I've seen Jess the naturopath for about a year and have seen improvements in my health overall. She listens and recommends based on your needs. I've also seen a couple of the massage therapists and really enjoyed my treatments with them. Ellen Anderson is great if you want cupping done and strong hands to work out your sore back. Also love that they do direct billing if you are on benefits.

I’m so grateful to Sam Harman. She is so professional, knowledgeable and an expert in sports injuries/wear and tear issues. I was suffering from such aches and pains but after one session - I am already on the road to recovery. Thank you so much!

Andrea is an excellent massage therapist. She listens to what you need - injury, chronic issues, or just the need to relax. She has excellent understanding of the body, muscles, skeletal and more; AND how to help your muscles, facia, etc regain their strength, reduce their pain and improve mobility. She is also caring, fun and professional.
She takes notes from each session with you to remember your preferences and/or to record progress with your condition (s).
Try her out and you’ll likely become a repeat client.

Andrea at the Banff location is such an incredible massage therapist. She has been helping me while I’m at the end of my pregnancy and I always leave her space feeling so taken care of and free of any body pain! She really takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable, has great pressure and really knows how to make someone relax! I’d definitely recommend her for someone who is truly wanting to relax.

The massage session with Caz was amazing. She made me feel comfortable though my first massage in Canada. She asked a lot of question about my workout and given me lots of suggestion and knowledge about different parts of the muscle. It was relaxing and great. 100% will return.

Peggy is fantastic, I recommend her completely. I’ve seen her a few times now for a frozen shoulder and have had more movement since, then the last 5 months combined recovering from the original fracture to my scapula. I can’t wait to try a relaxing massage next, she is so skilled!

I have many massage experiences including spa services in high-end hotel massage services, RMT ans body scrub services. Caz‘s technique is amazing. I cannot believe all my tiredness is relief just in an hour‘s massage services. She is professional and spend somtime to understand my issues. She explains what she will do and constantky checking my feeling. Sge is top-notch. I go to Back at it Sports because of many gppd review but Caz did really go beyond and above my expectations. I will definately vist her next time I visit Banff agaun.

The whole experience was great! The staff were super welcoming and the environment was very relaxing and comfortable. I came in to see Andrea after experiencing a severe headache for three days. I felt terrible: (However, after her treatment within the next hour the headache disappeared and I had more energy than i've had in days. I am so grateful for her magic. She is a true healer. Andrea is one of the most loving people i've met. She holds an incredible space while she's working, and has a ton of tricks in her little tool box to give you the best treatment ever. Just what was needed for the weekend.
A nice, calm/quiet atmosphere. Peggy did a great job. She provided a good mix of relaxing and deeper therapeutic work during my treatment (which was great, considering I’m a “middle of the road” kind of person when it comes to relaxation massage and deep tissue massage treatments).
Would come back again and would also recommend to others!
