Very easy to rent and use, item was clean and in good condition. Alison was very communicative and helpful. We were glad she had a very similar car seat to what we use at home everyday!

Alison was fantastic!
Alison made our trip to Canmore so easy. We rented multiple items that we couldn’t fly with and it was amazing to have them delivered to our rental. Alison was accommodating of some late additions and hand picked a bucket of toys that the kiddos had a blast with. I couldn’t recommend Alison more, absolute pleasure to work with! Thanks for making our trip that much easier!

Saved my trip.
Thank you so much for working with me during delivery and pick up! Communication was fantastic and honestly the stroller saved my trip in traveling around town with my son! I’m so glad I could travel light and not worry about a stroller through the airport! Thank you! Highly highly recommend!

Great service and equipment!
Alison left the baby equipment at our hotel and it was already setup when we arrived. It was exactly as described. We used the bouncer and playmat for hours every day and would be lost without them. I forgot part of my breast pump and Alison even let me borrow hers and drove it downtown with a half hour. She really went out of her way to help me which I very much appreciate. Alison was lovely and I'd be happy to rent from her again.

Amazing!
Alison was amazing to work with - super understanding & accommodating! You can tell that Alison cares a great deal about her equipment, as it was in brand new condition, well maintained and exceptionally clean! If anyone is travelling to the Calgary area, Alison is your BabyQuip gal - I would recommend to anyone!

Professional, Friendly, and Quick to Respond: I rented a mini crib from Alison and she made the whole process seamless and was incredibly friendly while doing so.
