My favorite - quick, decent and clean place to stop in Sherwood Park for a pedicure or gel polish application. Always leave happy and feeling good!

I quite like it here. They can readily accommodate individuals or groups. I like to book in advance when possible.like one or 2 days before my pedicures. I have even had them open early for me! I don't always have the same person, but they all do a nice job, and they do not rush you through when they are busy. Massage chairs are decent. TVs are usually on, and show choice varies. They will put something specific on if you want. I go about once every 4 weeks. B Glam is an affordable option for sure. Parking is right outside the door, which is ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

I have been coming to this salon for years! Maya is the sweetest person you will ever meet, as well as all their staff. Thank you all for being so amazing to me throughout all these years. I would also say that the price is very good for the quality of work I have received throughout the years.

I saw the male nail technician at the Emerald hills location and he was rough and hurt me several times with the cuticle cutter. I have been here many times and will not return now. He kept telling me it was because I was moving but you flinch when someone cuts you with a cuticle trimmer. I want to add, that nothing was offered to me at the time. No apology or anything. There are many professional places to go that have better customer service. I would not recommend nor will I go back.

Made an appointment for 2 of us and they only helped my daughter and told me to wait I waited for 2.5hrs and still didn't get my nails done so I'll never go there again

I dont get my nails done often but I use this location when I do. They do a great job and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a very clean shop and recently I had my eye brows waxed there.

Me and my cousin went in to get acrylic nails, there was multiple things wrong. First me and my cousin had to wait an hour and a half to two hours just to start are nails but there was only one person free so I had to wait an extra 30 mins for someone to show up to do my nails. The person that did my cousins nails was switching from doing peoples feet to do her hands without washing his hands, then when my person was ready to do my nails she was being very rough and hurting me. Then they made me switch nail techs without washing her hands and she also was switch from feet to nails. We BOTH showed are nail people inspiration pictures of what we wanted for our nails, when they finished we both noticed our nails are very bumpy, uneven and a different shapes on every finger. They where very poorly done and to mention when we went to pay he watched us pay and then he tried to make us pay agian he said it didn’t go through when it clearly did then he said what is the amount you would like to tip today so I felt obligated to tip and I believe this is very unprofessional thing to do

Techs are super nice they are extremely clean and if there is a problem they are very happy to their best to make you happy.

Today I got a super cute acrylic set of nails done by James, he is a very talented nail tech as he accommodated all my wishes and finished with a beautiful set of nails! He mentioned to me that it took him a long time to perfect the marble look and I was absolutely amazed by how well it came out. I will definitely be coming back to see him for my next set!

Maya has done my eyes now 4x and everytime it has been an excellent experience! Such care has always been taken when she does then. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Called to book a wax and they told me they could do it. Upon arrival I decided to get my nails done as well. When time came for the wax they told me they couldn’t do it even though it was listed on their services board and I was told when I called that they could do it. Will stick to my normal wax tech.

They pushed gel nails on me even after saying I just wanted powder (multiple times). Also switched between clients without washing hands. Nails turned out nice. Prices were fair.

I loved my experience here wkth tbr kash who gave me a pedicure. She went above and beyond. This place is very clean and friendly staff. I would definitely return!

I tried to get a marble effect on one nail and she only drew lines across it so I got a heart and it’s messy and does look like a heart at all wouldn’t go back.

I have went to the Emerald Hills location 5 times and was always happy with my nails however I went there today and I will not be going back. The lady that did my nails was very rough and she knicked 3 of my fingers causing them to bleed. I have been getting my nails done for a few years and have never had this happen before. Not a pleasant experience at all.

I was here to keep a friend company while she had a fill and shape done on her nails. It took almost 3 hours to have the job completed. The result was a poorly done manicure by a inexperienced person. I for one will not have anything done there.

I had my gel nails removed at this establishment.

The process itself was painful, which I have never experienced before. The tech filed off the gel and then kept going, filing my natural nails. I pulled my hand away multiple times due to the pain. At the end, she clipped my some of my nails EXTREMELY short and others were left at different lengths. She did not take any care to ensure that they were the same length/edges filed/etc. My nails were in horrible shape and very scuffed up.

It has now been approximately 2 weeks. My fingers are still incredibly sensitive – any amount of pressure from regular daily tasks cause pain. Through my natural nail, you can see that the skin underneath is red and irritated. My nails are all beyond brittle and have been breaking off.

I have had gel nails removed multiple times and have never experienced anything like this. Do not recommend.

I've been going to Maya at Be Glamour for over a year for my gel nails. I'm so impressed with her professionalism, the care she shows to me as a customer and the end result. I would definitely recommend Maya.

I left the salon in tears. Each nail was different shapes and lengths.
And was told IM done with you when I brought up how unhappy I was about the shape. Maya asked what do you want me to do? I said I would like you to fix them, she said Im done with you. OH ok? Customer service is your top priority? Kinda funny that you wanted me to pay for an unfinished service.
2 of my nails broke already after only getting my nails done 4 days ago. I will not be back to get them fixed. I would rather go somewhere else that cares about their clients and what they ask for. Stay away from this salon.

I'm new to the nail world but they did a stellar job creating the nails I really wanted. They did an awesome job checking in the make sure I was happy with the work:)

Poor customer service, not pleased with the job done there. I will not be bringing my business back here.

My girl friend just got home upset about her experience at this place. Each of her nails are are different shapes and lengths. Not only that but the experience was horrible! She was told her fingers are crooked and just go that way.
That’s when the trouble begins. Mya (the nail technician) angrily “fixed” the crooked nail making it even more oddly shaped and shorter then the rest, Saying that she is doing her best when nothing about these nails are “best “. There are corners and flat edges when they should be smooth and not lumpy. The gf asked for the “problems” to be fixed mya kept saying I’m doing my best and even said I’m done with you. The gf tried to explain the shape is wrong and not what she asked and mya just said well there’s no making you happy is there.
Honestly that’s is not how you treat customers. Mya said she’s done and walked to the till and rang her in without even finishing her work. The gf was willing to pay for finished work but mya hadn’t even finished shaping the second hand. The gf asks your charging me full price without finished the service? The gf asked if someone else could fix them since mya was clearly not willing to comply, she said no I have done my best. Mya said well fine let me finish.she’s the one that walked away.
So back to the chair she went and Mya “finished” by slopping oil on her cuticles and then said she’s done. So horrible customer service horrible work and all in all horrible experience.

Worst nail fill ever, shape was different on every nail, supervisor took over but couldn't save them. One nail broke off in a week.terrible

Manicure poorly done, polish looked terrible. I find it very rude when they are always speaking in their own language, unable to communicate.

First time coming here today and I thought they were decently priced for good quality. I definitely will be coming back!

I went here on a whim last year, and I keep going back there. Mani or pedi I hav always found the staff to really take their time in doing my nails, and they always turn out beautiful. Only the last time I was I little bit let down but i think that’s because there was someone new and there was a miscommunication in the process of what I was asking, someone else had clarified and the issue was fixed. My nails still turned out beautiful and I’m still very happy.
