. Wish they still offered their whistle dog. Among the best onion rings anywhere.

Had a coupon for a free coffee, ordered it through the app but there was a some mix up, where it doesn't show the employees it's a free coffee, just shows the customizations (sugar and cream). The lady helping me stated she can't give me my coffee since it doesn't say that on her computer, I showed her my phone screen, where it said free large coffee. She got rude and tried arguing with me making me feel stupid, and I was very nice and told her that it isn't my fault YOUR computers don't pick the coupon up. She ended up giving me a coffee, a small one with 3 creams and 3 sugars. Not even what I ordered, terrible customer service. She held up the line too over something so small. Won't be coming to this location!: }

Asked for a chubby chicken with lettuce tomato and cheese.no cheese and got the spicy habero chicken patty.onion rings are disgusting.

If you are looking for a value for your money than, try the English breakfast at A&W. Reasonably priced for the amount of portion they serve.

Stopped in two times now for root beer with a friend and I was pleased to see that the ice cold mugs are back.

Vary poor service i bought a papa burger and they gave me a messed up burger so I went up to ask for a new one and the worker gave me attitude like I wanted to knock her out type of attitude and the manger did nothing about it I will never be coming back to this location

The burgers and fries here are very tasty, the recent visit was when we picked up from here while we were on the way to Sylvan Lake, we enjoyed them sitting by the lake. I am vegetarian, so have less option but the burger was tasty.

Service is always above par, however, they need to pay attention to the details, when asked extra condiments, almost all the time have to back inside to get it.

Unfortunately the morning staff here do not have sufficient facility in speaking and understanding English. Errors in orders are frequent on morning shift.

Specific problems: Request mustard on sandwiches, receive none. Order sausage and Eggers, they assume it is on english muffin and not regular bun. (Why? By default it comes on a regular bun.)

I normally order through drive thru but today I went in as I had to use the restrooms as well. Lol there was piss all over the seat which was disgusting. Staff were friendly. The one time I forget to say easy mayo, I get a burger swimming in mayo and 3 layers of onion when I didn't ask for extra onion. Usually the food is spot on at this location. I love A&W and will come back. Must have just come on an off day.

When I visited it didn't seem very busy. I waited a while in drive thru for my order but it was 100% worth it because of how fresh the food was. I'm assuming the wait time was due to the fact they had to make everything fresh.

Was there to day was yelled at by the old Chinese guy when we orderd and paid for All-America breakfast but given clasic breakfast.the old Chinese guy was so rude to me and my mother.she is still upset.i will never spend a dime in that chain again.and I will do nothing but put it down to any one who wants to eat there.i have never been talked to by some one like that I dont onow how they let him keep his franchise stor after all the reviews I have seen

I am a A&W regular. This location does not accept Coupons that you can print and the owner makes up whatever stories he wants.
Happy to avoid this location

The food and the hospitality of this place is amazing. But I found that the spicy chicken burger that they have is more on the sour vinegary spice than the good spice

Prefer A&W over any other fast food joint. Great tasting burgers, awesome root beer and overall I get great service there. Also, they serve burgers and breakfast all the time and their breakfast meals are quite tasty

Had the 56 Buddy Burger.nothing tops the Teen Burger. Wull, the apple turnover is probably the best in the industry.

Got uncle burgers with cheddar and bacon combos which were delicious. Fries were piping hot, service was pretty fast and very cheerful. Can't ask for more!

We went for Beyond burgers, the customer service was horrible and manager was rude. We just asked if the vege patties are fried seperately and not with other meat, she was rude and answered she does not know. While going home we found another A&W at 51 Avenue and Calgary trail so we thought of trying one more time. Manager was nice, explained to us that its for vegetarians so its fried/cooked seperately and how they clean the place as well - excellent experience. Now we only go to that A&W.

One of the worst chubby chickens I've ever had. I used to come here all the time. They've really let their standards slip. Disgusting. I will never come back again.

Service was prompt and efficient and food quality was better than expected standard. We ordered breakfast late afternoon and were quite satisfied. Hashbrowns were nicely crispy and not greasy, thumps up

Thursday special is excellent with a lobster tail, 6 garlic shrimps, 6 fried shrimps, a lb of steamed muscles, potato and veg.for 42.00 shared for 2 people.
Of course, their delicious biscuits are unlimited.

