Good environment and very friendly staff. I am always sceptical and scared to get my eyebrows threaded but I took a chance after looking at reviews. Roop gave a good shape to my brows, however after coming home and looking at my brows in proper light she left me with several cuts and there were still some hair left under my brows. Also, they charged around $17 just for threading of my brows which I think was super expensive. It may work for some, but unfortunately I won’t be coming back here. Good luck to the team.

I called Awega just by chance that they'd have an opening. To save some money I'd had a friend of a friend cut my hair. Needless to say I wasn't happy. Awega got me in within a couple of days. Lina was the one that fixed my hair, I love what she did. I couldn't be happier, I'll be back again no question. There was conversation, laughing etc. I felt very welcome and comfortable. If you're in need of a great haircut and some great conversation with a really great lady, then Lina at Awega is your person. Check them out, I'm glad I did.

AWEGA Salon and Kory are the best. Stopped in there 10 years ago to see if they could squeeze me in without an appointment and I have been goi g there ever since. Salon is clean, staff are friendly and helpful.
Kory has always given me a great haircut and is the only one who cuts my hair. Great personality and is really great as a stylist. Strongly recommend you check them out

Every visit I have at Awega is always incredible. All of the staff are so sweet - I typically go see Lina and Love who have been great at giving me amazing hair transformations along with product suggestions. So happy to have such an amazing salon so close to my house

Came in for a walk in a while back. The atmosphere was so peaceful and uplifting. The ladies are so nice and loving, Lina is my stylist now. She goes the extra mile. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. Definitely a good place to go and relax and get some "me time" in.

I have been going to see Love for my haircuts for over 4 years, and I highly recommend having Love and her staff look after you. My daughter has been going for many years, and my wife goes as well. If you want relaxation and professionalism, this is the place.

I am always so happy with how Love does my hair. And outside of the professional service she provides, she also makes me feel like family!

I had a terrible experience here about a week ago. Walked in for a trim and some thinning and told the hairdresser I liked my hair long and was trying to keep most of the length, therefore I only wanted a trim- I said 2 inches off at most. By the end, there was probably over almost 4 and a 1/2 inches off my hair and it looked so short. The hairdresser took it upon herself to decide my haircut when I’d explicitly made it clear that my long hair was something important to me. I’m disgusted and upset that there was so little care with a clients wishes. A hairdresser should absolutely know better and it is the bare minimum to respect a client who is trusting you with their hair and made it abundantly clear what they wanted.

I don't know where she finds them, but Love has the best team at Awega! Lina was able to fix my box-dye disaster in time for Christmas! She was so friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable! Very reasonably priced as well! Thanks Lina!

Love did a fantastic job on my hair, greys hidden very wellalso had pedicure but nail polish wasnt dry when i left even though i waiting 20 min or so. So had to re paint them. But overall a great experience! Staff was very friendly felt like i had been coming there for years. Would recommend and will return. Prices are the same compared to other salons i have been to.

This place was amazing. I had such a wonderful, relaxing and beneficial facial from Natacha. They are very clean, professional and pay attention to detail. They also use amazing eminence facial products and my face has never felt better. Price was very reasonable and so were the product prices. I definitely recommend this place.

Kori is great when it comes to highlights and cuts. She does exactly what you want and does an excellent job. My fine hair has always been hard to manage but with the cuts she has been giving me, I get up in the morning and my hair just falls into place.

This place is really AMAZING, it was my first time here and they had very kind and friendly staff that made me feel welcome. My hair stylist Lina was beyond fabulous and gave me exactly the cut and style I asked for, can’t wait to come back again!

I Went to the Awega Salon and Spa for the first time today and had a great experience! Took my 2 girls in today for a haircut. Leena was the stylist. She did a fantastic job! The girls were very happy. All the staff were super friendly.

Went in for highlights, left with no highlights and a hack job haircut. I put my hair in a Pony tail when I got home and then noticed how choppy it was. I have been to the salon twice before with better results but have found that even when showing a picture it's not really what you leave with. It's really hit or miss there.

I called around to a few places before I found this spa, they were able to accommodate me same day! I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve never had a hydrafacial before. Crystal was amazing, my skin is glowing today! After my hydrafacial I was booked for a haircut. Debbie infused my hair with so much love & attention, I left feeling rejuvenated & well cared for! This is the best place in the city for any type of facials and hair cut. I always loved their hydrafacial and pedicure. Lovedeep the owner is very polite and helpful. They are Professional, clean and overall great ambiance. I highly recommend this place who are really looking for best quality services.

My natural hair color is very dark. Whenever I want a subtle change this salon gets it wrong. Chose an ash brown color that would look natural
and ended up with a caramel tone, which looks orange/ gold after a few weeks. I even used a purple toning shampoo like they recommended. Charged me around $160. Will NEVER go back!

Great service, always have had exceptional haircuts from my regular stylist here as he takes the time to make sure its done right and even and also give a free wash to ensure there's no little hairs irritating you when your done.

One of my worst experiences ever.went there for Waxing and now arms are in worst condition, i had bruises after the wax and red skin, i thought the redness will go soon but now i am having burnt marks on my arms, underarms and legs. That was my first and last visit. I went there just coz of the reviews, wish I could have gone somewhere else: - (
