Beware. Very incompetent service repair person. My washing machine does not rinse. His solution is that is how it works. Would not stay and physically watch that it does not rinse. Now samsung warranty believes him and not me and will not repair my 7 month old machine.

Stay away they will steal your money for products that don’t work. They will not do returns, rather sell faulty items that don’t work from start then say if you installed it we can’t give money back. Find the part online yourself they charge twice the price and sell garbage parta

Needed a new door switch on my washer. They pointed out there was one part number but there were two variants. I took mine out and brought it in and they made sure I had the correct part. Great friendly service

Excellent service, tech knew what he was doing, identified the issue and fixed it in short order. Great communicator!