Greasy dub bro! What A&W holds over other fast food chains is that it least feels like real ingredients going down the gullet. Drawback is that A&W is a little more expensive - mail out coupons pretty much need to be used or you have to ask about specials, otherwise it's simply not worth it; a big guy might order 3 sandwiches and end up paying over $20. At that point, why not go to a sit-down restaurant where you're not getting primarily processed foods.

Still, it is my favourite pick for fast food chains, and I hope A&W has great success in the years to come. I am always down for some dub!

In & out for $6. That was without me getting my seniors discount. It is cheaper for me to grab breakfast than stay at home & cook it. It takes me close to an hour. They make it in a few minutes!

Only nearby 24 drive through. A&W s have the best poutine of any of the major fast food outlets and quick service at the drive through. The quality of ingredients is hands down the best for all beef and potatoe products.

No steroids, hormones, etcetera.

Most locations make cook to order breakfast too. I wish they hadn't dropped all salads off the menu.

The place is nice and clean. I had the new bison burger and yam fries. I was quite disappointed with the burger. It was tasteless. I would not order it again.

On feb 22 at around 5.35 pm came to order some burgers via drive thru, the east Indian girl out of nowhere told me the price rudely and slammed the window on me. I think she doesn't like her job or she don't want rush in the drive thru. If Management is serious about their customers ao please should pay attention to this and I really would like to talk to aome about this that what did I do wrong? Or atleast she could be polite towards her customers. Thanks.

This place has a manager that was more rude then any restraunt manager I've ever encountered. I came 15 minutes before closing time, granted I understand the frustration in the fact they had already begun cleaning up but if your hours specify a time then that's the time or change the hours on the door. Anyways the staff did their best to help me quickly but during this process the manager was complaining about my arrival loud enough to make sure I had heard it and speaking to her employees as you would speak to someone you had little respect for. The food here is excellent. Employees are great. Management is horrible rude and served chilled.

After a cashier helped me to place my order, he put all my food in a bag. I said I want to stay. Then he asked me “why don’t you tell me? ” Am I responsible to tell the cashier that? I’m pretty sure the cashier is responsible to ask me. And I said I want coca. He gave me root beer instead. Such a “fantastic” attitude, listening and service. I wish I can give this restaurant 0 star.

Just awesome! Had a bacon & egger combo. So fresh and yummy! Especially the hash brown which is super delicious. Recommend highly.

They should probably learn the difference between “Sprite” and “fries”. Went through the drive through today and ordered a burger and a sprite with a wrap, no meal. Drove away realizing I hadn’t got my drink but Instead I had fries. Went through the drive through again to order a sprite this time I clarified with “medium sprite” as they only have one size of fries. Was even going to pay for it. However they had attempted to charge me for and give me fries a second time. Minor inconvenience but a mistake that costs money. They don’t even sound the same!

Best tasting, and presentation.of all the A&W food stores i have eaten at this is TOP NOTCH true to the original experience of great tasting fast food.it can't be beat, thanks

Slow drive through, and make sure they don't forget the dipping sauce for the kids chicken strips, that they asked if I wanted.

We arrived during a huge lunch rush same were a little worried about the speed of service, but the staff were amazing and handled the orders quickly and efficiently.

Went out to have a burger with my family. It was almost closing time. I got a yummy chicken wrap, burger and kids meal. The orange juice along with the kids meal was the best orange juice ever drank. Loved it here.

The beyond meat burger is great. If you want an incredible Dub experience go to the one just east of 50th street on the north side 101 Ave. (Baseline coming from Sherwood Park)

Good service good breakfast especially for a place that is considered fast. There was nothing about our breakfast that said fast food.

Always great, any time of the day, service, food, and quality are always top notch. Drive-thru is open 24 hours a day, and burgers are served even during breakfast hours.

Horrible service here. The cashier punched in the wrong burger, and when I told them of the mistake, the guy who is obviously the owner wouldn’t fix it. Never coming here again. Also, totally true that they prioritize skip the dishes and drive thru orders above dine in.

Also the owner guy yells at his staff because they’re short staffed.
