Been shopping here for the past 3 months, and the service is quite good. Annika was a very amazing help today. Very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with.

Was here today looking for a car seat and stroller, the staff at the baby section was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, she helped us alot and I felt completely satisfied with her service, she made me feel very comfortable and we made our decision right away. Too bad I didn't get her name, but she is tall, has long curly blonde hair and has a big smile

Do not recommend shopping here!
Could not give it a zero star otherwise I would have. Purchased along with a crib at a Toys R us store and waited for delivery for over a week and still did not receive it. Called in about 3 times no one had a clue where the dresser was. Luckily checked my SPAM folder and found out that it is not being even shipped to me. Still the store had no clue. NOW I will have a crib and no matching dresser for my first born. Very disappointed will not recommend shopping here to anyone. Probably will not shop at toys r us ever.

It’s our first time purchase of an infant car seat and stroller. Annika at south park Center gave me a good explanation about which stroller to choose according to my needs. She was so patient and helped me throughout the process. I had a great experience and I like my purchase. Thanks to Annika and Toys R us.

DONT BUY CAR SEAT AND TRAVEL SYSTEM FROM THIS STORE.
We bought travel system from this location and they told us if we dont like or not comfortable, we can return it after within 3 months baby is born.
Now they are saying that they dont take return if it was open and used. And their customer service after sales and manager's response is garbage.
Who does not open the car seat for 3 months after baby is born? They say anything to sell and no service after that.

Kiara was the most helpful! I went in thinking I wanted/needed this overprice stroller. After speaking with her for 2 minutes and saying what features are important to me in a stroller, she immediately was like I have the perfect stroller. She went over all the features, how to fold it, even had me try and was just so patient with us. This stroller could have cost $1500 and I would have bought it, I was sold. When we asked the price, we we're blown away it was hundreds of dollars cheaper than the one we originally thought we wanted. She than helped us get our registry all set up.answered every single one of my questions.this one or this one? Which one should we buy? She was simply the best and as we're expecting our first baby walking into Babies R US can definitely be overwhelming and we just had the best experience. So thank you Kiara you we're absolutely fantastic to deal with!

Will definitely be shopping here when I need to get my baby things. Also they are always great for price matching to other stores so I know I will ways get good deals!

Very good experience at this location. Anika provided us the best customer service. She explained to us in detail about all the things we would need for our first born. She also explained which product is more beneficial from baby's health prospective. I am satisfied with the service i got. Will definately go there again.

Great experience at this store. Vanessa was very helpful and friendly. She helped me with choosing a car seat for my baby. She let me try install a few car seats to my car to make sure those fits. She is knowledgeable and I appreciate her kindness. Now I know who to ask for help at this store:)

I was helped by Vanessa and Heather both ladies were very knowledgeable and efficient went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a positive one.

I just got off the phone with Heather at babies r us Gateway Blvd location and i must say that i have had such a wonderful conversation with her. I was stuck between two car seats for my toddler and she went into details and took her time and explained how each car seat works and the difference between them. She also went above and beyond to check to see when this specific car seat would go on sale. I am so impressed and I have called so many times but none of the reps working there have ever done this, they are either busy or just don't feel like talking to a customer. I am so so so impressed with Heather.

The staff was very friendly. One member went out of her way to even look up an item on youtube in order to answer a question about folding up a beach toy. So they will do everything to make sure all questions are answered, that was very cool as she didnt have to do that. Also a really good selection of baby furniture, toys and everything in between. They also will pricematch.

Was able to test the fit of carseats in our vehicle and got a tutorial on best practices. Floor sales in the baby department were also helpful, without being pushy, on product recommendations.
